Chapter 28: The Excavation Begins
“It would be my pleasure to do so.” Miss Yang said. “Until we begin to excavate the sites, we have made designations of the 3 types of structures that have been found using radar and Lidar technology.”
“The first designation is fortress, the second designation is bastille, and the third is simply the building complex.” Yang continued.
Jisu Yang pulled up the satellite images for all to see and explained the designations and where they were located relative to the Eye of the Sahara as a whole.
The first image was of “Fortress 1” a semi-trapeziodial looking structure with circular protrusions coming off its corners. It is approximately 90 meters by 74 meters and was the closest to the center of the eye.
“Please note that all of this information, including coordinates, has been sent directly to each of the team leaders via email and can be accessed there for renderings of the scans.”
