A day after full of Action a Meeting was held of High Level in Pokemon League Headquarters Kanto – Jhoto.

The Participants Were Professor Oak, Professor Elm, Goodshow, Head Of Army Wellington, General Southie from the Northern Army and of course Ash.

After Formalities was done Goodshow looked at everyone and started.

Goodshow "I guess Everyone should know why are we taking a meeting today."

Everyone nodded.

Goodshow "So first due to the recent actions of Team Rocket the Kantonian Continent has suffered huge losses including A tier Cities and the disaster was ranked as S rank. But what would have happed if the Legend were not changed recently or have been the old ones or Ash was not there to stop it."

Goodshow waited to let them digest the news.

Goodshow "Professor Oak continue."

Oak nodded "The Problem is that we cannot make a world which is full of righteousness and which is impossible because of the rules."

He stopped and then looked at Ash and continued "Ash you may have an idea that why higher ups don't act."

Ash nodded as he had the same question.

Oak "The Reason is we are restricted. You should have seen the change in two of us as recently the restriction has been lifted slightly and we can use King rank powers but this is not same of the current pokemons."

Ash was stunned but nodded.

Oak "So we cannot stop is but limit it so anyone can give some ideas that we can apply."

Before rest could think Ash spoke "Make a Rescue team."

Everyone looked at Ash.

Ash continued "Create a rescue team means like me as I have many pokemons and I cannot use them all at a time so I will need to leave team at my home but instead of that let them do some work."

Everyone nodded.

Ash continued "So we will use the powers of a Porygon and create a network People with Pokedex, Pokewatch or Pokephones will have a function in them which will give a warning to the nearest centers and the nearby pokemons will take action."

Oak interrupted Ash "Ash are you talking about the legendary world where humans could not go and there were a community of Pokemons which was called Rescue teams as it was said in the artifacts."

Ash nodded.

Goodshow "Its feasible as Our pokemons too have started to get rusted but this action need your cooperation as we have lost the method to create a Porygon."

Ash nodded.

General Southie who was silent from start spoke "It will also help us as when we need help Pokemons can directly Act without the need of trainers."

Wellington frowned "But will they follow orders."

Ash nodded "The Pokemons follow the strongest."

Wellington "But some Pokemons are Rash."

Ash interrupted "A Porygon network will cover them and use psychic powers of Multiple Porygons at once to stop it."

Oak "Means Like Unown are weak alone and strong together."

Ash nodded "Porygon is computer and many computers together form a network."

Wellington was a critic "What is someone hack them."

Ash "Does humans today have AI which is stronger that Porygon and we can modify their Codes."

Wellington nodded.

Oak looked at Ash suspiciously "Ash when do you know so much."

Ash scratched his head and spoke "I used Dexter to search the logs of Pokemon league for some info."

Then he felt five stares and he stopped.

Goodshow "This plan is feasible."

Suddenly the door was knocked open.

And a person rushed and started gasping.

Some people frowned.

The person spoke "Sir in Almia pokemons like dark pokemon called shadow pokemon have appeared and they have affected the community and have requested help."

Everyone stood up as they have seen the horror of Dark pokemon but dealing with on battlefield and in city are different things.

Goodshow "But Almia Region is far away from the northern border how."

The Person trembled in the terrifying auras of the five person and spoke weakly "They are manmade by a group named Shadow Legion."

General "What is disaster Rating."

"S rank."

Everyone frowned.

Oak "Will Elite four come back."

Goodshow shook his head.

Ash spoke "I will go."

The person who didn't know who was Ash looked at him suspiciously "Brat which second generation are you."

Suddenly there was laughter in the room.

Goodshow spoke "Tyson don't worry he is the best person here to go Ash you will go with your stepmother as you don't know how to deal with the higher ups."

Ash nodded and walked towards Tyson "I introduce myself Ask Ketchum Age 10 Trainer Rank A+."

Tyson suddenly took a step back and spoke "Is today April Fools day."

All the rest shook their heads.
