39 Chapter-39: Kiri Conquest! (Part-IV)

After the remaining three days passed and I delivered all the weapons, I disguised myself as a dried up husks and 'died'.

The Mizukage's face had a grim look as he asked the council member to clean up my body and he left.

As soon as he left, I created a few shadow clones, surprising the council member, who killed him and checked the surrounding.

Once, they confirmed that no one was near me, I undid the concealment skill and snuck out of Kirigakure and headed to Haku's location.

After running for a couple of hours, I found the location out and he was sitting there idle.

Looks like he did what I told him.

"Are you done?" I asked as I appeared in front of him.

He was a little surprised but still was composed enough.

"Yeah, I've done it. I've killed a few ninjas on both sides." he said.

"Good. Now let's begin the game, shall we? Go and retreat to Land of waves once again, I have my own plans for now. I will send in some clones to you, just follow whatever they say." I said as I ran past him and went to the base, where the opposition led by Mei Terumi was there.

I used my concealment skill once again to change my appearance back to my previous life before entering.

All of them were discussing something important and the tension was oozing from them.

My figure appeared suddenly before them, which they hated so much.

"All of you, get ready to rumble. Mizukage is going to wipe you out for once and for all. This the chance to take him down. Isn't that right, my subordinates?" I said with a grin.

Mei, Ao and Chojuro reluctantly replied, "Yes...sir."

Everyone suddenly roared and everyone started preparing.

It was finally time to fight the war and end their suffering.

Everyone was eager to do so. Finally, the blood of families and friends will turn into the long awaited peace time.

I said this as I asked Mei and Chojuro to follow me.

"Ao will be leading everyone for now. You two will be following me and capturing the Mizukage." I said as I dropped a bomb on them.

The idea was extremely surprising but I already started running and they too were following me because of the slave seal.

"What?! IS THAT EVEN RATIONAL?! YOU ARE LEADING US TO-" Chojuro and Mei said simultaneously but I turned around as I looked them in they eyes.

"Shut up. I do the planning and you do the fighting, don't try to f*ck those roles up." I said as I snorted coldly.

We ran past the Kirigakure's entrance gate and everything was extremely chaotic.

During my stay, I succeeded in infecting a big part of KIRI and they started causing a lot of chaos and a lot of them attacked Mizukage as well.

When I arrived at the place, It was the same warehouse where all the weapons were kept and Mizukage was fighting everyone, slowly but surely killing his way through.

"That's it. Go and capture him. Hurt him as much as you like. As long as his torso and head remains intact, I can deal with it easily." I said as I pushed them towards him.

They both nodded each other with a triumphant smile and started fighting him.

After all the suffering Mizukage brought on them and the people, the very idea of beating him up and even killing him felt like a god given chance.

I went away and transferred all the weapons I sold to Mizukage in my inventory for now. Can't let them be damaged now.

They will be useful in the long run.

After that, I watched the fight from the sidelines.

It lasted for nearly 12 hours before Mizukage eventually collapsed because of exhaustion and everyone had to fight three-tails now. After another 4 hours, three tails was beaten up back into Mizukage and the battle was over.

Just as they tried killing him, I stopped them.

"I will be taking on from here. Don't kill him." I said as everyone's body started acting against their wills and they couldn't do anything.

"WHO ARE YO-" Some KIRI were screaming but I cut him off.

"Mizukage's replacement. Let's say...You are under new management, regardless of your willingness. Those seals carved on your necks, it's a slave seal. try messing it and a fate worse than death awaits you. I will be enjoying a whole nation under myself, thank you very much." I said with a smile as I carved a seal on Yagura's neck, trapping him as well.

Now I have a chakra monstrosities under me, two if I count nine tails as well.

I went and took a walk around the village now.

The village was in shambles, some people were still fighting while some were running away from the location in order to save their lives.

Ao had successfully caught them off guard and attacked the village, not allowing them to even put up any resistance.

"EVERYONE! MIZUKAGE HAS SURRENDERED! DROP YOUR WEAPONS OR DIE!" I said loudly, loud enough to make sure everyone hears as a KIRI carried Yagura's body around.

Some ninjas tried to attack me and Yagura but the opposition, who were under effect of my seal immediately stopped them, confusing the attacker as well as the opposition.

"Now, come on, let's create this village from the ground up, once again." I said out loud.

