And yeah, it is "my" and not "our", since Homura already have the badge and Kotonoha is not interested to collect the nine badges and joining in the Pokémon League to challenge the Big Five.
She said that she is already content just being able to travel around with me.
Well, if she said so, can't help it, then....
I know Kotonoha is not a competitive person so I won't force her to do something that she is not fond of.

I kissed Kotonoha's cheek on the go, the demure girl instantly get embarrassed since I am doing it in front of Homura who quickly averted her eyes shyly from looking at our PDA (Public Display of Affection).
We continue our way to the Gym in the middle of the City.
By the way, Cupcake City is divided into two different parts.
They have traditional Japanese vibe on the outer part of the City, with many Ryokan and Traditional Japanese Hot Springs and entertainment venues on it.
Meanwhile, the more we go to the inner part of the city, the scenery will change from the traditional Japanese village to your usual modern day metropolitan city.
It is like you are traveling from Gion, Kyoto where there are so many traditional houses along the way to suddenly arrived at the bustling metropolitan city of Tokyo in the middle of Cupcake City.
How they divide two clashing image on the inner and outer rim of the Cupcake City is simply amazing.
As a former otaku in my past life, this Cupcake City is basically my dream place.
Also, the culture of this place is basically revolved around Rock music.
Yup, that's right, aside from abundant amount of Rock-type Pokémon Trainer here, there are also a whole lot of rock bands here.
I have lost count on how many rock bands that are performing on the street just on our way from the ryokan to the gym.
Though seeing those cat people performing rock music here and there makes me remember of a certain rock band anime that is made by the same company that owns Hello Kitty franchise.
Ahem ahem, without further ado, we arrived at the Rock Type Gym.
The building looks like a concert stadium with a Rock Boulder on top of it and the Big Word GYM is embedded on the Rock.
After showing my identity as a Trainer who wants to challenge the Gym, the guard in the front gate ushered me to enter the main hall in the Gym.
"Welcome, Challenger. It's a pleasure to meet you all today." A melodious sound welcomed us as a figure if a little girl sitting on a daruma appeared in front of us.
The big red daruma figure with cat ears is standing in the middle of the stadium, four yellow lines are on its torso to match the big cat eyes of its white face while the nose and mouth of the daruma are also red in color.
And sitting on top of such a big daruma doll, there is a petite cat girl with a smooth white fur on her body and long, purple hair pulled up into two spiral buns that are held with several gold ornaments on her head.
She has a pair of gold slanted eyes and red makeup surrounding them, while her bangs are streaked in pastel of blue, green, yellow, and pink.
The mature looking petite catgirl wears a long purple robe with gold and orange leaf on it, along with a white and raspberry cloth covering her adorable chest, and a gold ribbon around her torso while being barefoot with red polish on her nails and holding a Chinese pipe on her hand.
Seeing the catgirl who is sitting on the daruma while crossing her legs seductively, I instantly knows who she is.
She is none other than Daru Dayu-sama, the Goddess personification from the anime Show by Rock!, a member of the group Tsurezure Naru Ayatsuri Mugenan as well as being the band's lead vocalist and Shime-daiko drummer who have two of her "disciples" as the other member of her band.
Oh my Mew, it is only the first Gym and we are already facing a Goddess incarnated!?
"Ara ara, what do we have here? Homura-chan, you are back here already? Do you want to have a rematch?" Daru Dayu smiled sweetly to the ninja girl in our party.
"Oh no, Daru Dayu-sama, I am just showing the way to my friend here." Homura humbly answered Daru Dayu with respect evident on her tone.
Well, that's a Goddess incarnate for you, even a hot blooded Homura will become humble and respectful for her..
Daru Dayu smiled as she looked at Homura while taking a whiff from her pipe, her eyes then moved to the couple of boy and girl next to the shinobi, a gleam of twinkling light can be seen shining on her pair of golden cat eyes.
"Ufuufufufu, so, which one of you want to challenge me? The boy? The girl? Or both?" Daru Dayu smiled mischievously as she talk in the tone of an experienced housewive trying to comfort her husband who have just get home and tired from his busy works.
