Power Surge Official
CHAPTER 1 - SACRIFICE
Udyr lay slouching on his throne watching the ritual of coming, Guru's sit in a large circle chanting ancient language in the background for the ritual of coming, a small aura is present in the room. Suddenly one guru springs towards Udyr with a sharp weapon determined to end him then and there. But Udyr never lets his guard down and stops the guru with ease grabbing her by the neck.
Udyr: that was a sad attempt at a killing, let me show you how it's done.
'Udyr's grip on the Guru's neck tightens'.
Guru: you will never succeed in gaining immortality, you will be stopp-
*Snap* Udyr snaps the Guru's neck, the other Guru's gasp in shock.
Udyr: Continue the ritual, and don't act up unless you want to join her.
Guru's chant intensely and the aura present in the room grows. Udyr laughs menacingly.
Scene changes to a dojo, Archo and Voltai just finished training with their sensei 'Moro'.
Sensei: Good work today Archo and Voltai, Archo your skill has improved drastically from when you first started and Voltai… you have a while to go but you got talent. Work together, grow together you two can only improve with each other's help.
Archo and Voltai leave the dojo, Archo notices Voltai seems down in the dumps.
Archo: You alright bro, your looking pale as shit.
Voltai: Yea I'm good it's just…
Archo: Hey man don't worry about what sensei said, he only wants you to get better, you will improve a lot in no time.
Voltai: Thanks… but that's not what I'm worried about.
Archo: Then what is it.
Voltai: Well, the mysterious spirits that landed on Monte lookout that are said to bring whoever conquers it great power, the government will soon draft people to attain its power. But attaining the power is not guaranteed and neither is your life. And my parents haven't been able to pay off our debts. I may have to-
Archo: Hey! Relax, it's going to be fine if it makes you feel any better my families not so up there either, worst comes to worst at least we'll be in it together, not that it makes it any better.
Voltai: Your scared too aren't you.
Archo: Yeah... but worrying is not going to get us anywhere, we must show we are worth something.
Scene cuts to Archo arriving home.
Archo: MOM IM HOME! What's for dinner?
Tray: Cereal.
Archo: huh
Tray: Mum's sick right now she's resting in bed, make some cereal and shut up
Archo: don't have to be so aggressive, whatever coco pops it is.
Archo and Tray sit and the dining table watching tv, the news are covering the mysterious spirits that landed on Monte lookout.
News: All roads to Monte lookout is closed while the government investigates the spirits and prepares for the drafting, kids that don't seem to be of use to society in future will be drafted to go through attaining its power to become something useful to the country. Many deaths from researchers on site have already been reported, it is said only those in their adolescent years seem to survive attaining its power-
Archo: tsk just what exactly is this shit, just where did it come from.
Tray: the sky obviously
Archo: JUST SHUT UP OKAY!
Mom: hey Archo *cough cough* did you manage to find something to eat
Archo: mom you need to be resting don't worry about me these coco pops slap.
Mom: alright then.
*KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK! *
Archo: Who's knocking so goddamn loud.
Mom: I'll get it
Archo's mom opens the door and is shocked to find 3 officers at their door.
Mom: can I... help you...
Officer 1: Hello Selene is Archo home?
Mom: Yes, is there something you need from him?
Officer 1: Well Selene you have a lovely home and-
Officer 2: your son is being drafted it seems the spirits are starting to fade, our chances are running out we must take all possible candidates now.
Mom: No… it can't be but I paid my taxes!
Officer 1: well Selene you missed a lot and also your son is a delinquent at school we have heard.
Officer 3: we are wasting time MOVE!
The officer shoves Archo's mom and the officers begin to enter the house.
Archo: HEY WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!
Tray: Mom are you alright!
Officer 3: Archo Tringer, you're coming with us you have been drafted don't resist or force will be used.
Mom: NO, YOU CAN'T TAKE HIM, I WON'T LET YOU TAKE MY SON!
Tray: Mom stop! You're sick.
Tray holds his mom back while the officers escort Archo outside the house and into their van.
Archo: Mom… Tray… NO I don't want to go please ill change I swear.
Officer 1: don't worry Archo, you're going to attain immense power, you will become a hero!
Archo's van approaches Monte lookout, he feels the pressure of the spirits, it feels familiar.
Officer 1: You feel that don't you, that eerie feeling that sends shivers down your spine.
Archo: ...
