1 CHAPTER 1

"Scoups!!!!" shouted the police chief. Scoups quickly got up from his seat and received a new case.

"Scoups this is a serious case. They have kidnapped two South Korean students. They also found the body of a boy from the same high school but they say it was a suicide. Anyway I would like you to investigate about it to know if it was really suicide."

"Was he South Korean too?" Scoups asked.

"I'm afraid so his name was Chwe Hansol Vernon."

"Chwe Hansol Vernon," Scoups repeated.

"Ok, I'll take the case of the students who were kidnapped...Do you know anything about them?" Scoups asked.

"I'll tell you their names. They are Boo Seungkwan and Lee Jihoon."

"Okay I'll investigate now."

"Yes, you can ask the police officers Jun, Minghao and Chan to accompany you."

"Okay,I'll do that."

So they went first to the place where they had found the body of the South Korean student, Chwe Hansol Vernon. They looked very carefully at the place. There were no signs that it had been a homicide but they were not entirely sure because when they asked the students. It was very happy and charismatic and got along with everyone and they couldn't find a reason for him to kill himself.

It was then that Scoups and his team decided to examine the body of Chwe Hansol Vernon who was a suicide victim .Among what they saw were blows to the abdomen and marks. Traces of tears on his face which told them that the student was crying. Had some blows to the head and a shot in the chest. They went deeper and discovered that Chwe Hansol Vernon was a victim of rape then he was murdered and the culprit made it look like a suicide. Something that was useless but they still needed to find the person who had murdered Chwe Hansol Vernon but decided to search for the 2 students first. They first investigated with acquaintances and told them that both Seungkwan and Jihoon were very close and very good friends and that the two of them were very weak and sensitive. Later they asked when was the last time they had been seen and they answered that they were on their way to school but the teachers and classmates said that they had not arrived and from there they were never seen again and with that information. Scoups, Jun, Minghao and Chan began their investigation. While doing their research, a young man named Hong Jisoo from the same high school gave them some pictures of Jihoon and Seungkwan.

"Do you know them?" Scoups asked the young man.

"Yes. They are from my class and we get along well. They gave me these photos so that I could keep them while I was out of China," said the young man.

"Are you South Korean?" Kris asked.

"Yes but I'm also a American. I live with my boyfriend who is Korean and since he didn't want me to stop studying. I entered the high school where he studied," Jisoo answered.

"Is your boyfriend older than you?" Jun asked.

"Just-just for a few years. He's going to finish college" Jisoo said.

"Oh ok thanks for the photo. They will help us a lot" Scoups said. "Well let's go. We have to continue until later." And they began to walk away.

"Take a look at the photos" Scoups said and with the first photo they were surprised because it was clear to them that the boys are freshmen in high school.

"It can't be. They're minors!" Scoups said frustrated. Who was the person who kidnapped them and what will he is going to do with them!?

"Scoups calm down," Chan said.

"Nope!bHow do you want me to calm down?!They are minors Chan and what they do with them is not right. The bastards who kidnap minors sell them or prostitute them or simply rape and kill them like Chwe Hansol Vernon. He was also a minor. We better have to find them before it's too late." Scoups said desperately.

"Well let's go then but how will we know where they are?" asked Jun.

"We have to try to locate them...wait...the cameras. We have to look at the recordings" said Scoups.

Then they began to check the security cameras and they could not see the face of the culprit but where did he take them and they went to that place. Unfortunately the place was completely empty but they would not leave without first finding something to help them and thank you God they found a paper that said an address and below the name of Lee Jihoon but they didn't find anything else so they decided to follow the address of the paper.

When they arrived they realized that the place was not very nice but they played anyway.

"Police!Open the door!" But there was no answer. They thought there was no one and they were going to withdraw but they heard some cries accompanied by some screams that apparently said "leave me" and "don't touch me". It was then that Scoups tried and managed to open the door anyway. They ran to where it was. They heard those screams and cries but Jun, Chan and Minghao they headed elsewhere to see if there was another person.

Finally Scoups arrives at the place where the tears come from. He opens the door and sees a scene that is not at all pleasant. He knew better than anyone that if they raped Chwe Hansol Vernon they would not hesitate to do the same with one of the young men. Scoups quickly addressed Jun, Minghao and Chan came and took him away. Then Scoups approached the boy. He could see how his thin body almost without clothes trembled. Scoups wanted to get closer and touch him to make him know that he was not bad. However the boy was very scared and walked away while Scoups got closer.

"Easy. I'm not hurting you, trust me,okay?" Scoups said to the boy.

The young man had no reaction and his body was still shaking. Scoups let him calm down.

"Can you tell me your name?" Scoups asked the young man. The boy nodded.

"Lee Jihoon," he said under the boy.

