Terrible screams echoed, startling the conscious mind. He looked attentively at the woman in the tree, and after a short time, the consciousness saw a new being emerging from within that woman.
He then realized that, just like the beasts, those beings were born in the same way.
His curiosity then focused entirely on that mother and daughter.
The consciousness noticed that, unlike other humans he had encountered, this one seemed unwilling to leave this place.
So, he accompanied the two for a long time.
During this time, the woman spoke to the child every day, teaching her everything. Little by little, the child grew while learning everything her mother taught.
The consciousness, having lived with them for many years, gradually understood what those two beings were saying, although he still couldn't speak.

The consciousness realized that the child was constantly protected by something that prevented her from being harmed by the cold or anything else.
When the child turned ten, the consciousness saw her standing still every night, gathering an energy she didn't understand.
And so time passed. Even though those two were unaware of his existence, the consciousness didn't mind, himself didn't know what he was, where he came from, or how he originated. He thought it was fine to just observe them.
