1 Introduction

This chapter has to do with the enviable nature of our wealth in African politics.Politics in Africa should have been the tool to mitigate the woes confronting Africans but rather served as an avenue to create, loot and share.

Africa is blessed with all the natural resources,but the question is why always poor or developing countries.That has sent a great signal that,there is something wrong with the leadership and the systems.
