48 A New Exorcism

Looking at this ancient-looking church, Esquibel walked cautiously until a gun was pointed at his head, and Rafael, who emerged from the shadows, asked, "Who are you to not fill this sacred place with your blood right now?"

"Am I in the right place?" Esquibel, who asked this question, heard in the distance a faint sound of footsteps, and in the dim light of the candles, he saw a man wearing a robe similar to his but very different in many aspects. "Are you Priest Anton?"

"Excuse me for the rudeness with which we received you; lately, we've been very nervous about many things that have happened to us." Anton smiled slightly as he approached the young man in front of him.

"Much worse," said Anton as he got into the car. "I understand that you are not prepared to be a field exorcist, so I won't demand too much from you in this test."

"No matter how you feel, you will be the main exorcist, so take control. I will analyze how you develop and see if you are ready or not," said Anton as he started the car and headed in the direction where they would work.
