1 Foreword

Before anything, I would like to clarify that this light novel is like one of those Japanese light novels that get adapted into a manga. This light novel will soon be adapted into a Webtoon. (Link: Will put here once the first episode on Webtoon is published)

A light novel is a type of text, usually written in Asian languages. It is simple, and lacks common English writing features. A light novel doesn't follow a specific structure; each author to their own.

For example:

Kokuichi, writer of "I Refuse to Try to Max Out Any Stat So I'll Just Start Finding My Own Way Around! A Healer That Doesn't Specialize in Anything, Separates From His Friends, and Goes on His Own Journey"

He has a very unique way of showing who is speaking. His light novels almost feel like a script, rather than a full fledged novel. His sentences are also more broken up and simple.

He writes likes this:

We started playing house, in our classroom.

"Who are you?" (Evan)

"I am your wife." (Max)

TurtleMe, writer of "The Beginning After The End"

He has a more normal, sensible way of writing, it feels more like a contemporary English text.

He writes like this:

We started playing house, in our classroom.

I started off this game. "Who are you?" I demanded.

"I am your wife." Whispered Max as he put his hands on my shoulders.

In this light novel, you will find my writing style is more similar to Kokuichi than TurtleMe. Below is what you will find in later chapters.

"Who are you?"

Max smirked before putting his hands on my shoulders.

"I am your wife."

This story is inspired by my own personal life, thus the #nonfiction tag, but it has a twist, to make it more suitable for a story, also to not make it literally just a recount. Thus you will find some unexpected and unrealistic events happening, hoping to take you on a thrilling ride!

This light novel will be written in Australian English, including Australian slang.
