General Information to know
There will be no such thing as a talent system in this fanfic-like colours or stars. Any Pokemon has the potential to become a strong and versatile Pokemon that can challenge gyms and become a champion level Pokemon.
The "towns" will be more modern and bigger looking than the games with some extra shops that im gonna be adding in myself. Im saying this so when I say a gym, I don't mean some small ass building with no seats and just a plain battlefield with rocks like the Pewter City Gym in the anime. This is for your imagination to decide on.
This fanfic will be based on the anime with a sprinkle of the games and a pinch of au. Not all Pokemon will evolve based on their level, like they're being able to hold back the urge to evolve. But if done for too long, can do more harm than good.

There will be levels in this fanfic which consists of:
Baby Pokemon (0-5)
Junior Tier (5-20)
Intermediate Tier (20-40)
Elite Tier (40-60)
Ace Tier (60-80)
Champion Tier (80-100)
Legend Tier (100+)
Pokemon in Legend tier are most likely the level of the ace Pokemon of champions such as Cynthias' Garchomp.

There will also be tiers for Pokemon Moves, which has:
Beginner:
(Beginner is when a Pokemon is using a new move and hasn't used it much, or is inexperienced with the move).
Intermediate:
(Intermediate means the move is now strong enough or efficient enough to be used in battles, or the move is more accurate. This can include string shots being more sturdy or a light screen lasting longer than it would be in Beginner tier).
Mastered:
(Mastered is when a Pokemon is able to use the move to its fullest effect or effieciency, using minimal strength or stamina when using the move).
Enhanced:
(Enhanced is when a Pokemon's mastered move is made either more potent or better than its original use).
Signature Move:
(Signature moves are moves that the Pokemon is either born with or can end up getting when an enhanced move is upgraded. The signature move of a Pokemon is a way more powerful attack like making an enhanced 150 attack powered sky attack to 200 base attack power move. A Pokemon can only have one signature move unless trained a different move to the same effect which makes the old signature move normal. Can only be swapped once a year).

A Pokemon has several factors to improve before evolving that are able to be improved upon, these include:
Strength
Endurance
Agility
Core Capacity
Core Density
A caught Pokemon by Colson will show these factors helping him improve his Pokemons strength and yes, cores will be a thing for Pokemon. Yay for mana and cultivation cores baby! A Pokemon has only one core, but with that core can train more than one type. The core capacity is how much power the core can store like how many times a Pokemon can use a move before being tired, while the core density is the core that powers the attacks of the Pokemon.
Pokemon are able to eat certain items to increase their core strength or just their physical body in general, like if a Bulbasaur eats a leech seed full of the energy of it's opponent, the energy in the leech seed will help nurture Bublasaurs core. That's why it's one of the easier starters to have when travelling.

Ash's Charizard is pretty small compared to the female Charizard at Charicific Valley when we first compare them.
Charizard and Charla (the female Charizard) 119 episodes later, and now they are the same size. Since Charizard has been training all this time, I believe the training (EV gain or just pure training) has helped him grow and will be included in this fanfic.
Of course, if IV's or superior genetics didn't exist then breeders would practically be almost useless in the anime. So like the Pokemons parent would affect the baby Pokemon just a little bit like with egg moves.

There will be romance surprise!
This will not be a harem people, but there is a chance for a love triangle.
I do not count a guy having two lovers as a harem as that doesn't make sense to me.
