60 Noble Freezon

-4 months later-

As I'm walking home from my last day at the academy before the break arrives I'm currently thinking about heading back to little town and starting preparations for my journey to my planned new territory.

I have been planning to go for a awhile now, and I haven't seen it with my own eyes yet but according to Kane, it's perfect for what I have planned..

These last 4 months have been pretty wild, between the construction of Noble freezon that was recently constructed in the west part of the city in what used to be part of the slums.

The place cost a pretty penny to put together but in the end it was worth it, the Sinnoh Capital had holds over 300,000 people, and over 150,000 of them are located in the slums.

And now that I owned 1/3 of the slums both as "territory" as gangs would label it and "legally" as I bought everything, I decided to renovate the place, and again it cost A LOT to do.

They had to pull out everything from all the buildings in the place to even the shitty paved streets to install sewage systems, it took 4 months to build it, it actually only took a week to tear everything down though, Pokémon made the job so much easier, but I had Rick keep a roof over everyone's heads with tents…..lots of tents, and I also kept everyone fed for free during that time…..won a lot of brownie points…..

We kept the usable wood so people could use it for fire wood, and the stone so pokemon could condense it for water pipes and what not….. there was a little public back lash until Rick and Bob told them what was going on, they settled down after that.

The whole time the nobles were laughing at me telling me I finally accepted my lot in life and chose to be with my people in the gutters….they laugh at it less now it's finished and they aren't aloud in...

The place was glorious…..very stylish apartment buildings 4 stories high, clean streets and shops, we built a dozen public baths/showers that were super cheap to use.

But it's not just a concrete jungle setting... I built most of the buildings with lighter coloured brick, such as coppertone, but a few in charcoal grey buildings to break up the colour schemes, we transferred plenty of trees and grass into the place to also help break up the colours, I had some artists paint a few murals around on walls to also help spice the place up, just of Pokemon really.

Its built so nothing feels cramped, most of the apartments are 3 bedroom, small kitchen with running water and toilet, just not hot water, but it doesn't bother them due to the public showers, and the "rent" I left super cheap and i still made a decent amount from it, nothing compared to the cost, but it's a long term investment.

The streets were all clean and well built, large stone water towers every few blocks, gutters with water run off into the sewage that we had to dig out to lead out of town to a mid sized river, but would never effect the grimer and muk living in the sewers, even during heavy rain.

Bob went all out designing this place, he wanted the practice before we built my territory….he even recruited about 200 builders who were very talented but just couldn't get any work….and they all had a few labourers as well so, it really made the right place come together faster.

We had to throw out about 4,000 people who were just gangs/thugs trying to take advantage of people and more importantly me…..

One of the gangs even had to nerve to "ask" me for protection money when I visited the construction site after school.... I don't think I've laughed that hard in a while…..long story short they got mad and made some threats...and I had them hung publicly…..the whole gang…..300 people…..

It was a strong message that seemed to work well as the gangs buried their heads in the sand waiting for this to blow over so they can start up their bullshit again... but I wasn't gonna have that, I had gengar and metagross "clean house" during the nights to make sure my new place was safe from pricks… it took awhile of constantly going over the place again and again a, but I think we got most of them.

It took about 4 weeks of gangs going missing for them to get the message and leave the areas themselves to head under the "protection" of the other 2 biggest gangs, who were surprisingly quiet during all this, I have expected them to cause trouble, or the nobles supporting them to anyways, but no,quiet as can be….sus….

But I also managed to hire a huge number of people…. Little town more than doubled in population…..normally I would be worried about "spies" but metagross screened everyone who came in, there were a few noble "spies" but they were weeded out quickly.

The new people who were shipped off to little town were chosen by Rick and Logan, they said something about loyalty and talent, don't remember but the newbies really hit the ground running, they were all provided mons, and worked with people of little town to learn everything they could.

I actually got my hands on 12 happiny and 15 audino eggs about 3 months ago, they ended up being split between the newbies and some people who wanted some healing Pokémon.. you can never have to many healers….

