111 Chapter 7: A Sea Tour

While heading to Dewford Town, Soul continued to train his Hoenn team as they had some more real-life battle against wild Pokemon.

After Torchic beat the last Tailow, his body begins to glow as Soul, Bagon, and Mew looked at it with a surprising look.

Finishing evolving, they could see a difference between before and now. Now he has arms and claws, his talons became larger, and his upper body was yellow, while his lower was orange.

Soul: 'Arc, show me Combusken stats.'

While Soul was checking out the stats, the newly evolved Combusken was looking around his body as he adjusts to his new form rather quickly.

Bagon and Mew were looking at Combusken as they inspect him. Combusken didn't mind it as he looked at Soul, who finished looking at the stats and nodded with approval.

He walked over to Combusken and patted his head.

Soul: How are you feeling?

Combusken smiled as it dragged Soul around as if trying to show him something. Bagon and Mew followed from behind as they were curious as well.

They arrived at a place with the same trees as the other one they see everywhere. Soul didn't know what Combusken wanted to show him, but he checked for any lifeform inside the tree before allowing him to do what he wants it.

Mew sat on Soul's shoulder as Bagon was to stand behind him. Combusken then took a stance that Soul didn't teach him, as a second after the tree in front of them got a deep hole in it.

Soul and Mew could see what happened except for Bagon, who was just confused as he barely could follow on what just happened. It was not something that a normal human could not see. For Pokemon, they could almost not see it if they didn��t have good eyesight.

For a second. Only a second, Combusken kicked the same spot on the tree ten times. He hit it almost precisely. Almost. There were some smaller holes on the edge of the tree hole that Soul could see with his All-Seeing-Eyes that he got on his right eye.

Soul: Impressive. You have really grown strong on the first week here Combusken.

He said as he patted on Combusken head. He looked at Soul with a proud look as they went continued on their journey.

Soon enough after a few more days, they arrived at Route 105 where they could see the sea from afar.

After a few hours of walking, all of them arrived at the beach where there were some crowds. It was a hot day so most of the peoples from Petalburg City decided to go to the beach.

Seeing this, Soul didn't seem like he minds as long as they were doing their own business while he was doing his.

He returned Combusken as Mew and Anubis was the only Pokemon left. He then walked over to a beach bridge as he took out a Poke Ball from his inventory.

Soul: 'Time for another sea tour.'

He called out Lapras, who became much bigger than a normal Lapras. She was around twice the same size as a normal one. Lapras looked at Soul as she went to nuzzle him with her head.

Soul: All right, all right. Can you take us to the sea again, Lapras?

Lapras nodded and let out a cry, which attaches some attention to the peoples from the beach along with some divers and swimmers.

Soul: Let's leave now.

Hopping on the hard shell, Soul and Lapras took off to the sea once more. Some of the peoples on the beach managed to take a picture and share it with the internet. It gained a lot of attention due to how big that Lapras was.

What more, in the picture, they could see an ocean-blue eye color while the other could not be seen. Somehow, the color seemed familiar…

Some speculated that it could be Soul, the previous champion of Kanto that single handily defeated elite-four without getting one of his Pokemon fainted.

The theory was dismissed because nobody knows where Soul is right now. Mostly because he didn't go out in public that much, so seeing him is like seeing a legendary Pokemon. Or so they said…

Most of the peoples thought that he's still in Kanto due to how many products they have created ever since it was formed. And that he still there and is creating new products that would greatly help Kanto once again.

Almost every company in Kanto relies on Soul's company to grow quickly. All of the ideas and products that have been made from there have always been a great success, so it was worth investing in it as much as possible.

While all of this was happening, Soul was fishing on Lapras back while moving towards their destination. He didn't have anything else to do and it was getting boring so he figured to try and fish.

It was pretty hard fishing when you're constantly moving. Not only that but with Lapras' speed on swimming, not a single Pokemon could come and take the bait.

He gave up on fishing and sent the fishing rod back to the inventory. Seeing Soul like this makes Mew sad as it started to think of something that could cheer him up.

It then got an idea as Mew asked Lapras to stop to which she did so, making Soul surprised as he asked why they stopped. He then saw Mew as it kept poking on him, meaning it wants attention.

Soul looked at Mew with a confused face as suddenly the water from the sea flew up and transformed into words, which says 'I Luv U, Don't Be Sad'.

Mew then looked Soul with a cute expression as it smiled and start giggling. Somehow, Soul's mood became better he starts to laugh a bit. From the shadow, Anubis could be seen with a smile as they continued on their journey.