After the commotion died down, I once again announced something, shocking everyone.

"Now pick a side. Either you become the part of village or you leave the village." I said out loud and once again people started talking among themselves.

Eventually, the people formed two groups.

One had people who will stay in the newly made village and others will be leaving.

"Start attacking the people who want to leave the village and knock them out for now. We can't have traitors running around and creating chaos in elemental nations." I said.

All the people who had seals on them suddenly started attacking and others followed the pattern because of the herd control.

Some weren't attacking but they were quietly knocked out with help of Mei and KIRI.

Eventually, everyone without seals were knocked out and my clones started carving seals on them as well.

Some died but who cares? Not me.

I immediately sent all the ninjas with seals for a quick patrol to check if someone was left or was hiding.

They came up with around 60 people and they were carved with a seal as well.

After a few hours, all the carving was done.

I immediately took a high ground and started talking.

Naturally everyone had to listen to me because the seal forced them to.

"Now everyone shut up. I am your new leader and we will be making the village from the grounds up. Your consent doesn't matter. Now let's starts. First of all, you all will start by rebuilding your houses so they are at least in livable conditions. We will decided on the rules and government later on." I said.

Everyone was extremely confused but they moved regardless.

Slowly the talk of me being some sort of higher-up of opposition went through the people of Kirigakure and I was starting to become a respected figure.

Opposition was spreading a good word for me and it's leaders were...not able to do anything else that biting their lips.

"Ao, you will be in charge of the military stuff for now. Chojuro and Mei, you will be working on the policies related with bloodline clans and other stuff regarding governance. The purpose is to make sure Kirigakure stands up on it's feet again." I said as I started creating clones who ran travelled to the direction of Land of waves and Gato company to get some money for initial investment.

"Why are you doing this...?" Mei said as I could hear the desperation in her voice.

I went close to her and whispered in her ears, "I am doing this for myself. Call it a selfish desire, If you must."

I left the scene and now it was time to start working once again.

(3rd POV)

Over the course of 5 days, extreme amounts of changes went through Kirigakure as a whole.

Abundant food as well as wealth came into the country and the re-building process was going smoothly.

Many small industries were established and it produced various basic commodities which was freely distributed to everyone who held a part time job there.

The military was also ready all the times with extreme discipline under leadership of Ao, discouraging anyone to attack on Kirigakure.

Well, it's not like anyone could attack.

First, the information about everything related Kirigakure was suppressed and no outsiders were allowed to even enter the Land of water.

Second, the surrounding nations were in a bad state themselves.

Konohagakure was still recovering from the attack and Sunagakure also suffered a lot of damage to them because of Orochimaru's plans and other nations were simply too weak or too far away to even attack Kirigakure.

Everything was totally changing, surprising everyone.

Where was the money coming from? Who led all this to happen?

Mei and Chojuro were confused as well? Weren't they supposed to suffer for eternity because now they were nothing more than slaves?

Everyone had a lot of questions but no one to answer them...so everyone tried to find a solution of their own.

Several rumors went around about Kazuya, the person who thought to lead this to happen.

Some thought he was some sort of de-facto leader of the opposition while others thought he was a messiah who was sent by god to reform Kirigakure once again.

More and more ridiculous rumors went around and still, no one was able to truly find anything about him.

Leaders, at least the ones that opposition knew about, said that he was the true mastermind behind all this but no one got anything other than that out of them.

In this short period of time, Kazuya had done a lot.

The Gato company had effectively expanded a lot and was integrated to Kirigakure, enriching their economy a lot and creating jobs for everyone while shooting the profits through the roof.

(Excess labor is used in different ways=Money generated somehow= Kazuya earns. A simple yet complex pyramid scheme.)

The nobles mysteriously 'disappeared' and Daimyo of water suddenly agreed to everything they said without any troubles and even gave a lot of money for their recovery, even going as far as sending relief funds every month, something no one was expecting as he was quite a troublesome fellow in the past, a miser who'd rather drink dog piss than part with him money and luxury.

The people had even more ridiculous reactions to all this.

Everyone was genuinely curious about the identity of the leader.

Who was he?

Where did he come from?

What are his true powers and abilities that he was able to do so much in such a short span of time?

But no answers were given, no matter how loudly they asked but everyone was grateful to him.

Because of all this, their growth rate as well progress has shot through the roof.
