127 Non ya business

A gust of wind quickly came in front of Ash and Blue as Pidgeot swooped back down and looked smugly with the turtle in his talons.

Wartortle looked salty and was mumbling something as he was looking at the bird.

Ash walked over and returned the two before they started arguing again, once they were back in their balls he finally turned to Blue again.

"Can I leave now, I have stuff I need to do," Ash said with a bored expression

Analyzing Blue's strength at the moment and assuming Machamp was his 2nd or 3rd strongest Pokemon, then Gary should be stronger than Blue at the moment, ofcourse that is just a estimation.

Blue finally snapped out of whatever trance he was in from seeing a Turtle try to cosplay a meteor, "Yeah I guess, but don't think this is the last you'll see of me, you may have won but I'll win next time."

"Sure, good luck with that," Ash said as he started walking away.

Before he left Blue asked, "Can I expect to see you at the League conference this year."

"Probably not, I'm not exactly from around here," Ash said

"Oh, are you from another region?"

"You could say that, I come from the Non region."

"Non?"

"Non ya business," Ash said as he finally left, leaving Blue behind looking stunned.

Blue clicked his tongue and started walking into the forest nearby, but also looking up at the falling snow.

{A few moments earlier}

Jonathan was standing at the station looking sadly back at the town as he handed his ticket to the man at the station.

"Business or pleasure?" he asked not even looking at Jonathan.

"No, I'm off to go finish my education," Jonathan answered.

The man seemed to recognize Jonathan's voice and looked up, "Oh Jon, did Edna finally agree to go with you?"

Jonathan looked down and scratched the back of his neck, "No, she still doesn't want to leave her town, but I think this is for the best, as soon as I finish I'll come back, and I'll visit during the holidays."

The man at the station nodded and looked out at the town, which was darkened from the incoming rain, "Poor weather I guess, and you don't look like you're all that happy yourself."

Jonathan gave a forced laugh, "Yeah, to be honest, Edna doesn't know I'm here, I left a note, in hindsight, I should have probably told her but It's too late now."

The man looked at his old friend and asked, "Look by law I have to approve this but I have to ask, do you actually want to leave if Edna doesn't go with you."

Jonathan gave a complex expression and took one breath, "Sir, please if you could my train will arrive soon."

The man looked sadly and stamped his ticket before handing it back, "It's not too late."

Jonathan didn't answer, he just took the ticket and walked away.

Jonathan looked out at the rain and then down at his watch, his train wouldn't arrive for a few more minutes so he would have to wait. So he pulled out a picture of him and Edna.

Yellow and Edna were running through the town, thankfully because it started to rain the road was more or less clear.

"Make a left turn around the next stall," Edna said to the bird.

Dody made the tight turn narrowly not crashing into a cart due to how slippery the roads were as he continued running.

"Ms.Edna, do you think we can make it before the train arrives?" Yellow asked narrowly holding onto her hat.

"As long as we keep going this speed then we should be fine," Edna said as she signaled for a right turn.

Dody made the turn again, but as they went around the building Dody had to pull an emergency stop, almost making Yellow and Edna fall off the bird.

On the road, there was a roadblock from some of the mobile carts that were trying to move their stuff out of the way, from behind they could hear the loud whistle of a train.

Edna looked shocked, "Oh no, we aren't going to make it, Jonathan is going to leave, and before I can tell him he is going to be a father."

Edna closed her eyes and latched them shut as she was holding back the tears from falling until she felt a cold feeling on the tip of her nose.

As She opened her eyes she saw snow, it was snowing, the rain that was falling had turned into snow.

And not just Edna, all the people seeking shelter from the rain walked out and were feeling the snow that was falling.

Yellow also looked up and mumbled, "Ash did it…"

Yellow looked back at Edna and smiled, "Looks like we still have a chance, Dody lets go!"

"Doooo! X2" Dody said as he jumped onto a nearby cart and then jumped again going over the traffic jam, and landing on the other side as he started running again.

The train arrived in front of Jonathan, but he didn't board just yet.

Jonathan was looking down at the picture sadly until a small speck of white fell from the sky and landed right on it.

He looked up and saw the gentle fall of now, he couldn't believe it, he had to hold out his hand to feel it, "That's strange."

The other passengers also shared his confusion looking at the sky and saying things like how it wasn't supposed to snow today.

Suddenly the intercom spoke up, "Attention passengers, due to unforeseen weather the train will be delayed for another hour while we see if the weather worsens, thank you for your patience!"

That announcement earned the groans of the other passengers, and Jonathan just sighed, when suddenly he heard a voice.

"Jonathan!" looking back Jonathan saw Edna running towards him.

He immediately smiled and put down his suitcase and held his wife, "Edna! Have you decided to come with me?"

Edna shook her head, "No, Jonathan you can't leave because…because you're going to be a father."

Jonathan looked shocked, "Me a father, you're expecting?"

Edna nodded, "I found out this morning and I wanted to surprise you at dinner."

Jonathan hugged Enda, "Wow, me a father, I can't believe it."

"So, do you still want to leave?" Edna asked worriedly.

"How could I after this, we'll figure something out, but for now I want to just be here with you," Jonathan said.

From the outside Yellow and Dody were watching with a smile on their faces.

"So how'd it go?" Ash's voice rang out from behind them, making them both jump in fear.

"Ash! You're here, we managed to get here in time," Yellow said after finally calming down.

Just then Enda and Jonathan walked out holding hands and they saw Yellow,

"Oh you're still here, thank you so much, I don't know what would have happened if you hadn't helped me get here in time," Enda said, giving a bow to Yellow.

"No it's no problem, I'm just happy to see everything turned out OK," Yellow said, waving her hands frantically in front of you.

