In this world, pokemon aptitude/potential is divided as rainbow color. With red is lowest and purple is strongest. (Indigo is skipped). Each color is still divided by concentrating light, normal and deep.

They are as follow:

Red

Orange

Yellow

Green

Blue

Purple

Purple grade pokemon are normally for legendary pokemons only by some special method can be achieved. In this world only Giovanni's Beedrill is said to be of purple grade which is why it can confront quasi legendaries with losing. As for how it becomes purple, nobody knows for sure but some say it is because Viridian force.

Pokemon with higher aptitude can easily beat pokemon of lower aptitude but their growth rate is depend on species. Bug has highest grow rate while dragon is lowest.

Pokemon trainers and are divided with pokemon levels they owned. Each levels and trainers are divided as follow:

Level 1-10 : Baby pokemon ( pokemon can raise level with time without fighting or training)

Level 10-20 : Novice trainer

Level 20-30 : normal trainer (most trainer are normal trainer)

Above level 30 is only achievable with pokemon of at least orange aptitude.

Level 30-40 : advance trainer

Level 40-50 : veteran trainer

Only pokemon with green aptitude can breakthrough level 50.

Level 50-60 : elite trainer

Above that only light blue, blue, deep blue can reach to level 70, 80, 90 respectively.

Level 60-70 : gym leaders, most powerful family leader (joy, jenny)

Level 70-80 : Elite four

Level 80-90 : Champion, President of each region, Professor Oak, Giovanni

Light purple can also only get to level 90 but they are alot stronger and can take on 3vs1 of same level and species. (Light Giovanni's Beedrill)

Other than that only legendary who have priesthood can have light purple and they can breakthrough to level 90 without bottleneck and only with time.

Most Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno are deep blue potential. Only strongest one of those species can get priesthood.

Purple and deep purple can get to level 95 and 99.

Only legendary with species rank 680 or above can get to level 100 and they gave gold aptitude.

Above 100 is Arceus (God)

Boss (Giovanni)- level 90

Shadow leader- Level 85

Shadow two executive, karen, will- elite four (karen and will are elite four of Johto)

other 8 executive- gym leader levels (4 are actual gym leaders of Kanto : Sabrina, Koga, Lt. Surge, Blaine)

Elite Captain- elite trainer levels

Captain- veteran trainer levels

Small Captain- pokemons with level above 35

Agents- advance trainer levels

Grunts- normal trainer level and below

Suppliers

In this world there are no main protagonist and their rival namely Ash, Gray or Red. There are also many gyms some city has even two gyms.

But only 8 qualified gyms. In order to participate in Alliance tournament you need to badges from those 8 gyms.

Pokemon move mastery are divided as beginner, normal, expert, master

Hereditary abilities are fastest to get into mastery level.

Abilities use learnt through TM will not exceed normal level.
