The female idol who has a crush on Jun (part-1)

Jung Eunbi (Eunha) and Jun used to be classmates when they were high school freshmen (1st year).

It wasn't some strong bond. But, yes, they aren't strangers either.

As they used to sit next to each other for several months, you can say that they were indeed friends, although not that much closer. Not to mention, Jun was already dating Somi. So, he refrained from getting too close to any other girl.

After he was forced to break up with Somi because of his debut, he never attended the school and their friendship ended just like many other friendships.

There was nothing surprising about meeting again, considering Eunha also graduated from SOPA, where many other artists graduated from there.

However, what was surprising here is that they coincidentally meet again after nearly 5 years, and that too, at the same agency.

Back to the present, Eunha joined the table with Jun and Yeongue after receiving the blueberry milkshake. In the meantime, Jun searched her name on google to check whether she debuted or not. As the world of the Entertainment industry is quite different from his previous world and Jun was living a very busy life from the moment he woke up from his vegetative state, he indeed has a lot to catch up on.

"So, have you been in touch with others?" She asked as she took a sip.

Jun shook his head, "No, I lost my phone after the accident. And it's been several years already. So, I decided to not bother with it. After all, who would remember a classmate of a few months after so long?"

"Well I did," She replied with a smile. Is there another meaning to it? Jun doesn't want to know either. He asked about how her idol group is doing.

That's right. Eunha had debuted about nearly three years ago under the name, Andromeda. It is a seven-member girl group, known for cute concepts. The other well-known idols in the group that Jun knew from the other world are sister idols Lee Chaeryeong and Lee Chaeyeon, and Kim Sejeong.

And Andromeda group was doing okay with a decent amount of fans, neither too popular nor unpopular. The group has a few music show wins and was nominated for rookie of the year during the awards back when they debut but after that, there's nothing to brag about. It wasn't until recently, that the idols got out of their debt and make money.

Still, it's only been 3 years and the company is generating a lot of profit from the remaining artists. So, the management wouldn't halt their group activities over something like that. Not to mention, all the artists will get nice treatment from the management. So, Eunha and her teammates were atleast living well, although with uncertainty about the future.

Seeing the both of them lost in their own world as if they have so many things to catch up on, Yeongue felt that he should leave and even tried to excuse himself but he was grabbed by Jun who always pays attention to his surroundings.

If not for the fact that the cafeteria is almost empty, he would have just said hi to Eunha and left right away as he wasn't interested to get an earful from YG again. But the current situation lets him talk to her freely even if it is for only 10 minutes.

"Okay, I'll get going. I still need to work on the song." Jun decided to finally leave as it has been a while since they started talking. He was happy to meet an old friend but doesn't want to get too close to her either.

Eunha also nodded with a smile, "See you later."

Jun told Yeongue that he will meet him the next day and got up on his feet. Just as he was about to leave the table, Eunha suddenly grabbed his arm. "Ah, wait…"

He stopped and looked at her.

Eunha realized her mistake and she apologized immediately before asking for his number almost in a mumble.

"What?"

"Number…" She replied.

"Hmm?"

"Your number…" She forced out the words while blushing in embarrassment, "it would be tough to meet again in person due to our professions, so…"

Jun was a little bit surprised when he was asked for his number. But then again, he thought it would be a normal thing if both of them hadn't been idols.

Since his number is with several people already, Jun didn't dwell too much on it and simply took out his smartphone and handed it to her after unlocking it, "here, dial your number and call it."

Eunha didn't even look at him as she took the smartphone and called her number.

After they exchanged the numbers, Jun and Yeongue left the cafeteria while Eunha still sat at the table.

*Bam*

Eunha suddenly hit her head on the table and mumbled as she grabbed her cheeks, "Why did I do that? It's so embarrassing."

The cafe's part-timer saw her and thought, "was she rejected or something? But, seriously, kpop trainees and artists really had become more visually appealing, lately. Earlier, that guy was entirely on another level compared to actors and idols. Was he in modeling? Who knows… Anyway, it doesn't matter. In my eyes, Jung Jae-won Oppa is the most handsome, hehe…"

She let out a grin and went into her own world of fantasy.

Meanwhile, Jun exited the building and walked toward the dorm. Upon returning, he found Eunwoo and Daniel were stuck on the television, watching the first episode of a drama called 'Suits.' It started airing on the 25th. The previous day, they couldn't see. So, they are watching a rerun of the episode now.

Jun shook his head while wondering if Daniel was the one that dragged poor Eunwoo. He doesn't know whether they didn't notice his presence or were just ignoring him but he saw both of them were analyzing the characters like some film critics.

"c'mon… isn't it too obvious?" "I think Kang Seok will help out" "Nope, Yeo Woo will get out of himself as you can see he was being tested.

Thinking of something silly, Jun tip-toed towards them without making a sound.

Upon reaching them, Jun suddenly spoke, "There's nothing in the briefcase."

The two of them abruptly turned their heads and were surprised when they found Jun, who is sticking his head between them.

"Hyung, when did you arrive?" asked Daniel.

Jun simply let out a smile and teased him, "get aware of your surroundings, will ya. Or else, you might get photographed when talking to your girlfriend in the future without you even knowing."

"Ah, Hyung… c'mon, it's just…" As Daniel tried to defend himself, Eunwoo pointed at the television, "nothing…"

"Did you watch it before?" asked Eunwoo, to which Jun shrugged his shoulders and covered it up with an excuse, "it's obvious to guess when you watch enough crime-related dramas." Walking away from there, he added, "and I think the hero will not throw away everything just because he got an offer to be a lawyer. Only a fool would do that."

Once Jun climbed upstairs and left their sight, the two of them got back to the television only to find that the story went exactly the same as Jun mentioned earlier. The main character put the suitcase in a safe locker.

Looking at Daniel, Cha Eunwoo asked in surprise, "Earlier, he was just lying, isn't he? He watched it before, right?"

Daniel defended Jun right away, "No, he watched running man episodes. And I don't think he lies just to show off."

Eunwoo shrugged his shoulders and commented, "I guess he does have good intuition, then."

The next day morning;

After returning from the gym and spending time making lunch and dinner for everyone in advance, Jun left for the Headquarters. The 39th floor is used for shooting performance videos.

Jun met his dance crew and saw one person is missing.

He asked right away as they greeted him. "I don't see Jiyhe-Noona here…"

Choreographer Jaewook was the one who informed him that Noze is taking rest at home due to back pain. As he couldn't visit her, he messaged her, hoping for her recovery.