Jonathan then noticed the two, "Hey I recognize you two, I accidentally almost bumped into you, thank you, I don't know how I can repay you."

Enda then noticed Ash, "Oh so then this must be the friend you were talking about, you know if you'd like we have our Egg expert right here to take a look at that Egg of yours." Enda said, slightly poking her husband.

Before Yellow could say anything Jonathan cut in, "Oh an Egg, of course, I can help you with that!"

Yellow looked at Ash, slightly nervous since she knew Ash didn't have his Egg with him, But Ash reached into his bag anyway and pulled out an Egg.

Yellow and Pikachu looked surprised, and Ash looked away, "I didn't know you knew about this, this was meant to be a gift."

"I recently found this Egg abandoned so I took it in, I don't know what it is or when it will hatch, I just know I found it in a rough state."

Of course, this was all complete BS Ash was making up on the spot.

Jonathan took the Egg and looked it over, "Well this is quite particular, you said you found this Egg and damaged at that, yet it looks extremely healthy."

"I took a few classes, so I know a thing or two about them, but it was meant to be a gift for Yellow, and also a surprise," Ash said, still making everything up as he went to try and divert the questions away.

Enda slyly moved over to Yellow and playfully gave her an elbow, "Oo, an Egg, You know that's how me and My Husband got engaged,"

Yellow turned red and Jonathan rolled his eyes, "Don't torment the poor girl, she's making it up, we got engaged after one of the festivals."

"Anyway, this Egg looks Healthy and like it should hatch soon, do you need an Incubator," Jonathan said as he gave the Egg back to Ash.

"I don't think so, I have one she can use, and now that the surprise is gone," Ash said as he handed the Egg to Yellow, "You can have it."

Yellow tried to reject it but in the end, accepted it, and as soon as it touched her hands the Egg started glowing, much to everyone's surprise.

As the Egg cracked more light emerged until funnily the shell was gone and standing in Yellow's hands was a small Pichu.

"Fascinating, I've never seen something like this," Jonathan said as he started observing the small Yellow mouse.

"The Pokemon or it's hatching?" Ash asked.

"Yes"

Yellow looked at the mouse and thought for a moment, "I'll call you Chuchu!"

The Pichu, or rather Chuchu, looked at Yellow and gave a playful laugh, before igniting in electricity and shocking Yellow.

After the electricity dispersed Chuchu was laughing and Yellow was a little charred with her hair standing up and Black

Ash laughed as he put an Arm on her shoulder, "Welcome to the club, don't worry you'll get used to it."

Enda smiled and put a hand on her husband's shoulder, "We should leave them alone, after all, they have a new baby themselves."

Jonathan smiled, "Of Course," before turning to the two, "Thank you for everything, We'll never forget you."

And just like that Enda and Jonathan walked away giving Ash and Yellow a wave as they did, just then Yellow's pocket started glowing.

Yellow quickly went into her bag and pulled out the necklace that was glowing a familiar color and was surrounding Ash, Yellow, Pikachu, Chuchu, and Dody.

When the light dispersed the necklace was gone and they looked around, immediately everything looked different but not like before.

Their town was very lively and full of people, yet it looked different from before.

"Do you think we're back?" Yellow asked, looking around, no one seemed to be starting at them which was good.

"I think so, but there's only one way to find out," Ash said, and Yellow understood.

Yellow returned Dody and they started making their way back to the Pokemon Center, being greeted by multiple People along the way.

As they got inside they saw Misty caressing her Egg and Brock bottle-feeding his Bonsly, both immediately noticing them.

"Hey, you guys are back! Where have you been? We were about to go out looking for you." Brock asked.

"Oh good we're back," Ash mumbled to Yellow as he turned back, "Well lets just say we had to talk to pick up a new friend."

As he said that they finally noticed the new small Yellow mouse and both moved closer to observe it, "Is that a Pichu, where did you get one?"

Yellow looked at a loss for words not knowing what she should say so Ash stepped in, "I gave it to her, long story short I had an Egg and I gave it to Yellow."

Then Ash looked at Brock and gave an evil smile, "It was meant to be for you, but after the betrayal from my only friend, I thought you must not want it."

Misty slid into the conversion, "Aren't you friends with those other-"

But Ash put his hand on her face and pushed her back, "Shut up this is my dramatic story."

And it was working. Brock was on the floor and blaming himself for listening to Misty.

Suddenly a voice came out from a side door, "Oh good you're here, just in time." It was Joy.

"Your egg is about to hatch, come on in." Joy gestured, as she led them into a room.

In the room, they saw Ash's Egg strapped to a machine as two People were standing next to it. It was an old couple, more specifically Older versions of Jonathan and Edna.

Jonathan looked over, "Hello, this must be your Egg right, I'm Jonathan and this is Edna."

"Nice to meet you," Ash said looking at the couple, "Have we met before?"

They both took a second to think, "No I don't think we've met before, why do you ask?"

"Just curious, you remind me of some friends," Ash said, leaving it at that.

"Well you're just in time, let's all get close to see this Egg hatch," Edna said, giving a smile, letting them notice she had her necklace on.

Looking at the Egg it started glowing a familiar color lighting up the room, and when the light dispersed on the table was a small blue serpent with a white gem in its head, a Dratini.

Ash looked at it and reached his Arm down to pet it, when his arm was close the Dratini curled around his arm and slithered into his sleeve, appearing inside his collar and giving Ash a small kiss on the cheek.

Ash scratched the little dragon's head as everyone was staring at the small cute dragon, but Ash could only say one thing, "Great now I have another goblin living inside my jacket."

From outside the town looking down in the Sky a small onion-like Pokemon was looking at the Pokemon Center, it gave a small laugh before flying away.
