Portals in the water

Two teens are the only ones that have access to the secret world underneath the surface of the water which has recently started to waver. Living on either sides of a lake, they meet one day. after enjoying a day of skateboarding together, they see each other in the underwater-world for the first time. will they figure out why their secret world is crumbling?
