Chapter 31: Maria vs Olivia Phase Two

When I learned magic under the Archmage, he told me the Sacral gate had 3 main magic types.
Most people picked Healing. You didn’t need to be a master like the nurse to heal minor wounds in battle. Very useful to every mage.
Then there’s Sex magic. Outside of its obvious usages, it can be good for catching the opponent off guard.
Finally, we come to the one I picked. The least used and underappreciated magic type. Can be good for undercover missions but Sex magic is usually picked over it.
Fitting that I pick the underdog magic type. That’s what I thought anyway. Here’s hoping I wasn’t mistaken.
As Olivia recklessly charges me, I focus on my Sacral gate. Out of the 4 I learned, my best bet is my favorite. This one is for you Smokey.
My Sacral gate glows the color of sand. From the influx of power and the nature of this magic type, smoke explodes outward. It covers most of the arena and even stops Olivia in her tracks.