Officer 1: I understand that your scared but don't worry, you will be alright no one in their adolescence that has attempted to attain this power has died, you shouldn't make an exception.
Archo is lead out the vehicle and he is shocked by the sight before him. Hundreds of drafted kids all being handled forcibly, all being taken to specific spots where the spirits are located. He sees a body that looks like its soul has been sucked out.
Officer 1: well, I guess some don't make it HAHA!
Archo: no no no no I can't do this YOU CAN'T MAKE ME
Officer 2: YOU DON'T HAVE A CHOICE
The officer pushes Archo towards his chosen spirit. Archo stops himself short of the spirit.
Archo looks up and sees a familiar face.
CHAPTER 2 – EMERGENCE
Archo: VOLTAI!
Voltai hears a familiar voice and turns around, he sees Archo and begins to tear up.
Voltai: ARCHO! YOU BETTER NOT DIE, YOU SAID WE ARE IN IT TOGETHER, IF YOU DIE ILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU!
Officer 4: HEY KEEP QUIET AND GET MOVING *Shoves Voltai*
Archo grits his teeth and calms himself down. He looks at his dedicated spirit, it feels familiar, he feels a deep connection to it. he moves closer and closer… until suddenly the spirit enters his body, he begins to writhe in pain as his body morphs and he begins to grow fur, his fingers turn to claws and his teeth simultaneously begin to become sharp, his begin to pupils thin vertically. Voltai watches this from afar in disbelief.
Voltai: Archo… no that's not Archo, it can't be… that monster.
Archo Roars thunderously.
Officer 1: it's beautiful…
Officer 3: hmm I can't seem to identify this one.. Cat? Tiger? Lion? Or maybe hyena….
Officer 2: his losing control we got to detain him.
The officers use long taser like weapons on Archo electrocuting him causing him to fall unconscious. As his eyes close, he sees various other people transforming and being electrocuted as well.
Archo awakens in a cage he looks around and sees a lot of other people in cells too. Some with a traumatised look on their face he knew just from one look, they all went through the same thing he did.
Voltai: Archo! You woke up.
Archo: *Voltai you made it thank God*
Archo: where are we?
Voltai: inside a large cargo truck.
Archo: how long have we been in here.
Voltai: who knows... we all woke up here. At least we survived.
Hunter: No… it only gets worse from here
Archo and Voltai turn to look at another prisoner he looks a bit older than them.
Archo: what do you mean?
Hunter: we will never have a normal life again. We will be pawns to this country for as long as we are useful, then what? HUH, what happens after that?
Sam: they throw us out like garbage, and we are forgotten.
Kayla: wait we have powers now, right? We should be able to get out using them.
Voltai attempts to open his cell bars, but to no avail.
Archo: I felt it when the spirit entered me… overwhelming power and aggression. These powers might be dangerous.
Archo remembers his body morphing.
Archo: *Was that a dream*?
Kite: you saw it didn't you, your body becoming animal like, I felt it all too, it was so empowering it felt so good I can't wait until I can use my powers properly hehehe.
An officer enters the cage room.
Officer 2: Brace yourselves peeps the other officers are wrapping up the other kids in a minute we are going to get moving back to base. Then you will find out what happens next hahahaha, for now sit quiet and shut the fuck up.
The officer leaves the room. The kids are shocked and scared for what's to come.
Archo: We need to find a way to get out now!
Kayla: agreed, I don't want to find out what happens to us back at base.
Rick: way ahead of ya boys.
Everyone turns to look at Rick who is holding the guards key card in his hand.
Voltai: how did you….
Rick: I don't know I knew I needed to get his key card and instinctively knew what to do and my powers activated. I'll explain later who's trying to get out of here?
Rick opens everyone cages and everyone makes their way on top of a cage to get to a window at the back of the van. Archo notices that a kid is in her cage and won't get out.
Archo: hey your cage is open you can leave now, don't worry you won't be alone.
No reply. Archo realises the kids too traumatised to speak.
Archo: *she's so young she couldn't have been drafted*.
Archo: what's your name?
Tia: its… Tia
Archo: How old are you?
Tia: I'm 14... (She said in a shaky voice)
Archo: *no way this is crazy, I thought only people 16 to 19 were being drafted. This government is crazy how is this possible*.
Voltai looks at Archo and sees his face is angry and menacing, he remembers the monster that Archo became and gets nervous.