But all the newbies were provided training and mons, and Logan picked out the best and most loyal of the lot and I increased their mons growth speeds to speed things along….

You might be wondering how can they be "loyal" after a few months….. the answer is nobles are cunts...and when you're a noble and not a cunt? You're basically Jesus….

And to be honest this whole project was way bigger and harder than I imagined it would be….I had to borrow hundreds of people from Kane and pops to help train up new guards for Noble Freezon…..but luckily the slums is packed with retired soldiers with half decent mons, a lot of them turn to the gangs to make a living, but a good amount still have a good heart in them, and those are the ones that we recruited, after metagross went over them

Of course…

There are about 40,000 people in noble Freezon now, and about ,800 guards…. Which normally would just be unmanageable, but magical animals called Pokémon really even things out….we are training more but it's going to take time.

So I built a few "guard barracks" around the new zone and had my people give lessons on how to properly train and take care of their mons, grooming tips and and general training regimens really, commoners rarely groom their Pokémon…..it's a shame…

The barracks's were basically little forts in the middle of the place, built with super sturdy materials and enough rooms to house the guards and their mons, it has basically showers with hot water and functional toilets, and a decent sized mess hall and kitchen.

And the houses and appartments around the guard barracks have priority on their family's, so they can be close….barracks are spread around the "little city" to make sure we don't have uneven points for security.

Every barracks required at least 2 psychic type mons to constantly scan people, and make sure there was no funny business going on.

the normally people were hesitant at first about it all but they seem pretty stoked to live here, it's honestly nicer then the noble district, much to the nobles chagrin, and my amusement.

I've received numerous protests about changing things, how it's too good for commoners, and about they should be aloud in as well…..god it was hilarious…

I even had Noble Freezon walled off with decent sized walls…..not the size of the city wall, but would be hard as hell to climb, mons could without much trouble though….but that's normal.

Anyway for fun I had my people guard the entrances and not let Nobles in, I even had them wearing typical "security" outfits they bouncers wore at clubs…. Sunglasses and all, and I even had them hold clipboards…

They would only ask nobles their name and if they were on the "list" very calmly, almost dismissive...and surprise they aren't ever on the list…..and they have to wait in line, if they try to bully or buy their way into the line, they get tossed out.... And if they do wait in line, they make up an excuse to throw them out anyways, my people enjoy gate duty... you should see a nobles face as they get rejected but they let a dirty little orphan through... they almost faint in rage…

Slums are notorious for orphans, so we obviously opened a big orphanage for them to indoctrinate them into my service, food, bed and a roof over there head? Happiest orphans alive…..

We did have a rodent problem for a few weeks, but our guard cats took to the streets with purpose and culled them into non existence….Persian truly are the best guard pokemon…..on top of being natural predators to all "rodent" Pokémon…

Ineeta gold set up large warehouses and relocated its main branch in the capital to noble freezon for security reasons, both for the area and the business, and all the businesses in noble freezon are more or less under its banner, it's not enforced or anything but you do get cheaper ingredients and materials if you do sign up…..

the "merchant road" Is what we call the massive stretching street with most of the businesses on them, just a big street lined with all kinds of shops, and being in the old slums, it's going to take awhile for it to be popular, but it will get there….there's plenty of bakery's, restaurants and a few taverns who sell "my" food and booze just without the foodwarz/aura applications, and it's extremely popular with anyone who's been there, fairly cheap too.

I know a lot of the capitals guards go there after work for a drink and some food, I've also seen some of the royal guards sneak in disguised to join in... they were escorting Kane I'm pretty sure... he didn't need to sneak in I would have just let him in?, maybe it was just fun sneaking around for him? Meh doesn't matter

The place could support over 70,000 people comfortably, we are just over half that, and we are slowly letting people in, provided they go through psychic scanning and just general tests to see if they are pieces of shit or not... even amongst the poor there are a lot of scum bags, we don't let them in…..

