primal system

in a universe where strength is everything and mysterious forces work in shadow alongside gods it may be of no surprise to learn that there's an entire race meant for great power, that race is called the primals, each possessing a power, an essence, derived from their mother, nature. each one is strong and gifted, able to control entire regions, but only one will stand out from the rest, Syn. this lone primal conquers anything in his path as he journeys through his very long life, starting as nothing but a simple and humble created creature before traversing the large depths of power that god hood brings. growing at an incredible rate, will his astounding growth attract too much attention or is his growth the only thing keeping him alive in this cutthroat world? the only answer to that question is found in his survival. follow him on his travels, through pain and suffering, through good moments, through all the mysteries of the world he encounters. what waits our unusually destructive primal in this world? and most importantly.............will he ever stop being so god damn violent?

ass kicking

I didn't even have the time to utter oh shit.

the demon was on me faster than I could even manage, sending punches and claw slashes to my body and face ferociously, we were careening through the air at speeds above 200 miles an hour, landscapes whizzed passed my head in a blur.

the demons attacks carried immense force behind them, mini shockwaves in the surrounding air were released as we traveled, gaining us more speed and giving me more bruises.

it's claws couldn't pentrate my skin but it's fists impacts were doing some damage inside, my (internal damage reflector) passive could only do so much in the face of overwhelming force.

it had my hands and feet pinned with shadows while it pummeled away happily.

all I could do was watch my HP slowly till away bit by bit.

[HP:190/210->185/210->179/210->165/210]

I closed the notifications as they weren't helping but the drain I could feel was staggering to me.

mustering as much force as I could my fist ripped free from its binding and I used it to start pummeling back at the demon, my blows as well creating small shockwaves, they were enough to instantly halt our flight path as a large boom from our instant stop sent the force of our motion ripping through our bodies, most of mine was reflected into the demon but that didn't help much, well it kept me alive.

[HP:65/210]

I groaned loudly as I barely managed to stand, hobbling to one foot as my other one was destroyed in the impact we created.

the nearby trees were decimated and the grass wasn't coming back up as it laid on its side.

the school was barely visible in the distance as I hoped for some sort of escape chance or rescue, I can't think on that I need to survive on my own here.

taking advantage of the demons temporary weakness I used my one good leg to jump towards it, tackling it to the ground and sending round of punches after round of punches at the things head, increasing the force behind each one as I felt something else draining.

[STA: 27/210]

I wasn't gonna last much longer.

I gathered as much as I could in hopes of this one attack working, and faster than I ever have before I sent a punch at the demons head, the impact was intense, the sound of the sonic boom my fist created and the shockwave that hit me and the demon, accompanied by the sick sounds of my arm imploding were near deafening as I was thrown back.

*at least it's regenerating*

my body was in terrible shape, my healing wasn't working and I felt myself losing blood, the lightheadedness was making it hard to think.

all I could do was close my eyes...

at the school

students were running around in panic, the sounds of sonic booms and explosions were so loud that those who heard them thought they were under attack, such officials were running around like chickens missing heads, they were doing everything from checking safety, monitoring cameras, calming students, checking for anyone missing, before they all stopped when a teacher got a loud Bing.

[attention student Syn Ev critical condition]

the teachers looked amongst themselves in a panic, Marie plasmas' son looked even more terrified than most.

a group of 12 teachers made it to Syn's location in under 5 minutes, covering the whopping 10 miles he managed to cover in seconds almost as fast as he and the demon did.

once they reached his signal location they were horrified.

there in the crater and debris lay a horribly injured Syn and a dead demon, a creature that wasn't supposed to be anywhere near here.

and what wa worse was that it was a void demon, the type that is known to be brutal and nearly undefeatable.

Marie's son looked at the demon, then at Syn, a look of relief came over him, he was now thinking that Syn wasn't the person who killed his family, the demon using one of his ancestors was.

he could not be more wrong but no one was ever going to tell him otherwise.

the teachers carefully lifted Syn as not to make any of his injuries worse, a teacher eith a healing system did what they could before they lifted him but it wasn't going to do more than ensure he survives, 10 minutes in a field with a healing system isn't going to be a miracle.