Archo: Come out Tia ill hold your hand we have to go now I'll keep you safe.
Tia looks up at Archo in tears and holds his hand.
Rick: come on man just do it!
Hunter: I'm focusing, I don't know how to use my powers just wait.
Sam is at the door listening for footsteps. And overhears the officer's conversation.
Officer 1: Yo how your family doing.
Officer 2: I just found out my wife's cheating on me.
Officer 1: HAHAHA how you gon get cheated on fool, I bet you mad.
Officer 2: nah Its equal now so we good.
Sam: This can't be real.
Kayla: Are they coming Sam?
Samantha: nah not for now.
Hunter manages to bring out some of his power and opens the window bars.
Rick: NICE JOB MAN! NOW LETS SCRAM!
The group started making their way out the van.
Officer 1: you hear that?
Officer 2: yea, I checked last time your turn man.
Officer 1: You know the rules fool.
Officer 2: ugh fine.
Both: SCISSORS PAPER ROCK
Samantha: not good guys someone's coming! HURRY UP AND JUMP OUT!
Rick: you know it's a pretty high drop and I got weak legs and-
Hunter proceeds to push Rick out the truck. More people jump out, Archo, Tia and Sam remain.
Samantha: hurry up his coming!
Tia: I... I... I can't do it.
Officer bursts into the room
Officer 2: HEY YOU LITTLE SHITS GET DOWN!
Sam: QUICK HELP ME UP
Archo grabs Samantha's hand to pull her up but the officer shocks Samantha with his stick and the electricity transmits to Archo minorly causing him to let go of her hand. Archo proceeds to jump out carrying Tia with one arm. The officer puts Sam back in her cell and proceeds to radio a message.
Officer 2: ALL HANDS-ON DECK WE HAVE ESCAPEES.
The group begins to run but the sheer number of officers overwhelm them and they all get pinned down. Suddenly a vortex shaped by clouds rips open in the sky catching everyone's eyes. Suddenly all the people that attained powers start to float up and get sucked into the vortex. The officers managed to stop a few from getting away.
Archo: VOLTAI
Voltai: WHATS HAPPENING!
Tia: I can't move my body!
Hunter: we are getting sucked in!
Rick: THE ALIENS FINALLY GET US HAHAHAHA
Inevitably the majority disappeared into the mysterious vortex, and it vanished. The officers were too stunned to speak or move, they stood their staring at the sky.
Officer 1: scissors paper rock for who takes blame?
Officer 2: shut up…
CHAPTER 3 – NEW WORLD
Archo opens his eyes, he looks around and sees what he thinks to be a stadium, and they are in the middle of it. A lot of other people all confused and looking around panicked.
Archo: *where are we? Didn't we just get sucked into the sky? what's going on?*
A thunderous roar stunned everyone in the room they all simultaneously turned to see the source of the sound and just one look at him made them all feel the same thing… TERROR. An old man with a strong build stood high up on a ledge before them, but everyone was thinking the same thing, that is no old man, but a beast, predator or even a monster. His pressure caused them all to feel like something was weighing them down, their instincts told them run but they were frozen in place not moving an inch.
Udyr: Welcome my subjects, I know you are all confused and scared but there is a reason why you have all been brought here. My trusted instructor will explain it for you so try to listen and understand because he's a bit impatient and doesn't like saying things twice.
Everyone started panicking and yelling.
Rick: wait wait wait wait WAIT! You're not aliens?
Kayla: please let me go back home I swear I won't break out again please don't do anything to me!
Tucker: This can't be real! What's going on WHERE ARE WEEE!!!
Panic had ensued.
Archo: EVERYONE SHUT UP! (Archo yelled)
Archo: Don't be idiots and scream like wild animals, understand the situation and embrace it. no point going crazy it's not going to get you anywhere! Now shut up and listen!
Voltai: *how can he be so calm... wait it's not just him there's some other people that are calm too. I need to relax myself*.
Rolf: Smart kid, the instructor will explain everything first follow me.
Rolf begins to lead everyone outside the stadium where there's an abundance of dining tables with prepared food resembling curry.
Rolf: everyone take a seat and dig in, can't understand anything on an empty stomach, can we?
After some hesitation everyone takes a seat. Voltai, Archo, Tia, Rick, Hunter and Kayla sit at the same table. Most people seem to have lost their appetite from all the anxiety. Tia seems to not want to eat anything.
