'So, these are pokemon level and trainers level in this world'

Looks like in this world people also getting stronger.

At 15, human power awakes. But humans can not become as strong as pokemon. This power is just for bits of help to develop your pokemon.

It has named with 'force'.

The force has 2 stages: General, Elite (There are more, but I will not introduce those stages unless that power seen in the novel)

General force is the neutral type of force. It increases the trainer's power in terms of physical and mental. Mostly these forces are a benefit to pokemons. Trainers can communicate with their pokemon easier than before, helps heal trainers pokemon's stamina faster.

Elite force is much effective than general force. After reaching, the elite force trainers can use a type of energy. For examples, if you want to use fire energy, your neutral force becomes fire force. With this energy, you can increase the power of the fire type pokemon while in battle. Also, increase the effect of your previous power, which got by awaking. There are not any other powers such as throwing a fireball. You can not release your energy. It affects only helping pokemon. Also, with trainers energy, pokemons can cure their wounds. It is effective in specialized type.

People can choose every type of force such as ghost, flying, fire. It depends on their choice. Because of this, most of the trainers choose to specialize in one type of pokemon. Each person can choose only one type of force. After the choice, it can not change.

Also, neutral force is still staying in there. If trainers don't want to specialize in any type of energy, they don't have to choose. In neutral force, there is no effect such as increase power of pokemon while battling. Just the same as before. But the effects are increasing too much.

Also, who choose neutral force can cure wounds in each type pokemon. Specialized force can not do it. They can only cure pokemon who is the same type.

Similar to anime, also there are born with powers. At 15, they will get their second force. These two forces differ from each other.

Two types of power have people can bear with it: Aura Force and Psychic Power. Aura Force's abilities are detecting things in around yours, telepathy, attacking with Aura Sphere. Psychic Power's abilities are teleporting, using confusion, photographic memory, telepathy, increasing psychic type pokemon's power while battling. These types of people are extremely rare. There are secret clans who have Aura Force or Psychic Power in this world. They don't show themselves often. Because of this, ordinary people know nothing about this type of power users.

In form, knowledge is about only existing those powers. He knows their abilities thanks to anime.

There are speculations about earning abilities from legendary pokemons. But there is not any proven information about it.
