Chapter 13: I'm the alpha mate
After taking my bath, I saw a red sun gown hang on the wall of the bathroom with an inscription on it. Yeah a note with a tiny writing.
" When you finished bathing put this on before we gets new clothes for you" says the note. Is he out of his mind? Did he think I am going to stay here forever? What new clothes? I have new clothes at home so I don't need new clothes. Well I think I should just wear this sun dress for the mean time. I can't go around walking naked or escape without any clothes on my body.
I dried my hair and let them fall loosely on my shoulders and I slip the sun dress on. I walked into the room but Lucas is no where to be found. I think this is the right time to plan my escape because it seems like this alpha is going to keep me here forever. I walk towards the window again to check if I will still see those kids playing around. I saw the little girl I saw that time but don't know how to draw her attention. I don't even know her name, how do I call her? I looked at the room in search of something and found an empty insecticide. I picked it from the floor and walk back to the window. I threw the insecticide at her direction and it landed just behind her. Thank goodness it didn't hit her. She was startled when the insecticide container landed behind her. She turn around to look at the container and also look to the direction where it flew from. Our eyes met and she look somehow afraid. I beckon on her to come but she don't want to. She keeps staring at me and taking a look at the other kids. After contemplating for some minutes she walked towards the window gently.
"Hey how are you?" I asked with a smile making sure not to scare her away with my frustrations.
" I'm fine! Who are you?" She asked and I find her amusing and adoring. Her cute face and long lashes make me want to pinch her cheeks. Her sapphire eyes looks so innocent like they're gazing inside my soul.
"I'm Ariel, how about you? " I asked with a smile.
" Hera" she reply with just one word.
Why did she look so cold?
" Nice to meet you Hera" I said stretching my right down to her and she stare at it without taking it and I try not to feel disappointed.
" What pack are you from?" She asked and I gulp down.
Pack? I don't even have a pack. What do I have to do with a pack? I'm not a werewolf.
What would I tell her now, if I tell her I don't belong to a pack she will feel suspicious like she won't trust me and she will think I'm one of their enemies or a spy.
" I'm the alpha's mate, you know him right?" I said and her eyes light up. Somehow I regretted admitting I'm the alpha's mate. Why would I even say that in the first place?. For once the poker face cute girl smile. She has dimples and there is this charismatic aura that she exudes, cool and vicious I think she will know the way out of this place.
" Are you alpha Lucas mate?" The girl asked with her bright sapphire eyes and I was drawn into her charms and cuteness.
" Yes Hera" I reply with a smile.
" Can I see your mate mark?"
my smile suddenly fly away when she ask to see my mate mark. What mark is that? A mate mark? I don't know what she is talking about.
" My mate mark?" I asked curiously and she nodded.
" Can I see it?" She requested acting all cute.
" You mean my mate mark?" I asked again to be sure of what she is talking about.
Hera POV
The lady at the alpha's window looks beautiful with her black hair and emerald eyes. She said her name is Ariel but I think she's acting strange . I haven't seen her in the pack before and I think she's new or is she one of the spies spying on our pack? Did the alpha caught her spying and decide to torture her in her room? It seems like she is looking for a way to escape. Mama said I should be careful of strangers that they are not friendly at all but Ariel looks harmless.
" I'm the alpha's mate, you know him right?" she said with a smile and I drop my guard against her. Who doesn't know alpha Lucas. He is the pack leader and I'm his cousin but I can't let Ariel know about it, what if she's lying to me?
"Are you alpha Lucas mate?" I asked and she reply with a " yes"
" Can I see your mate mark?" I asked and her smile disappear from her face.
" My mate mark?" She asked acting all weird.
" Can I see it?" I asked again when I saw the alpha approaching her and I quickly ran away, I can't allow him to see me, I don't want him to punish me for what I did last night.
Lucas POV
After waiting so long outside for her to have her bath, I went inside to see my mate standing by the window and looking outside. The red sun dress looks so perfect on her. Her flawless skin made her more alluring and I find myself approaching her little by little. Her fragrance filled the air and I can't tell what type of fragrance is that, all I know is that it's calming and arousing. The breeze blew her hair in the air revealing her fair long neck and I felt the demon in me rising. The strap of her dress fall down gently revealing her upper am. My cock sprang up and become hard under my brief all I just want to do right now is to have her right now and right there on the couch.
