25 Who Touched You?

Xu Wan's face was covered in tears. She thought she would not survive. However, she did not expect the door to the private room to be kicked open from the outside when she had already lost all hope.

She looked up and saw Qiao Chen walking towards her through her tears.

Qiao Chen?

How could it be him?

Xu Wan did not know if she should be happy or worried.

She was glad that she didn't have to be humiliated by these three people. Yet she worried that Qiao Chen's expression looked unpleasant. She didn't know if Qiao Chen would let her off.

Qiao Chen walked over with a dark expression. When he saw Xu Wan's torn clothes, he immediately understood what was going on.

Before the three men realized the severity of the situation, one of them stiffened his neck and shouted at Qiao Chen. "Are you f*cking blind? Can't you see that there's someone inside? Get lost!"

As soon as he finished cursing, Ah De led a dozen thugs in black suits through the door. Instantly, an intimidating black mass filled the room.

The man, who was initially furious and arrogant, suddenly turned mute and could not speak.

"Aiyo, my lord, I'm sorry. We failed to recognize your noble presence. We'll leave this room for you. We'll leave right now!" Another person saw that the situation was amiss and tried to adapt quickly.

Qiao Chen ignored them and walked to the front of Xu Wan. He stopped and looked down at her.

Xu Wan hurriedly pulled her clothes tightly to cover her exposed skin. She bit her lips so hard that a trail of blood appeared on them, but she stubbornly turned her head away, not batting an eye at Qiao Chen.

Although Xu Wan was in a pathetic state, Qiao Chen could still see her unyielding attitude towards him.

Ade stepped forward.

Ah De nodded and stepped forward to bind the horrified man before dragging him out of the room.

"I didn't touch her. I really didn't do anything. Please let me go! Help…" The man's miserable cries abruptly stopped, leaving the two other men trembling like sieves.

Qiao Chen bent down slowly and stared at Xu Wan steadily. After a long while, he smirked. "You became like this after leaving me?"

Xu Wan froze on the spot. She glared up at him furiously. "It's none of your business!"

Qiao Chen seemed to be used to Xu Wan's attitude towards him. He was not angry at all. He took off his coat and threw it on Xu Wan. "Put it on."

Xu Wan gritted her teeth. Although she disliked Qiao Chen's clothes, she still put them on. After all, that man had torn her clothes.

"What will you do to that man…" Xu Wan hesitated for a while before asking.

Qiao Chen glanced at her and sneered. "You should mind your own business first. We haven't settled our score yet!"

Xu Wan trembled and did not dare to speak again.

Qiao Chen originally wanted to teach Xu Wan a lesson, but when he saw Xu Wan's trembling and pitiful appearance, his heart softened. He somehow didn't end up saying anything overboard.

He even had the urge to hug Xu Wan and comfort her.

Qiao Chen felt he must be crazy.

Qiao Chen held her and muttered, "Stupid."

Xu Wan flung Qiao Chen's hand away. "I didn't ask you to help me!"

Qiao Chen gazed at the woman's lonesome and frail silhouette. He could not get angry. He strolled behind Xu Wan slowly and did not rush her.

After being caught by Qiao Chen, Xu Wan packed up before Qiao Chen brought her to the Golden Age Hotel.

Neither of them spoke while they sat in the car.

Xu Wan put on exquisite makeup, coiled her hair, and changed into a red fishtail dress. She looked extremely beautiful.

However, Qiao Chen only glanced at her indifferently before he looked away..

What was the use of looking good? She was so obstinate and disobedient.