The crime in in noble freezon was mostly committed by the old gangs who were here before, but since they were cleaned up there's been very little crime there…. And it would be hard to as well, a lot of the psychic Pokémon in little town have chosen partners and most of them have been deployed here to oversee the place, if a guard is bought off they would be able to tell, and the guards know that... still same system applies here, take the bribe and arrest them anyways, half the money goes into a pot for drinks at the end of the year….

But to be safe I've had at least one of my champion mons sticking around here all the time in case of trouble…..oh did I mention bellossom AND Rhyperior both hit champion ranked? Because they did...I won't leave bollossom here though, she's unhinged at the best of times when I'm not around…..very murder happy…..

It's mostly Rhyperior or azumarill that hangs out here, there is a large area in the middle of noble freezon that's like a park with a decent sized pond and plenty of trees and grass, that's more of less where they take their posts, they don't really have to do much, only take action if it's something my people and their mons can't handle….like a champion level mon...which I'm sure will show up sooner or later in one of the gangs or a scorned noble…

People don't know the rank of azumarill of Rhyperior, and they were a little hesitant at first to visit the park with them Lazing around, but after word got out they were my mons who were sent to keep the place safe, they started to come around to the idea, and now the park is kinda popular….

Noble freezon, is more of an experiment to me for my new territory as well as a flex on the noble pricks who have been fucking with me.

A few months ago Cynthia told me about a pack of nobles suiting up to find trouble me with me, and how it's being lead by Viscount Orneal…..the grandfather of my brother Richard and the guy who tried to have me assassinated, well I did responded with a little heist and the murder of his strongest forces and Pokémon, so I can see why he would be angry…..

Well that scene has repeated itself several times over the last few months, Cynthia told me who was involved and I had gengar go check it out, and they were…..so we pulled a few more oceans 11s heists with more blood and stole small mountains of gold, eggs, and just everything really….I'm more of a bandit at this point…..but I had metagross mind fuck the survivors into thinking it was the Pokémon of their "allies" which is causing hell…..funny stuff really…

The dog church has been quiet...like really quiet..... I don't know what they are planning but I'll deal with it as it comes…they even stopped harassing ineeta gold….. eel openly anyways, a lot of nobles are stilling trying their luck, they even tried to boycott ineeta gold, so I just stopped selling them silks and honeys...they seemed to think I was bluffing, that gold meant more to me than my merchant company….. they caved after about 4 weeks….. I just sold to the Johto kingdom who were down with it….. now I've had to increase production of both…. Which wasn't super hard, the butterfree and the vespiquen weren't really working super hard to begin with, and even the increase is barely an inconvenience…..I just feed them more.

The arceus church had contacted me and asked for "donations" when they came I was like " here we go, another evil church", but all they wanted was me to commit a few of my builders to help them renovate their small orphanages in the slums, and maybe some extra food to keep the kids fed, I was taken aback kinda, I thought they would ask for more.

So I gave them what they wanted…..and they didn't push for more, they seemed happy with no leaky roofs, a wall that doesn't let wind through and food in their bellies…..humility at its finest, so i sponsored them with food as well which went down pretty well with the orphans.

That's actually were I got the happiny and audino eggs, they donated them to me for helping them out…..they could have made pretty solid amounts a coin for selling those and when I asked they said "it's not about the money, it's about the Pokémon" seems the way my people treat their mons really rubbed off on them, so I was more than happy to keep the wind out and the orphans fed, and if they had spare eggs they were happy to give them away if they weren't training new "priests" for the church's who needed pokemon…..all those eggs didn't come from just 1 "church", it's from quiet a few who didn't need them and sent them back to the capital, so in good faith I sent some food and builders out to the regions and help with their other places...I still don't really want a big church following in my territory's though so I'll hav to work around that.

As I'm in my musings I make it to the front of my mansion in the capital...alright I need to deal with that little prick today...I can't keep putting this off…..it needs to be done…..

So I make my way inside and prepare myself for what I must do....

When I get around to the territory arc, it will be a lot of word building and different povs and going into detail about the land and what's being built and how it's easier to be build by Pokémon…..
