At long last, the day arrived when Xavier resolved to embark on another mission to further enhance his attributes and skills. In his room, he retrieved his tower pass and tore it, triggering the familiar transition that transported him into the virtual realm.

As the transformation occurred, his surroundings morphed into a dimly lit and obscure area, shrouded in darkness that impeded his visibility.

A pop-up appeared in front of Xavier, asking him whether he wanted to accept a mission or explore the Pokemon world. He chose to accept the mission, and a detailed description of the task materialized in front of him.

1. Defeat all the trainers and get out of Rock Tunnel in 2 days .

2. Find team rocket hideout.

3. Defeat Celadon City Gym.

Seeing the mission, Xavier's mood turned sour. He faced a bunch of problems that made the task feel like a heavy weight on his shoulders. One issue was that he had no potions, super potions, or berries left. Those essential items had all run out during his last mission, and he hadn't gotten a chance to restock. Another hiccup was that none of his pokémon knew the Flash move. That move could light up dark areas, and Xavier didn't have a flashlight either.

Adding to his worries was the uncertainty of whether he could finish the task. The clock was ticking, and he wasn't sure if he could pull it off. It was at this tense moment that an idea sparked in his mind. He grabbed Kadabra's pokéball and called out the psychic pokémon.

The plan was to use Kadabra's teleport ability. He wanted to zap himself back to the last pokémon center he visited, which was in Vermilion City. There, he could restock on potions and get a flashlight, then hurry back to the Rock Tunnel to finish the mission.

However, when Xavier gave the command for Kadabra to teleport, nothing happened. Both Kadabra and him didn't disappear, were still in the same spot. This was a problem. It meant he couldn't just teleport to the pokémon center . Now he was stuck, and a sense of worry crept over him. He had to figure out how to take on all the trainers in the Rock Tunnel and get out within the next two days.

[ Xavier forgot that Teleport only works outside . It does not work in caves or buildings. ]

It was a tough spot to be in. Xavier thought about how to deal with this situation. He couldn't just give up; he had to find a way. With no potions and no light source, he had to rely on his pokémon's abilities and his own skills.

With a critical situation at hand, Xavier decided that he needed to strengthen his pokémon first. He released Clefairy from its pokéball. Initially, Xavier had intended to hold off on evolving both Kadabra and Clefairy until they reached level 40. However, given the urgency of the situation, he recognized the need for more powerful allies to increase his chances of winning battles as easily as possible. Evolution was one way to achieve this strength, and the current circumstances demanded it.

From his storage, he retrieved both a Trade Stone and a Moon Stone. He then handed the Trade Stone to Kadabra and the Moon Stone to Clefairy. As both stones made contact with his pokémon, a radiant glow enveloped them simultaneously. The brilliance grew, illuminating the room, and then gradually faded away. In its wake, Xavier observed the transformations that had occurred.

Kadabra had evolved into the formidable Alakazam, its psychic abilities heightened even further. Clefairy had evolved into Clefable, emanating a newfound sense of grace and power