Archo: hey don't worry Tia it's not poison see! (As he stuffs his face with the rice)
Tia: (chuckles) ok if it's not poison then I'll have some.
Voltai: Archo you shouldn't just eat like tha-
Archo proceeds to stuff Voltai's face with food.
Archo: relax man it's alright, I don't think these people really want to do us harm.
Instructor: *AHEM* I will now explain what's going on. You have all been brought here to have the chance to have one wish granted to you, the person that will be chosen will also be the last one to leave here…. ALIVE.
Everyone simultaneously stopped eating... food fell out of some people's mouths.
Instructor: you will all compete in a series of battles resulting in only one person getting out alive and you are all narrowed down to one contestant who will be Udyr's successor, thus having one wish granted. The weak will die, the strong will live, that's how life is and that's how your life will go from now on. You will all be assigned rooms to sleep in that contain 4 people each room. I will give you the chance to choose the same room as people your familiar with, the rest will be randomly selected. you will learn how to use your powers effectively and come to understand how this world works.
Hunter: This world?
Instructor: Oh, yea I forgot to mention. You're not on the planet you know as earth, you're in another world entirely, it's pretty much the same as earth but there's some differences, that I will explain in more detail later. For now, understand that there is no going home, this is your new home.
Tia: but… but moms waiting for me at home.
Rolf: she will wait forever then.
Everyone starts to realise the situation, but none dare to defy it.
Rolf: Now I will let you all explore the venue, it's an abandoned colosseum theme park that has been adjusted to help you all train for your upcoming battles, get familiar with your surroundings so that you relax more.
Rolf leaves through a long passageway guarded by two largely built men. After hearing the news some was too shocked to move, realisation began to kick in, there was a low chance they would get out alive, some were too shaken to move but some were calmer and level-headed.
Archo: well let's take a look around Voltai, doesn't hurt to learn the place does it.
Voltai: agreed.
Archo and Voltai walked around for a while, understanding the unfamiliar setting. But Voltai can't seem to shake off the uneasy feeling of Tia following behind them.
Voltai: hey what's with that kid following us? It's kinda creepy don't you think. (whispers)
Archo: what do you mean? She's just scared, she's only 14. (whispers)
Voltai: 14!?!?
Archo: shhh
Tia begins to walk a different direction.
Archo: hey where you going.
Tia: it's alright ill look around by myself.
Voltai: just let her go, we have to focus on finding a way out.
Archo notices a lot of people grouped up at a stall. Voltai catches on.
Voltai: what's going on there?
Archo: I don't know.
Archo and Voltai approach the stall.
Instructor: Hmm looks like your power surge is Ursus Maritimus. Also known as Polar Bear
Hunter: Polar bear…. So that means I can-
Rick: HUUUH, ME NEXT ME NEXT!
Instructor: *sigh*, you're a, wait, oh lord it can't be…
Rick: WHAT IS IT, WHAT IS IT!
Everyone stood in anticipation.
Instructor: a raccoon.
Everyone fell over stumped.
Instructor: Just kidding, you're a Slow Loris
Archo: looks like his telling what powers we have, but…. it's based off animals….
Voltai: Hey instructor what's mine.
Instructor: hmm, your power surge is Electric eel.
Voltai: electric… eel….
Archo: Electric eel? Don't they electrocute people? Hey, how are you able to know our Power surges just by looking at us?
Instructor: In this world everyone is born with a power surge, but I wasn't. because of that I became a guru and spent my entire life learning about every living creature that has ever existed thus gained the all-seeing eye which lets me see people power surges with my eyes.
Archo: Whats mine then?
Instructor: hmm, your a apex predator at the top of the food chain in prehistoric times.
Archo: does that mean… I'm a dinosaur?
Instructor: No… There was a ancient creature which preyed on dinosaurs in the jurrasic period, though this creature went extinct quickly.
Voltai: but… nothing eats dinosaurs…
A familiar voice blared behind them.
Udyr: You have the power of the true apex predator, have pride my son, someone I once knew a millennia ago had that power.
Archo: Millennia?
Udyr: I expect great things from you.
Udyr walks away.
Voltai: *So that's what I saw back then*
Archo: I'm not sure but I think I might have a strong power.
The group walked around observing the area until dusk. All subjects were called to a meeting spot.
Rolf: Now that you have had enough time to learn your surroundings its time for you to choose your rooms. Those that want to share a room with companions now is the chance.
