POKEMON POTENTIAL: IF death or prolonged Sickness is nearing,it may also effect the potential of the pokemon.

Bronze Tier:

Maximum level: 39

Bottleneck at level 45, hindering further progression.

Beyond level 45, Pokémon will no longer be able to advance.Even with all items in the world it is no longer possible.

Silver Tier:

Maximum level: 59

Bottleneck at level 65, allowing progress only with the assistance of extremely rare and expensive Pokémon items.

Even with assistance, progression is possible but with a diminishing success rate, starting at 12% and continuously decreasing.