"Ok,I'll take you to the police station and ask you some questions,okay?" Scoups said to Jihoon but he had no reaction again. Scoups sighed and approached him. Looked into his eyes and realized that the Jihoon's eyes were a little puffy which made Scoups think he had cried a lot but he also realized that Jihoon was staring off into space.

"Jihoon. I need you to move. I'll wait for you outside" Scoups said and walked away to find Jun, Minghao and Chan.

"And the boy?" asked Minghao.

"I think it's better if he goes out by himself. He had a very lost look" Scoups answered.

"It was better that we take him to a psychologist later because he may suffer from trauma," Jun said.

"You're right," Scoups said. "I'll take him to a psychologist when I finish asking him the questions then we will take him to his parents"

"Okay," Jun, Minghao and Chan answered at the same time. Scoups noticed that Jihoon was starting to be late.

"Yeah,what was he doing?" Scoups spoke up.

"We have to go look for him," Jun said and that they did they went to look for him and to his surprise Jihoon was asleep.

"Aw,it's so cute," Jun said.

"He looks like an angel sleeping," Minghao said.

"Stop saying so many corny things. Wake him up" Scoups ordered Jun.

"No don't be like that. I'm sure he's tired" Jun said.

"Yes Scoups hyung," Chan said. Scoups sighed.

"Okay then load it up," Scoups said.

"Why don't you do it yourself?" Jun asked.

"Because I'm going to wake him up. It's like carrying a baby. Every time I carry a baby he wakes up. The same thing will happen if I load him," Scoups said a little disappointed.

"Don't worry,I will," Jun said. "Wow either he hasn't eaten anything these days or he really doesn't weight."

"What are you saying he may be underweight?" Scoups asked.

"Could be," Jun answered .

"Quick,let's go," Scoups said.

When they arrived at the police station. They broke the news that they had found Lee Jihoon and asked to question him and that was it.

"What were you doing minutes before you got kidnapped?" Scoups asked.

"I was with my friend Seungkwan. Waiting for his boyfriend to arrive," Jihoon said quietly.

"What's his boyfriend like?" Scoups asked.

"Hansol. He-he is de-dead" Jihoon said in a curt voice.

"Did you know Chwe Hansol Vernon?" Scoups asked surprised and Jihoon nodded and then started to cry. "What was yours?"

"H-he was him. He was my-my friend and boyfriend of Seungkwan" Jihoon said.

"How do you know he's dead?" asked Scoups but Jihoon kept crying inconsolably. Scoups tried to calm him down but it didn't seem to work and being honest it started to hurt but at the same time he started to get stressed. So he got up ready to go and ask another policeman to he was in charge of talking to Jihoon but just when he was going to leave. He turned around and quickly went to Jihoon and grabbed his arms roughly.

"Jihoon I know it's not easy to get over what happened to you but you're too young to be traumatized like that I need you to talk so I can help you to find your friend to find out what really happened to Chwe Hansol Vernon, to catch the culprit of all this. Please tell me something. I need you to talk" Scoups said that Scoups thought about it and hugged Jihoon but when he realized what he had done. He stopped hugging him "I'll wait until you want to talk. I'll give you time. I'll see you tomorrow."

Scoups left the place. Once outside he ordered Jun to take Jihoon to a psychologist but Jun realized that something was not right.

"What happened?" Jun asked.

"Nothing just take him to a psychologist," Scoups answered.

"Why are you in such a hurry to take him with one?" Jun asked with a serious tone.

"Why do you ask so many questions? Did you know? Don't do anything. I'll ask Minghao to do it" Scoups said a little annoyed and left when he did. Jun took the opportunity to talk to Jihoon.

"Jihoon" Jun spoke. Jihoon turned to look at him and then lowered his head. "Jihoon. Scoups didn't leave here in a good mood. You just...make an effort, ok?" Jun said and then left the place.

The next day Scoups returned to the place where yesterday he met Jihoon for having him waiting. When he entered he realized that he was sitting on the floor. Leaning against the wall completely asleep. Surprised, Scoups approached him and moved him a little but he didn't wake up so he started moving him a little harder.

"Jihoon,Jihoon wake up" Scoups said over and over, until Jihoon woke up. "Ah ugh for a moment I thought you were dead. You have a very heavy sleep" said Scoups. "If you're sleepy. You could you stay at home. I think it's uncomfortable to sleep on the floor,don't you think?" Jihoon got up and spoke.

"I-so-I have made you angry yesterday" Jihoon said a little low.

"You didn't make me angry Jihoon. I just got desperate. It wasn't your fault, okay?" Scoups gave Jihoon a small smile.

"Okay," Jihoon said quietly.

"Sit down and tell me everything that happened."
