Chapter 28

“Are you sure that this is a good idea?”

Sebastian had gotten a surveillance van from the police station, and they were putting a wire on Oliver, who seemed to be questioning his decision to help them.

“You’re going to be fine,” Sebastian replied, but he didn’t really seem to be putting Oliver at ease.

“Don’t worry, you’re gonna do great.” Felicia placed a hand on Oliver’s shoulder. Her hands were really the only part of her body that looked somewhat normal now. She wore long sleeves to conceal her arms, and pants to cover her legs. She had lost more hair as well, and was wearing a beanie to hide the bald spots. Thankfully, neither Oliver nor Sebastian asked her about it.
