1 Poll The World #1 - Hobbies

Everyone, no matter how old or young you are, has a hobby. We all have something that we enjoy doing in our free time. This can be anything from knitting to running. Some like reading while others may like gaming. A hobby is something that truly defines you. It shows your personality, in a way. Whether you're introverted or extraverted can sometimes be discovered by your hobby.

This week, I asked, "What is one thing that you enjoy?" I want to know what everyone likes to do in their spare time!

May, originally from Amman (Jordan), temporarily in Philly, has many hobbies that she enjoys in her free time.

Her active hobbies include climbing, horseback riding, and scuba diving.

Her other hobbies include reading, drawing, cooking, and baking.

Wow! As I mentioned above, you can tell a lot about a person's hobbies, and I think that May is a very extroverted person who loves exploring new things, and isn't afraid to try them!

What stood out to me was reading, of course, which, in my opinion, should be on the hobby list of everyone! I'm really glad to see that others are interested in reading, as it is fundamental to our mental health, with a host of other great benefits.

In conclusion, we all have something that is our go-to for our private time. It is very important to take some time out for yourself, so be sure to try to include your favorite pastime in your daily activities, and always try a new one!
