Will Jason be able to survive the days until he can carve out a home for himself? Progenitor Sovereign Saga, Blood Feud is the first book in the Progenitor series. Watch as Jason becomes death incarnate and channels his demons into killing all who dare to oppose him reclaiming his rightful place as ruler. This is the first novel I have written, and if you like it you can also check out Summoners Dilemma, another book in a separate series that is also a part of the Progenitor saga. Once the book is finished, I will have the updated version with all errors removed published on Amazon, and will also have concept art added to some chapters, along with quotes for the chapters leading up to chapter 14.

Gift of Love

"Are you ready now?" the man asked.

"Please, help" stifled out through a concoction of tears and depression. No matter what I did it always ended the same way, with me leaving her and her killing herself.

"Then remember who I am!" he yelled. "You are running out of time, before there is no saving her. She is someone dear to me, and for some reason she has bound herself to you. Now you have gone and forgot everyone that has helped you, and even forgot the girl who bound herself to you." He walked, stepping into midair, before a bridge of black shadows formed, and he walked over to me.

I tried to flinch away, but with no success. I could not move, nor could I speak as he pulled his hand back, and struck me with his palm, smashing into the spot right above my core where the pool of blood from my guild mark. His hand passed through my chest, and something in me felt as if it broke.

"Graaaaaah!" A horrible pain rippled through his body, as black rusted chains appeared around his body. Several links were already broken, and as he watched he could see some more breaking and disintegrating into dust, before collecting on the blade of his guild mark and running down it. When it reached the tip of the dagger, a single drop entered the pool, and the rest seemed to congeal and run down his body before pooling at his feet.

"There, you should now remember" The man said. And indeed, he could, though the girl was still a mystery. The world reset, with the man gone as if he was never there. Come on, I know you can do it!"

*splash*

I once again jumped from the bridge, before resurfacing next to her.

" hehehe, you look so goofy!" She spoke.

And once again they spent a day playing in the river, before eventually climbing out, exhausted and soaked in water. Feeling the exhaustion of everything, he just sat on the rock, not bothering to take his shirt off.

"Come on silly, I can have you catching a cold, your parents would kill me!" She said, and even though I heard her, I paid no attention, for I already knew what would happen.

"Fine then, be stubborn" she said before slipping out of her dress, leaving her partially naked, save for her wet undergarments'. Walking up to me, she hugged me, before forcefully removing my shirt. "I know that things will sometimes be hard in life, and that questions will form. You might ask yourself who am I? Why am I doing this? How did I get here?"

"I am here for you though. please don't ignore me, and don't you ever leave me." she said.

"don't ever leave me..." this time it was but a whisper, and she had tears in her eyes. I expected for everything to end there, but to my surprise, it didn't. She pulled me down onto the stone, where we laid there silently for a few minutes. "I know that you don't remember me, and you shouldn't. But I am with you, forever and always, now rest, and remember. My name is Elesia Silver, the old god of monsters, and the old god of bonds"

"I have bound myself to you, and we are forever connected, when you die, I shall die, though that may not be a problem since I was already forgotten before you knew me. And then I knew who she was. At the death of Aalondor, a girl reached out to me, and touched my adolescent's mind. "Child, you have called, and I have answered. I owe you my life, and I owe you, my immortality. I will do as you have asked and protect the spirits of those whom you have lost."

I was laying down next to her face to face, though she had her eyes closed. With a burst of movement, she opened her eyes and kissed me. "I have given you the gift of my love, and my life is now yours, along with my godly powers. Bring me into the mortal realm, and we will see each other again. Until then, please. Live" she said, before everything faded away.
