The last two trainers asked for my Alakazams egg and Dragonites egg respectively as an example." Hearing this I widen my eyes.

The only trainers Professor Oaks ever Sponsorerd were Blue and Red!

Blue's Alakazam and Red's Dragonite were given by Oak!

----

Its a few hours now since my talk with Professor Oak. I'm currently considering the offer which I will have to talk about with my parents when I get back. The only time Professor Oak has ever sponsored a trainer were two legends. Blue and Red.

I'm not sure if he sees the same potential in me because of my aura or because of his intuition but this offer is something no sane person would refuse. The news of Professor Oak fully supporting someone would quickly spread and would get a target behind my back.

It's not actually a bad thing because the pros are better than the cons in this situation. Professor Oak never specified in the contract I was shown when he would give me the Pokemon he wants, he even offered me to be his assistant! If the sudden contract wasn't suspicious enough the assistant part was a red flag!

It's now the after-noon, since I've at the backyard greeting Gary showing my new Pokemon Rookidee.

"Gary my Rookidee is faster than you Growlith!" I challenge.

Gary hearing my challenge immidiatly tells his Growlith to stop chasing my Rookidee and to head over here with me doing the same for Rookidee.

My Rookidee swaggeryly hops his way onto the ground after landing on my shoulder giving Growlith a taunting look. Gary's Growlith clearly irritated started to growl but restraining itself.

"Okay you guys have to get to the start of the forest as fast as you can!" Both pokemon hearing Gary nod and after a count down they start to speed off leaving Gary and I in the dust.

Both of us clearly not thinking a head to how to confirm who won the race started to run towards the forest with our Pokemons features getting smaller every second.

After a few minutes of running we started to make our way towards the forest with our Pokemon no where in sight. Suddenly we start to smell something similar to rust near our location, with that as our only clue we started to head off slowly into the forest.

While running I suddenly get the feeling of something watching me again but I shrug it off like the other times it's happened.

Now with the rusty smell getting even more concetrated Gary and I walk through a bush to see the sight we would never forget...

Growlith facing off with an Arbok.

A scence of an extremely injured Growlith on the verge of collapsing trying its best to fend off the attacking Arbok.

Both of us confused and scared start to panic on what to do, but soon after Gary proceeds to take his Pokeball out and retreive Growlith back to his Pokeball. Quickly out of insttinct I grab Gary and start to make a break for it.

With the Arkbok currently tired It can't catch up to us. After a few minutes of non stop running we make it back to the backyard of Gary's house, falling on our asses I take out Rookidee's Pokeball from my pocket only for me to see that it was just a normal Pokeball.

What?

WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM?

My mind now disordered and jumbled up the only conclusion I can make is that Rookidee died.

Gary quickly realising the same thing after my reaction to seeing my pokeball quickly starts to console me. Both of us didn't see a death of a Pokemon but this moment will forever stay with us, nothing is rainbows and sunshines.

I didn't get to bond with my Rookidee much but it still stung like a bee. It was still something I cared for and wanted to befriend overtime, im not a heartless monster

Regaining my bearings I start to think of Gary in a greater light, he was also scared and freightened but still consoled me after all of that.

*A few hours later*

It's been a few hours now and I've regained myself. I'm not completely a kid but because of my reincarnation I've gotten some childish tendancies, but I've recovered now digesting that my new Pokemon Rookidee just died.

I'm now back at home with my parent's after the were done cuddling with me to make me feel better, I talked to my parents with Professor Oak wanting to have me an assistant and to sponsor me as a kid for some reason.

Both my parents were surprised aswell and looked over the papers, there were nothing wrong with them and after a few more hours we agreed that for my future profesion that accepting this deal would be an amazing boom for my Company and my future expirience as a trainer.

So after a few minutes of signing I'm officially Professor Oak's assistant and his sponsored trainer at the record breaking age of four. My parents were estatic that their child somehow became Professor Oak's third ever sponsored trainer.

Im still irked about this morning, after thinking about it for a little bit It's impossible for a Pokemon to get past Professor Oak's Alakazams radar. So the only answer to this is that it was planned by someone, and that someone is probably Professor Oak.

I guess it matured it a lot that experience which makes sense and made me desire strenght more. Now that I think about it I just played into the palm of his hand by quickly signing the papers to be his assistant while I'm in the academy.

I'm not gonna hold any grudges towards the man because of my only loss being a new Pokemon I caught, but I'm certainly gonna start abusing his terms of getting me any Pokemon.

For my plans I need a Pokemon that can I can train aura with which in turn means a fighting type.
