Harmonious family

A month has passed. Selena and James have returned from their honeymoon living in the mansion. Their plans for a one-month honeymoon had to be changed because Selena couldn't leave her baby for too long. It was only two weeks, and they went straight home. But the two of them were pretty content to do many things during their honeymoon.

"Treat the babies like babies, they're not military recruits. You're too extreme, they could sprain because of you," James said coldly.

He was busy cradling his grandchildren with great affection. "Hush hush, get out there! I don't want to be disturbed. I'm enjoying the golden age of my life."

James looked at Jessica with a cynical look. His mother always likes to act as she pleases. Lucky James is a patient person when he is dealing with his mother. Otherwise, James would have decided to live in another mansion.

"What golden age? You're a granny now," said James.

"The golden age for me is, I can live in this world and see my family intact. I have children, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren. I can live healthy and carry my grandchildren. It is a privilege that I have longed for," said Jessica. Jessica kissed her grandson's cheek fondly.

James was silent. James did not know how Jessica's life was before James was born. He also did not know how Jessica struggled until James grew up. Stunned, James clutched his chest and pondered. Touched by Jessica's words. Apparently, that's the meaning of a happy family that Jessica wants.