Archo: Alright Voltai and Tia, it will be us together.
Voltai: but the dorms have 4 people, we must take another.
Hunter: No, you're not joining us.
Kayla: yea definitely not. Your too loud and never shut up.
Rick: HOW COULD YOU GUYS, WE BROKE OUT TOGETHER WE FORMED A BLOOD PACT!
Hunter: no, we never did.
Edward: time to move brother.
Milan: Yea you're in our dorm.
Rick: WHO THE HELL ARE THESE GUYS!
Hunter: Some cool people we met while looking around. Anyways good luck finding a room.
Rick: how about you guys
Bystanders: No
Rick: you guys?
Bystanders: No
Rick notices Archo, Voltai and Tia.
Rick: HEY GUYS REMEMBER ME?
Voltai: not really.
Tia: it's the person that opened our cells.
Rick: yea that's ME! You guys got room for one more? I helped everyone else get rooms and realised that I don't even have my own! Silly me.
Voltai: yea… sure you did
Rick: COME ON!
Archo: fine just try to keep quiet.
Rick: Roger that captain!
Everyone proceeded to enter their chosen dorms.
Rolf: alright everyone get a good night's sleep, tomorrow your trial begins.
Voltai: trial?
Everyone entered their dorms and rested on their beds.
Archo: *I wonder how Mum's doing, I hope she's not worried about me*.
Voltai: can't sleep huh Archo.
Archo: Yeah.
Voltai: Same its like nothing happening is real. I feel like I'm gonna wake up at any moment and be back in my warm bed.
CHAPTER 4 - SURGE
Everyone wakes up to a loud rooster. COCKLE DOODLE DOOOOO!
Archo: I thought I would only ever hear that it in cartoons.
Rolf: These two people step out of their dorms only. Mark and Edward.
They proceed to exit their dorm.
Rolf: step into the arena
Edward: b… but I don't want to fight, I… I don't even know how to fight
Rolf: what do I care, my job is only to filter you out.
Edward: p…. please-
Rolf: Get the fuck in and shut the fuck up
Edward hesitantly enters the ring, Mark is already waiting inside.
Mark: no hard feelings, but… I'm not going to hold back, I have things I want to fulfill in life and that wish will help me achieve it.
Voltai: they really have to fight to the death.
Archo: but we don't even know how to use our powers.
Rick: wait you guys weren't there?
Voltai: What do you mean?
Rick: someone explained how to use our powers.
Archo: he only explained what power we have not how to use them.
Rick: actually, he did right after you guys left. Watch this.
Rick's body began to morph, he grew fur around his arms, legs and face and his ears changed shape.
Rick: this is First Fold.
Voltai: no way.
Rick: let me explain
Rick has a flash back to when the instructor explained how Surge works.
Instructor: Power surges are powers given to humans from birth in this world. You can have the power of any possible living thing, though what specific power you get is influenced by your parents. All power surges have 4 stages, the first being your normal human form, though you don't get any characteristics of your said animal you will have a small strength boost, I'm sure your all feeling a bit stronger then you were when you first came here, your First Fold is where you really manifest powers from your Power Surge, You might grow fur, a shell or even a carapace depending on your Power Surge, the Second Fold is quite hard to reach though it's not impossible, I believe the person to win these trials will reach their Second Fold, in this stage you gain full characteristics of your Power Surge, You will barely resemble a human anymore but the power you gain is great and your surge levels sky rocket, the Third Fold is… well… no point telling you all since its practically impossible to reach, only the Demi Gods of Pinance have reached that stage.
Instructor: *sigh* that was a lot to say but there's one more thing I need to explain. Surge, Surge is the natural energy that dwells within all living things, some more potent than others, your surge is how your able to gain the power to enter your stages, your surge levels increase based on your relationship with mother earth, just because your good to nature won't mean you will gain great power, but will help nonetheless, mother nature is unpredictable and anything can influence her to give you more surge but you don't necessarily need mother earths blessings of surge, you can gain surge by just your raw emotions, fear, anger, sadness, shock, these major emotions can trigger your surge levels to ascend to help you deal with the problem at hand, though everyone has their limits.
The information was a lot to take in but everyone stood around in fascination as everything sank in, no one was lost, no one wanted to be lost, it was understand or die by your own incompetency.
