I'm gonna need to remember to do the same thing for my future Pokemon to bring out their potential. But the confusing this is the electric energy of the Squirtle but I will think about that some other time.

----

It's currently the morning right now. Waking up I proceed to prepare myself to go for my daily jog in the morning

Walking down the stairs from my room I quickly greet my mother.

"Hey ma! I'm gonna go for a jog now!" I say walking passed her while shes sipping on her hot chocolate.

"Okay honey, just make sure to stay safe!" She says back while on Facebook seemingly chatting to her friends.

Hearing her response I nod and head out of the house.

I'm currently jogging through Pallet Town right now, with my aura sometimes spiking and causing a little discomfort this morning's jog was pretty nice.

Making my way through the empty park with the sun starting to peek out in the distance I start to regulate my breathing. I've noticed when I've done this it's been easier to manage my aura.

I theorize it's because this calms myself down and makes my emotions more stable and calm.

Walking down one of the pavements near the forest I suddenly hear a noise.

"Riiii!" A Pokemon shouts seemingly desperate.

For some reason I'm able to feel its emotions, it's currently feeling scared and hurt. Realising this I started running towards the noise trying to find the Pokemon.

A few seconds later near a bush an injured Rookidee can be seen struggling to walk and is currently on the floor with its eyes closed. Seeing this immediately I picked the little guy up.

"Hey there, it's gonna be fine now." I say with aura speech on accident.

The Rookidee suddenly gets a warm feeling all over its whole body starts to relax on my hand and starts to chirp in delight feeling safe in my presence.

Surprised at my accidental use of aura speech I proceeded to scan Rookidee.

[Nickname: None

Species: Rookidee ♂

Age: 17 months

Junior Tier (lvl 6)

Wild Pokemon

Type: Flying

Locked Ability: Stamina (Raises special and physical defence when attacked)

Basic Information: This Rookidee recently got lost from its pack a few hours ago after a hurricane from a Pidgeot hit it sending it hurling towards the ground without its comrades noticing. It's size is 2x the normal size of a Rookidee as its parents were the strongest of the pack in terms of making it so this Rookidee could eat lots of left over Pokemon.]

Seeing the basic information of this Rookidee I decided to catch him with my Luxury ball. The way I got this luxury ball was to complete a quizlet. Gary and I spent a whole day together answering these questions.

The prizes were pretty neat with them being a single Ultra ball and a single Luxury ball.

Taking the black and gold Pokeball I tap the button on the front expanding it and tapping it on Rookidee's body. A bright light begins to surround the Rookidee sucking it in the Luxury ball.

DING!

It's illegal to own a Pokemon that isn't my pet at my age but because of my double heritage as a half from the Galar region I'm able to own my own Pokemon which is sick.

With this I now officially have an artificial bond with my Rookidee which in turn gives it sapience. There are two types of bonds in this world, an Artificial bond and a Blood bond.

An artificial bond is a bond that is made by the Pokeball when the said Pokemon is captured. The Pokemon captured will become more intelligent and will get sapience being able to think for itself. This bond also unlocks the wild Pokemons talents. These talents are called Abilities.

But now the real kicker Blood bonds. This bond in a way was the factor that helped humans create Pokeball. This bond works in the same way as the artificial bond but it directly enhances a person's strength depending on how powerful the Pokemon is. This also allows both parties to feel each others emotions and get a normal understanding.

It's also been proven that Blood bonds show the Pokemon their trainers memories. They wont be shown much besides the things like the human language and their everyday lives. This is the reason people like rocket grunts have such brutal Pokemon.

I have a theory that Ash has the powers to have as many blood bonds as he wants or just is able to have way more than normal, and that's why his strength is so exaggerated.

But enough of that lets say hi to our new team member. Grabbing the Pokeball I tap the button sending a red beam in front of me materialising a Pokemon.

Quickly grabbing my new team member I start running to the closest Pokemon centre which is near Oak's Lab. The reason I didn't keep Rookidee in his Pokeball is because my Luxury ball doesn't have a stasis mode which can only be upgraded into, which I haven't done.

Knowing Nurse Joy normally heals small Pokemon out of their Pokeballs I speed off.

After a few minutes I finally arrive at the Pokecenter, now entering the empty place I head towards the front where a Nurse Joy can be seen lazing around.

The nurse joy spotting me quickly regains herself and starts to speak.

"Hello there, what happened to this Pokemon?" She asks excitedly, because of her being in Pallet town there aren't many occasions that she needs to help out a Pokemon. Even if a Pokemon was injured the rich people that lived here could just do it themselves instead of walking all the way over here.

"This Rookidee got injured after getting separated from its pack so I brought it here." I quickly explain.

Nurse Joy hearing this quickly nods taking the injured bird and goes through the door behind her with a Chancey quickly following her lead.

I can finally take a breather, after all that running at full speed I'm spent!

*The next day*

It's now the next day, after getting Rookidee healed I brought him back home and showed him to my family. Obviously there were all suprised but welcomed the little bird.

Dad realised that Rookidee was from the Galar region and ended up telling everyone how rare it was to get one in Kanto, especially in Pallet town as it was in the near edge of the region of Kanto!

My mother was pleasantly surprised and asked If I wanted some E and D grade flying type resources which I accepted, can never have enough Pokemon resources. While my sister, Lily, was jelous and asked dad to get her a Rookidee too with a pout making everyone laugh.

Next week I want to test out some of the training exercises I've made. I will use these exercises for new Pokemon to build their starting foundation to make them easier to battle with.

But first, I have to go flex on Gary today as today is Sunday!
