Ash's group has arrived at Cerulean City. Misty wasn't restless anymore. She is not afraid of facing her sisters, anymore. She wasn't afraid in the first place, it's about being with them will put her on the edge, and ended bursting out.

The group wasn't in hurry to Challenge the Gym. They decided to buy some necessities first.

Misty still didn't ask Leaf what she was feeling back then. After all, she wanted to talk about it with Leaf, privately.

As for Leaf, she noticed Misty's changed this past few days. She wondered what happened to her and Ash. She was curious and envious at the same time. Ash wouldn't tell her and saying she should wait. He will tell her if they arrived at Cerulean City. Leaf saw Misty clinging at Ash's arm and leaning his shoulder as usual but Leaf saw Misty's red cheeks, Leaf knew it wasn't the usual her. Misty wouldn't show that kind of expression in the past, for her Misty is like a pure innocent girl.

Leaf taught Misty about the relationship between a girl and a boy. Telling Misty not to cling to Ash, because it's inappropriate if she didn't have feelings for Ash. However, Misty denies Leaf's word, That's when Leaf realized that Misty has also feelings for Ash, even though, Misty didn't realize it as her love since she's innocent and ignorant.

When their group reached the Pokemon Center. They were greeted by another Nurse Joy. Ash and the girls watch their companion Brock instantly disappeared from their side, He was flirting with Nurse Joy saying.

"Oh beautiful lady, will you marry me?" Brock spit out some cheesy lines.

"Oh, what interesting boy you are." Nurse Joy chuckles and ignored Brock's proposal. She then continued. "How may I help you?"

Brock became downhearted as he slumped on the ground and mumbled despair words. Like the world is unfair, why can't I have a girlfriend like Ash, etc.

Leaf blushes when she heard Brock's mumbling. She tightly clung to Ash's shoulder with a red face. She was embarrassed that Brock called her Ash's Girlfriend. Leaf then noticed Misty's wide smile on the other side of Ash's shoulder. She knew something happened with both of them and she was dying to know. But like a good girl she is, she patiently waited for Ash to tell her.

Ash's group handed their Pokemon to Nurse Joy and they entered their rooms. Brock was alone in his room and mumbling depressing things. Poor Brock, couldn't even find his soulmate. Dear Arceus, please help the poor guy.

On Ash's side. Misty walked into the bathroom leaving Leaf and Ash alone.

"Leaf, I confessed to Misty." Ash sat down on the bed and told Leaf the truth. Honestly, there's no point in lying to her. Being indecisive would only hurt Leaf.

Leaf sat next to Ash.

"Ah!" Leaf was stunned. Her vision started to get blurry and tears flow out from her eyes. She didn't know what to say.

Ash put his arm on her shoulder and pull her into his embrace. "Don't cry, Leaf. I'm not done talking. I confessed to Misty how I feel about her, I told her I like her. She didn't know how to reply since she was still clueless about relationships, though, she said she also likes me. After that, I also told her something. Do you know what I said?"

Leaf was trembling when she listened to Ash as his tears continue to flows out. Leaf shakes her head. "No."

"I told Misty that, I also like you. No, Leaf I love you." Ash softly said as he grabs Leaf's hand with his other free hand. Interlacing his fingers with Leaf. She also did the same.

Leaf tears didn't stop. But this time she's not sad but she can feel her heart beating faster. She smiled widely and look at Ash's eyes and saw no lies.

"Is that true?" She asked for confirmation.

Ash nodded and remove his hand from her shoulder, moving his hand to her cheek to caress as he uses his thumb to wipe her tears. He lowered his head and kissed her forehead. "It's true. I'm sorry for ignoring your feelings in the past Leaf. I was ignorant and dense. I didn't even realize until I left Pallet town."

Leaf close her eyes and lean her head on his palm. Feeling very happy at this moment. Sensing Ash's lips on her forehead. She stopped crying and open her eyes.

"Ash I'm so happy. I don't know what to do at this very moment. My heart is beating furiously, I might die from happiness." Leaf softly whispered as she leans her head into his chest.

"Don't die." Ash seriously said.

"Hehehe I won't." Leaf chuckles."I don't want to die, I can't leave you and Misty alone."

"Leaf, what should I do. Am I unfaithful to you?" Ash asked her. Ash knew that loving both girls is a problem in today's society. It was deemed disreputable.

"If you pick between the two of us who would you pick?" Leaf asked him.

"I can't pick one. I don't want to see the both of you sad." Ash honestly said to her as his eyes fill with worries.

"I see. You're a scumbag Ash." Leaf said where it hurts the most.

Ash bit his lips and nodded accepting what she said. "Do you hate me for being a scumbag?"

Leaf stayed silent for a moment before sighing. She wanted to say, leave Misty and become hers alone. However, Leaf stops herself from saying that. Misty became her best friend and she didn't want to fight her and make her sad. Leaf was put between her love and friendship.

"I don't hate you, Ash. I love you. Since we were kids. I can't stop loving you because you also love somebody else. I just don't like it when you love somebody else. I can't Ash. Even with my reluctance, I can't take it anymore. I want to be with you forever. Please Ash, even if you love others please don't forget me." Leaf removed her hand from him and embraced him tightly. She let out her pent out feelings. The feelings she hid deep in her heart.

Ash reciprocate her embrace tightly. He heard sobbing and cursed himself for making her cry. Even so, he would still not change. His love for Leaf and Misty is real and he can't pick one and be happy.

As Leaf said. He is a Scumbag.