Instructor: oh, I nearly forgot the most important part about Surge, as you compete in combat your surge levels begin to rise, some people generate surge much quicker than others. At one point you will be able to emit your surge. There is three ways to emit surge, the most basic is to channel surge a specific body part to greatly exaggerate its natural power for example powering up your wings to fly faster or powering up your claws to be stronger, the next way to emit your surge is to send it out of your body as raw energy, for example the most common ways are sending out of your mouth imitating a roar or sending it out of your hands. The last way to emit surge is what most call the most powerful but it's quite uncommon, this way is to buff up the whole body with surge making you able to last much longer in combat without getting tired and to increase your durability to immense heights. You are commonly only able to train the ability to emit in one way but if you are a master at surge you can learn to emit surge in every possible way.
Mark leaps towards Edward
Voltai: the fights starting already.
Archo: what's both their Power Surge anyways?
Rick: im pretty sure Edward is a turtle
Edward snaps back to reality and enters First Fold, blocking Marks attack to his abdomen with his shell.
Rick: And mark is some sort of uhm…. katydid.
Archo: Katydid? Aren't those like grasshoppers?
Mark: *tsk* I guess you won't go down easily.
Edward proceeds to swing at mark, mark dodges and retreats.
Edward: of course not, I value my life dearly.
Edward proceeds to rush towards mark.
Edward: I'm gonna crush you to death!
Edward attempts to bear hug mark, but mark leaps backwards, Edward looks at mark but its too late, suddenly Edward's eyes are sliced, Edward screams in agony, holding his face with his hands
Edward: I CAN'T SEE WHAT IS THIS?!?!
Voltai: That was too fast! What did he do?!
Archo: I thought he was just a katydid?
Instructor: Neobarrettia spinosa also known as The Red Eyed Devil.
Narrator: The Saginae, also known as the predatory katydids, they are found in most places around the world, and they are surprisingly carnivorous unlike their relatives in the Orthoptera family who mainly feed on plants.
Edward: dammit, I can't see! And it hurts so bad!
Hunter: no way, has he gone blind?
Kayla: EDWARD LOOK OUT
Mark: it pains me to do this but, only one person can leave alive.
Mark swiftly slashes Edwards throat with his spine lined elbows. Tia flinches in shock.
Edward falls to the ground,
his mouth gurgling with blood, struggling to get air through.
Edward: *I don't want to die, please mom… dad help me, I…I just want to go home*
Edward's body lay still not moving in the arena.
Rolf: congrats on your win, go clean yourself up in your dorm.
Mark walks back to his dorm, he doesn't say a word to his roommates who are shocked by the fight. Mark stands at the sink, a single tear drop falling.
Voltai: he…he's dead.
Archo: yea… it all happened so quick…
Hunter: E…Edward…
Rolf: As you have all seen this is no joke, your lives are at stake, so make sure you use everything you got, or you will end up dead and forgotten.
Rolf: Alright everyone can wander around the gallery for now, use the training facilities, get to know your power surge and its capabilities, there is also a library to study your power surges and the instructor will answer your questions.
All the cells' doors unlock everyone starts to leave their cells, no one wants to fall behind, no one wants to feel powerless.
Voltai approaches Hunter and Kayla who is staring down at the arena as Edward's body is taken.
Voltai: I... I'm sorry Hunter and Kayla, it wasn't fair for him.
Hunter: why would you be sorry.
Voltai: huh?
Hunter: I barely knew him it hasn't even been 2 days. This just goes to show that your life can end at any moment here, as a matter of fact me and you could be fighting next.
Hunter stands and approaches Voltai, passing him.
Hunter: Make sure you're ready because I will be. Only one person gets out of here alive, you better be ready to kill everyone including me, including your friend Archo.
Hunter heads toward the gallery.
Voltai: *I might have to fight Archo…*
Voltai has a flashback, Archo stands above his defeated body, with a wide grin.

Voltai walks across the gallery he sees people fighting and bystanders watching.
Voltai: (now that I think about it, everyone that's here are either delinquents or are part of the low class, either way no one here hasn't struggled before.)
Voltai reaches the training hall, he walks around seeing people in training spots, the rooms reeked of sweat, Voltai walked until something caught his eye, it was Archo. He was sweaty and panting for air, the look was familiar just like what he would see at the dojo, but something was different, he didn't look very human.
Voltai: How's training going.
Archo caught by surprise responds: Ah Voltai you finally made it, come on let's train together, how about a sparring match?
*Voltai grins*
