Squirtle's shell is a useful tool. It can withdraw into the shell for protection or to sleep. The grooved, rounded shape helps to reduce water resistance, allowing the Pokémon to swim at high speeds. Squirtle can spray foamy water from its mouth with great accuracy

And Lastly, This One. His Name is Bulbasaur. Bulbasaur is a small, quadruped Pokémon that has blue-green skin with darker patches. It has red eyes with white pupils, pointed, ear-like structures on top of its head, and a short, blunt snout with a wide mouth. A pair of small, pointed teeth are visible in the upper jaw when its mouth is open. Each of its thick legs ends with three sharp claws. On its back is a green plant bulb, which is grown from a seed planted there at birth. The bulb provides it with energy through photosynthesis as well as from the nutrient-rich seeds contained within. "

Since he can't Bring out Rayquaza to Fly around because of the disturbance it might bring, Having a Substitute for its position is Required. Also, If Ignis came to a situation where he have to use Rayquaza to fly, He can Say that he used Charizard instead of The legendary Rayquaza.

Professor Oak heard his words under the cover of his mask and nodded. He also know the pros Of Charmander but the cons can be ignored.

Be it releasing your Pokemon or calling them back. then here, This is a pokedex. This will serve as your Personal Identity like how IDs Works so please keep it safe. "

With Charmander beside him, Ignis exited Professor Oak's Laboratory and began his journey of Getting stronger.
