96 What is Pijal?

Much time has passed since Son Tuul. No notable bounties or requests have come in for a long while.

Until today that is.

I received a request from a Princess Fanry of the Pijal System. It is a request to destroy Czerka control of the system or turn them servile to her in their attitude. Elimination of one Master Jedi Rael Averross. A Jedi trained by Dooku who has been siphoning her power to Czerka.

Quite funny that a Jedi will be the cause for a violent conflict. Another failed peacekeeper. Her armed retaliation is a certainty at this point if I understand the situation right. It is also my understanding that Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-wan Kenobi will sent as reinforcements to Master Averross. An interesting situation.

Arla and Furia were both home too.

I went to find them and they were both with Chiro and Vorn. 

They both look at me as I ask, "I have a unique request I thought would be fun to do together. A bit of political intrigue, a Jedi target and sticking it to a megacorp."

Arla and Furia both smiled.

"Count me in, I'm always up to mess with a megacorp.", Arla says enthusiastically

Furia hummed with a bit of interest, "I suppose it'll be a good change. Sounds like a good situation for the use of curses here and there. Who is the contractor?"

"Princess Fanry. Still a teen, but almost old enough to take the throne. She just wants the throne to retain its power as she ascend it. Along with other righteous rhetoric or whatever."

Furia giggles, "Ooh, a young woman. Curses will definitely be useful."

Arla then says, "You know, Jango is back at base. He has no planned outings for a while too. He can babysit Vorn and Chiro while we go have fun. He isn't going say no to his elder sister on this matter."

I chuckle, "Alright, sounds like a good idea. Better for Jango than a nanny android. Despite their capabilities. Living caretakers are different. even if it's Jango, haha."

We got Jango to babysit the children on Xend.

Arla and Furia were in their armor along with me. We will be taking a new ship. A bit bigger than a scout ship, but combat oriented. I call it the Maw Combat Frigate, or the Moth. Going by how it looks.

The hyperspace lane to Pijal is blocked. So normally it is difficult to reach the planet. However, we do not use hyperspace engines. We'll have no problem arriving with a quantum warp travel. Space folds in front of us, and we are on our way to Pijal.

short chap, but it is juts a little setup. I want to make this arc fun. Mess around with Kenobi and exasperate Jinn a bit. Show the corpos their place and all that.
