"That's great, Liz. You've done a great job. Beedrill! Come over here, I have a gift for you!" I shouted to beedrill. Golbat and beedrill stopped their spar, and they flew over my side with curious looks.
"Here's my gift for you, 5 bug gems, and 5 grams of silver powder. You'll first absorb the bug essence inside these bug gems before digesting the silver powder. After that, you'll hopefully have a full 5 star potential." I said to beedrill as I give her one of the bug gems. Beedrill happily took it, and started to absorb the bug essence in it.
Golbat looked at me as if expecting a gift from me too.
"I'm sorry buddy but I don't have anything for you in the moment. Besides, it was your turn last time so it's beedrill's turn this time. Don't worry I'll make it up to you in the future." I said to golbat as I pet his head. He screeches, and then nodded his head signalling that he understood.
"I'll go train my pidgey in the corner if you don't have any other concerns, master." Liz said as she bows, and then leaving towards to a corner of the training grounds with her pidgey.
I let her be, and then focused in training golbat with his move confuse ray. He already execute it faster than before, and it's about 1/5 faster compared to the first time he learned it. But still it didn't reach the mastered level yet. The process of mastering moves is really long, and I can only have patience in it.

The next day, I went to the pokemon gym with my pokemon only. Liz didn't come this time since she wanted to read more books, and I let her be since she's not needed to be with me.
Arriving at the pokemon gym's door, I saw a note posted on it, and it says 'Gym challenges can only be done after clearing the Butterfree tower'.
It seems I have to go to the Butterfree tower first before being able to challenge the gym. I already know where that place is since it's a tall building, and can be seen by everyone else.
I walked towards that place, and soon arrived in front of a building with butterfree statues on both sides. I then entered inside, and I met a woman there, wearing a white kimono dress with butterfree designs on it.
"Hello, are you a trainer wanting to challenge our tower?" The woman asked.
"Yes, ma'am. I want to clear the tower so that I can challenge the gym." I said, and the woman nodded.
"How many badges do you have?"
"I have one, ma'am." I answered.
"Alright, then wait for five minutes. I'll be back after." The woman asked, and then walked away.
I looked around the place while she was gone, and the place looks like a small forest inside. Their are some caterpies, metapods, and butterfrees in the surroundings. The trees have some threads where the caterpies are playing around. Some people were also here but they're tending to the pokemon's need, and not paying attention to my presence.
After five minutes of looking around, the woman from earlier arrived back.
"I'm here to talk about the rules to clear the tower. In here, you'll have to fight 5 trainers at the same time in the second floor, and you have to beat all of them. You'll have 30 minutes to beat every trainer in there. Then you have to go to the third floor, and battle two trainers there for a dual battle. Lastly, you'll be going up to meet the master of the tower. You have to battle that person in a one on one pokemon match. After all of that, you'll be approved to challenge the pokemon gym leader." The woman said.
"Can I start now?" I asked.
"Of course." The woman said, and then gestured me to go to the second floor. I walked up to the stairs, and was greeted with 5 women wearing the same clothes with the one from woman earlier.
"Are you the trainer that wants to challenge our tower?" The woman in the middle asked.
"Yes." I answered.
"Alright then take out your pokemon since you'll be facing us five at the same time. Go, butterfree!" The woman said while the other four woman also took out their pokeballs to summon their own butterfrees. It seems like they'll be only using butterfrees.
I signalled golbat and beedrill to get ready for the fight. I looked at all of the butterfrees, and found out that they all have a beginner level (1sr tier) power level. It seems like an easy victory, and it was.
Beedrill used electroweb on all of them while golbat used all of the flying type moves that he knows. The butterfrees tactic was actually letting four of them use string shot and other status moves while the other one will attack. It's a great tactic but my pokemon just have higher power levels than them, and it's two tiers ahead of those butterfrees so they are just like kids being bullied by adults.
"Are they sure that you only have one single badge? It seems like your pokemon is at the beginner level 3rd tier which isn't someone with a single badge will normally have." One of the woman asked.
"Yes, I only have one single badge, ma'am." I said politely. I'm acting polite since I don't what to offend them, or else the whole people on the tower might hate me.
"Anyway, you pass kid. You go continue going up, we won't stop you anymore." The woman said, and then all five of them gave way for me to walk towards the third floor.
I arrived at the third floor, and soon saw a huge garden swing which looks like it was made of threads. Two kids was in there swinging around. They both look alike, and it looks that they are twins. They both have green hair, and has yellow eyes. They both look like 7 years old.
"Hmm, it seems we got company sister." One of them said.
