Clash Of Gods Part 2 - First Strike

"Feel the wrath of the magical girl, Leona-tan!" Gardevoir D Leona, the ruler of an alternate Pokemon timeline, declares proudly.

Her very existence made Arceus question how and why she came here.

Leona's arrival was expectable and that's why Arceus had made Dialga attempt to destroy that timeline. Although Medusa intervened, the delay should've prevented them from arriving on time.

Based on Leona's past strength and the fact she's now the ruler of that timeline. At the bare minimum, Leona should've taken 6 months to reach this stage. Most of this time was spent understanding herself to awaken her Origin.

As for the limit breaking required? She most definitely, skips this process by strengthing the base strength her current body has through the world's power.

Her strength at the moment is above Giratina but weaker than Regigigas.

Her arriving her should've been thanks to Medusa whose arrival should've been even more difficult thanks to her involvement in delaying her. What method she used to get here is surprisingly beyond Arceus.

Regardless of her strength and her arrival, her coming here was nothing but reckless.

She's a fake that entered the original timeline. The difficulty of kicking her out is nonexistent in most cases, assuming Necrozma doesn't intervene.

And the grin on Necrozma's face speaks louder than words. Despite Leona being hostile to both, Necrozma has no intention of letting her send her back.

#Timeline Transfer#

#Register Timeline Entity...#

As expected, Necrozma had no intention of letting Arceus get his way, promptly registering the ruler of a timeline as a member of the Original timeline, preventing Timeline Transfer from being effective enough to send Leona back.

Leona's expression went quickly from shock to anger. Her wand points at Arceus aggressively, leaving her back defenseless to Necrozma as she rushes forth to fight Arceus.

'Stupid?' An illogical action for Leona to attack despite being aware of the disparity in strength.

'Finally, a worthy opponent,' Of course Leona knew how reckless her actions were, but the thought of a Pokemon ignoring her charm and taking the initiative to attack her was getting her excited.

#Lust for Power#

Lust for Power is the usage of her upgraded version of Lustful Devil, with one of its abilities allowing her to temporarily gain what she lusts for.

#Sparkling Overflow#

A beam of colorful sparkling light shot forth from Leona's wand.

Determining, Leona's attack was strong enough to break his basic barriers. To prevent being ganged up, Arceus chose a simple method to counter this.

#Order Border#

Like an Aurora Veil, Order Border shone around Arceus.

#Order Reject Border#

Surprisingly, it was not Leona who reacted first but Necrozma. Not hesitating to reveal she too can use the full extent of Order a simplified version of System Calls. All thanks to absorbing some of the Universe's Core back then.

Despite his barrier disappearing, Arceus wasn't surprised. The Iron and Pixie Plate shone as they temporarily attach to each other and floated in front of Arceus creating a new barrier.

Of course, Necrozma had no intentions of giving the barrier enough time to form to block this attack.

With a flash of light, Necrozma appears a distance behind Arceus, not going too close in case this was a trap. Necrozma's wings widen as Prismatic Lasers shot out from it towards Arceus, their speed was more than enough to reach Arceus before the barrier can arrive.

The Space-Time Plate shone activating Time Forward which speeds up the process of creating the barrier, making the process seem instantaneous.

However, with the activation of that plate, Necrozma now has the chance needed for another attack.

Despite having just used Prismatic Lasers, Necrozma can still release a few more attacks before Arceus can. An advantage Necrozma has which she's extremely proud of.

The short instance in which her eyes shone blue, indicating the use of a Psychic move was far too short for most to make the necessary counters for, most, who aren't Arceus.

#Switch#

The Dread Plate shone, creating a mist of Dark-type energy which enshrouded the area around Arceus. This would've taken too long if not for Time Forward still being active making the whole process instantaneous.

Thus, preventing the Psychic attack that was about to reach Arceus, but this wasn't the end of Arceus's move. Switch hasn't been activated just yet.

Using the Space properties of the Space-Time Plate, the barrier in front of Arceus moved behind him. Right in time to block Prismatic Lasers previously launched.

With Sparkling Overflow only inches away from hitting Arceus leaving Arceus with little to no room to stop this. Necrozma uses Helping Hand, boosting Leona's attack to enough so that it can damage even the Border.

This had countered Arceus's last defensive measures, which was taking advantage of the fact that his attack wasn't powerful enough to block Border.

With the added effect this was made to specifically counter the raging Fairy energy coming his way, this defensive would block Leona's attack and give Arceus a chance to start his flow.

Instead, Arceus was forced to tank this attack.

With the Toxic Plate fusing into his body, Sparkling Overflow failed to do sufficient damage to Arceus. At least, not enough to break the Lock Space locking Arceus's body in place. Together with the fact, Sparkling Overflow didn't have any anti-heals within it, the damage done was gone just as quickly as it appeared.

And now the initiative was in Arceus' hands.

Arceus acts carefree as he ignores Necrozma who was now inches away from grabbing the Mind Plate. Instead, his focus was on the now shining Zap and Splash Plate.

Time Forward affected the sky above as a heavy outbreak of rain occurs instantaneously.

#Infinite Giga Havoc#

Cosmos Awareness provided Necrozma with the reaction she needed to change her plans. With her being so close to the center of this storm, even if she's only inches away from destroying the Mind Plate. The time taken to reach there may just be the cause of her death.

Her body transforms into light as she scattered away, evasively avoiding the lightning bolts that constantly came down to destroy her completely while firing Prismatic Lasers constantly delaying those that would've hit her.

'Can she escape?... No,' Necrozma knew better. Leona coming here was courting death.

Although she's not weak, and can certainly survive this storm but whatever Arceus follow-up isn't something she'll be able to handle.

Not when everything they had just done was within Arceus' plan. This is why Necrozma retreated, from the storm instead of destroying there and continuing the fight.

However, what both Arceus and Necrozma expected to happen never occurred. Leona stood within the storm unfazed, as the lightning bolts made way.

It was dumbfounding to see a lightning bolt turn midair just to avoid hitting Leona.

As for why all this happened?

Leona's cuteness had upgraded (unwillingly), now being able to affect even energy.

This reaction the storm had to Leona made Arceus sigh relief eternally. In this battle, Arceus would need to be cautious of Leona activating her Cuteness Overload.

Arceus highly suspects it may work on him and even if it's only momentarily. A moment here can lead to death quite easily.

Luckily, he has arrived a distance away from the battlefield. The 2 inheritors were now within his hands and now he just needs to start.

Assuming Necrozma allows him to get them close enough to this battlefield.