"I promise Leaf, I won't ever forget you. May Arceus strike my soul if I ever break my promise to you." Ash vowed with a resolute expression on his face.

Leaf stayed silent and clutch Ash's tightly. Her way of telling him, she is satisfied. After some time she releases Ash and looks into his eyes and slowly said. "I vow to Arceus, If Ash ever breaks his promise to me, my soul will follow him."

Ash became dumbfound and quickly said to her."Leaf are you sure?"

"Ash, Do you know I was so happy when you invited me to your travel. I was prepared to embark on my journey if you didn't ask and maybe move on, forgetting my feelings for you. However, when you ask me to come with you, my resolve shattered and I was ecstatic. From that time, I vowed to never leave your side." Leaf nodded and lovingly said to him.

"Leaf, I'm really glad to have you," Ash whispered. Then added. "But, I'm a scumbag. I cannot give you my everything."

Leaf just smiled wryly and said. "Yes, you are Ash. You're a scumbag, a playboy, and cruel but despite that I love you."

Ash laughed wryly.

"Oh did something happened?" Misty walked out of the bathroom. Her body was wrapped with a towel. Ash's eyes widened. Normally, the girls would bring new clothes when they get in the bathroom.

"Misty, did you forgot your clothes?" Ash asked her as he tried not to gawk at her. But Ash couldn't help but take a glance and cursed himself for being a pervert.

Though, Ash forgot that the three of them would always take a bath in a lake or river with only swimsuits.

Misty nodded but her face blushed when she saw Ash glancing at her with a fervent expression. Leaf told her many things, including how a boy likes to see a girl's body. Now that she experienced it, she got embarrassed.

She quickly got to her bag and took out some clothes and enter the bathroom once again.

Leaf who saw Ash's reaction pinch his waist. A loud yelp came out from Ash's mouth. Leaf whispered grudgingly "Not only you're a scumbag but also a pervert."

"Ow! I can't help it Leaf. I love Misty and I can't stop looking at her the same I can't stop looking at you when we take a bath on our journey." Ash confessed everything he hid from her. His face was also blushing.

Leaf blushed profusely and harrumphed cutely. She was glad Ash's also admired her body. Her body is her pride, she always takes care of it, well, her mother told her to properly take care of herself if she wanted to capture Ash's heart. Furthermore, Her mother taught her how another way of conquering a man's heart, Cooking. There is a saying to capture a man you should capture his stomach first, but, Leaf wasn't interested in cooking, instead, her interest was being a pokemon trainer and baking. So her mother helps her with baking.

Unfortunately, there is no oven outdoor. So her baking skill is kind of useless if she cannot bake.

Ash and Leaf were staring at each other, Leaf broke the silence and hesitantly said. "Ash kiss me."

Ash's eyes widened. "Are you sure you want your first kiss in here? Don't you want it to be romantic, like having a date under the sunset?"

Leaf squinted her eyes, shaking her head. "It doesn't matter where or when Ash, as long as I'm with you it is already romantic for me. Being with you is the only thing that matters. That's my only desire and wish."

As far he knows Ash understood one thing, Leaf is not a kid of a girl that loves materialistic things. She was not the same as other girls who love to hang out or follow what's trending. She's kinda unfashionable if Ash were to describe her.

Ash only bob his head. Watching Leaf closing her eyes, Ash slowly leans down and then pressed his lips against her soft yet sweet lips. It was an innocent and pure kiss, it only lasted for a few seconds before the two separates.

Leaf glances at Ash's lips reluctantly. Ash was also the same. Before she could open her mouth for more. Ash pressed his lips yet again as he sucks her lower lip as she did to his upper lip. The atmosphere around the two quickly turns erratic.

Their happiness did not last when they heard Misty's voice, startling the two sweet young couple. "What are you doing you two?"

Ash and Leaf quickly separate from each other. Leaf's heart is beating furiously as her cheeks reddened like a tomato.

"Hahaha, when did you finish Misty?" Ash embarrassed getting caught, asked Misty. Scratching his cheek.

"When Leaf asked for a kiss." As usual, Misty said straightforwardly. She's kinda jealous of Leaf for kissing Ash.

Leaf stayed silent but she covers her face with her hands and squealed softly. She wanted to dig a hole and bury herself.

Ash laughed mildly and got speechless.

"Anyways, Ash and Leaf how is it?" Misty's eyes sparkled.

"Is it, what?" Ash look at her, confused.

"The kiss. Was it good? How's the taste?" Misty throws out her questions as her curiosity peaked when she saw them kissing.

"Ah, I don't know why you are asking such a weird question. To answer your question, It's amazing, I feel like I'm in paradise. The taste is pure sweetness that I couldn't help myself from taking another of its taste." Ash answered Misty's curiosity. Throughout his recitation, he was embarrassed deep inside for being too cheesy.

Misty is nodding her head as she listens to Ash.

"Ash I want a kiss too." Misty suddenly requested.

Ash turned his head to Leaf and saw her harrumphing with a pout. Ash murmured 'Cute'

Ash stands up and pulled Misty into his embrace. Her undeveloped body pressed on his chest. Misty did not struggle as she yelped when Ash pulled her. She looks up and stares at Ash with complex emotion. Misty slowly comes to know her feelings for Ash.

Like Leaf, she closes her eyes and waited for Ash to steal her lips.

Ash admired her beauty as he caresses her cheek lovingly. Then slowly pressed his lips with hers.

Lead watch the scene unfold before and unexpectedly didn't feel anything uncomfortable. Although she was jealous of Misty, it doesn't mean she wants to fight Misty.
