primal system

in a universe where strength is everything and mysterious forces work in shadow alongside gods it may be of no surprise to learn that there's an entire race meant for great power, that race is called the primals, each possessing a power, an essence, derived from their mother, nature. each one is strong and gifted, able to control entire regions, but only one will stand out from the rest, Syn. this lone primal conquers anything in his path as he journeys through his very long life, starting as nothing but a simple and humble created creature before traversing the large depths of power that god hood brings. growing at an incredible rate, will his astounding growth attract too much attention or is his growth the only thing keeping him alive in this cutthroat world? the only answer to that question is found in his survival. follow him on his travels, through pain and suffering, through good moments, through all the mysteries of the world he encounters. what waits our unusually destructive primal in this world? and most importantly.............will he ever stop being so god damn violent?

oh fuck this

the boss of the dungeon looked at me like I was the weirdo.

that was some serious irony here, like yeah totally the guy who cleared a dungeon is the weirdo but a giant man bat creature holding a dress in its hands isn't.

yeah, sure.

"look dude I'm just gonna go ahead and leave, you can do...whatever it is.....you're doing and I'll be far far from it."(syn) I said, backpedalling from the room.

"no no we have to fight, thems the rules!"(dungeon boss)

I wanted absolutely nothing to do with this.

"fuck the rules im leaving."(syn) I declared, my wings opening before growing metal over them, my body blasting upwards and through the rock after one downward flap.

I could hear the frantic and mangled voice from the bat creature going on and on about rules get quieter and quieter as I ascended upwards through the ground.

before long the voice was nothing but an echo that barely made sense, all you could tell was that it was a voice, and not a pleasant one at that.

pretty soon after that happened I came exploding forth from the ground, over a few miles away from where I entered.

I wonder how long od been down there?

oh hey I could see the hole I fell in off in the distance!

[good call]

I know right.

seems even my system voice was on board with an early exit.

I mean weird chimera like animals here, cool I got it, weird chimera like animals that look human and cross dress, yeah fuck no, there's the line.

wait no that's not the line, that's way the fuck past the line.

my stomach churned as I thought about it, I mean just how long does a non human creature need to be isolated to revert to something like that?!

apparently it was six thousand years.

regardless.....I expect this kinda weird ass behavior from humans, but from dungeon bosses?!

it's gone too far this weirdness!

[love that this is what you're stuck on]

what the hell is that supposed to mean?!

[fuck up the people who cursed you]

the second I heard those words rage bloomed within me, a hatred that had been subtly growing under the surface for years seemed to show itself as I allowed the emotion to wash over me, allowing it to take hold and motivate.

tell me where to start, I'm done wasting time.

[Kina, the new minor god of mischief]

she still living in that underground house at the end of a maze?

[yes, her servants are currently on their way here as we speak]

then let's wait, don't wanna be rude.

winged queen pov....

it had taken us a day or two but we'd finally reached the location of our target, this would be special, I'd finally get to remove an obstacle for my mistress.

me and my forces landed all around him, a smirk growing on his face as he laughed maniacally.

"you dumbasses really think that these small numbers have any chance?"(syn) asked, fling his best not to laugh.

we did.

each and every one of my forces, all 35 of them reached their hands outward and toward him.

blinding white light shining beautifully before chains of that same light burst forth, wrapping all around him.

he yawned as one hand easily broke through the chains, covering his mouth as he yawned, it scratched his nose too, returning to where it broke free from lazily.

"take this seriously!"(winged queen) I bellowed, unable to keep my anger in check.

he laughed again, he found my words amusing, that asshole!

"tell me honestly, do you want serious?"(syn)

his question caught me off guard, of course I want serious, he can't be that powerful.

"yes, I want serious!"(winged queen)

his muscles bulged, the chains snapping into non-existence, his body standing there relaxed yet my body still trembled with terror.

"I don't know why I hold myself back, it seems that I'm so goddam hopeless, fuck it."(syn)

"you want serious, you'll see serious."(syn)

all wmption drained from his face as a thick coating lf red energy came from his body, covering him as his hands and feet grew large metal claws, his joints being protected by the same metal, hooked spikes adorning the metal on the face of his joints, back of elbow, front of knee.

his voice took on a much scarier and deeper tone, like we'd just kicked an ancient and powerful creature.

"I try to keep myself from killing everything that crosses my path like some kind of fool, I try to be nice at first, why? why do I do that to myself?"(syn) he sounded absolutely monstrous, my forces were frozen in place, their knees wobbling so bad they were barely standing.

his emotionless face spun to me, my body recoiling as I unconsciously whimpered, unable to stop myself from being oppressed by his aura, which was growing at too rapid a rate, a storm beginning to rage in the skies above.

trees swayed as branches snapped, rockes lifted airborne before being dungeon off Into the distance, grasses ripped up in patches as both the wind and storm picked up, his body unmoving as his clothes whipped about.

with a downward wave of his hand lightning amd tornadoes struck the area, creating a thick barricade we wouldn't be able to easily pass through.

"I'll make sure you won't die too quickly, then again I won't be holding myself back."(syn)

true fear coursed through me.

Julie pov....

around mom and me we could see winds and lightning fall, blocking our path behind, keeping us in this one area, rumbling from the sky amd ground shaking our balance.

I was really unsure about continuing but we needed to find my father.

it didn't take us long to find him, but what we found, well,, we weren't sure we could even call him the same man.

he was at the epicenter of blood amd storm, dark red skies and clashing storms raged at not only the landscape but the people in front of him as well, they looked near death.

mom placed a hand on my shoulder, pulling me close to the ground and behind a bush as we were forces to watch, his form blurring in and out of view as he popped up amd away from the winged people below, spurts lf blood exploding and dripping all over the ground.

their dying screams and cries silenced by an energy that healed them, his energy.

this was sick!

[this is survival]

the voice I'd hears not too long ago made an appearance, it had clearly chosen a side, wpuld this be what I become? is this my future?

primal mother pov...

"fuck....after all this effort of keeping him naive, keeping him docile as much as possible they've up and fucked it!"(primal mother)

do you know how hard it is to keep someone as strong as him as dumb and as pathetic as a child, that was the only thing preventing him from full on destroying everyone he came across at full power!

and now all of it was gone!

after several thousand years of from the shadow efforts to give his wines some sort of mercy it was all undone, gone.

I kept him like he was on purpose, making sure he was an idiot for a while, making sure he didn't question anything, making sure he rolled along with events even though he had the power to stop or change it instantly.

that was how I showed his enemies mercy, and someone's gone and fucked it up!

"what's your plan for him?"(Lya) asked, leaning casually in my door way.

"I kept him with all those flaws for a reason, for now we have no strength to do anything, he's our double edged sword."(primal mother)

"he always did just go along with everything, unquestioning and almost unbearably childish."(Lya)

I fumed, not wanting to be reminded.

"that was the point!"(primal mother)

she seemed to ponder this seriously for a moment, walking closer into my chambers amd taking a seat at MY table in MY favorite chair, these kids have no respect!

"you stopped him from going all out, didn't you? all those little "flaws" were security measures."(Lya)

"that's what I literally just said! is there an echo in here im not aware of?!"(primal mother)

she stood from her chair, snarling at me as she approached, primals have large egos, attack them and you'll see something.

"we primals are allowed to joke amongst each other, don't think for a second that I'll tolerate it from you!"(Lya)

I had no choice but to back down, she was stronger than me, she had every right in this world, and so did Syn, that's what I'm afraid of.
