Rough start
Ok, so let's sum the information's that I gather first:
1. I was reincarnated in the world of Pokémon
2. I was in a body of a baby
3. It's look like I was in something like a basket judging by the material and shape of it.
4. I also hear the sound of a rushing water before I open my eyes.
5. It seems I was still moving until now.
Based on the above information, it can be concluded that I am a baby and also in a basket. The sound of the water and also the way I moved while there was no one beside me, made me come to the conclusion that I was being carried away by the water. Which in turn made me realize that I was an abandoned baby thrown into a river or something.
Realizing the situation, I started thinking about how to survive this difficult situation. But while I was thinking, I was suddenly interrupted when the basket carrying me stopped. It looks like it's stuck in a rock or wood.
I tried to move my body but maybe because this body is weak, but it's difficult to move. I tried to shout for help but even after a few hours passed, there's no one coming.
As time passed, the sky also started to darken.
I kept trying to move my body. While doing that, I also had to focus on not letting the basket tip over. With great effort my arm slowly reached the edge of the basket. I tried to lift my body, while stabilizing it so as not to fall into the water.
After successfully lifting my body, I began to land on the ground. From one arm to both arms then to my body and finally my legs, but then the basket suddenly tipped over and my lower body fell into the water.
I desperately grabbed the surrounding grass with my hands so as not to fall into the water. My body started to weaken but I still forced my body to move and get out of the water. I slowly dragged myself until I managed to land completely on the ground.
Once the adrenaline wore off, my body fell to the ground and I started to close my eyes, too tired to move anymore, and fell asleep.
As I was focused on trying to survive. I didn't realize that several pair of eyes were watching behind the trees.

"Hey did you guys see that" said a creature that looks like a rabbit with gray body, the tips of its large ears are dark brown each have three finger-like section. It has black eyes, a small pink nose, round cheek and large upper incisors. Its neck is surrounded by a ruff of stiff, brown fur. His voice is filled with curiosity
"Aren't it a human, moreover it's still a baby at that" said a bipedal, humanoid creature that look like it wearing a tutu, its body is colored white, it has a skinny green legs with long pointed feet it also has a green arm and green hair that cover most of its face alongside its large red eyes and reaches its shoulders on each side, resembling two ponytails. On each side of its head is a flat crimson horn that resembling a hairpin. She seemed to be in a shock.
"What is a human baby doing in this forest?" meanwhile the older of them is an insectoid with a head sporting the red horsehair crest of a knight helmet with a visor underneath it. Its shoulder has large, round metal ridges, from which its thin black arm extended. The arm is tipped with red stripped protrusions resembling jousting lance while its face and torso are bare of armor, but its lower body is concealed within a swirled gray shell.
"What's wrong with it? "said the rabbit-like creature
"Normally, no human manage to reach here thank because the illusion that was created by that old Zoroark" Said Escavalier while watching the sleeping baby. After thinking for a while, he said "Kirlia and Bunnelby, you stay here for a while" after that he turned around and started to leave.
"Where are you going?" asked Kirlia
"I need to report this to the Elder "after that he disappear
"So what do you think will happen to the baby?" asked Bunnelby, his voice filled with worry to the baby.
"Don't worry I know the Elder will help him"

A few minutes later
Escavalier arrived at a vast berry field, in there he sees The Elder tending the berry trees alongside a few grass and water type pokemon.
"Excuse me Elder, I need to report something"
Hearing someone calling her, she looked at the newly arrived Escavalier standing not far from her.
"What's wrong, Escavalier?"
"I alongside Bunnelby and Kirlia found a human baby beside the river around this evening. The baby is currently sleeping and I asked the two of them to keep an eyes in there"
Hearing that, she become intrigued
"A human baby? Is there any other human nearby?"
"I don't see any other human nearby "
How can there be a baby arrive in this forest but no adult around? Unless….
"Did you said you found the baby beside the river?" She quickly asked that question
"Yes we found it beside the river to the north of here" Although puzzled but he still answers the question
"Hmm ok, take me there"
"Yes Elder"
Having said that she then looks in a certain direction
"I will take a look in there you can check the barrier and whatever there's another human that enter the forest" having said that she started to leave.
A human baby huh? Interesting. Suddenly the place started shaking and another figure appeared.
Escavalier who was about to leave was surprised because the old Zoroark he had just mentioned to the two of them was here. As everyone in the forest knew, he was always an elusive figure even among the other Zoroarks, so it was surprising that he suddenly appeared.
Even though he was surprised, he couldn't keep the Elder waiting. After thinking that he then started chasing the Elder.
