Pokemon Earth's Parallel World: Dragon Trainer

A young man suddenly found himself in a parallel world to Earth, and the most surprising aspect of it was the presence of Pokémon in this world. However, a significant issue existed: most people harbored strong hatred towards these creatures. Five years ago, when Pokémon first appeared in this world, it caused alarm and panic across the globe. Countless instances of destruction, loss of life, and chaos unfolded. The protagonist was bestowed with a system that transformed him into the World's Strongest Dragon Trainer. Author's Note: The world itself remained unchanged; I merely altered the names of countries. For instance, Japan became Nihon, China became Longdong, the Philippines became Maharlika, and so on. This change was necessary as I am not familiar with these places. Even the city names were modified, but I needed them to feature in my story. Disclaimer: This fanfiction is a non-commercial, unofficial work created solely for entertainment purposes. Counterattack!

AN: This time, there's only one chapter. Sorry you didn't make it, but don't worry, you can still catch up in the remaining days of the week.

...

"Get out of here immediately, there's reinforcement coming! Hurry up! Go now!" Kanraku urgently commanded those behind him.

"Professor, but you-" Kang Jihoon started, but Kanraku quickly cut him off, "Don't worry about me; it's too dangerous here. You need to leave now!"

"And Floyd?" Kang Jihoon asked, concern evident in his voice as he glanced toward Floyd.

Kanraku hesitated, a troubled expression crossing his face, then resolved, "He must stay. It seems he's involved in whatever has provoked this situation."

"ROAR!"

Ursaluna, enraged, began to stomp the ground ferociously using Bulldoze.

Gyarados, unfazed, charged forward, aiming a powerful Crunch at Ursaluna, while Blastoise struggled to maintain his balance.

Floyd, though slightly dizzy from the tumultuous scene, was thankfully out of the immediate range of danger.

"Move, now! What are you waiting for?" Kanraku bellowed, urgency in his voice.

"But…" Kang Jihoon hesitated, only for Ivan to interject, "He's right. Let's head back. We're only in the way here."

"Yeah," Linh agreed with a resigned sigh, then turned to the others, "Let's go. I'll ensure our safety."

Hu Tianyi remained silent, inwardly conflicted at the sight of Floyd still alive, relieved that despite his earlier hesitation, he had called Kanraku, narrowly avoiding being branded a traitor.

"Professor, please be careful. We're leaving now," Linh urged, then motioned for the remaining members to retreat quickly to the Safe Zone.

"Understood," Kanraku acknowledged, watching them depart with a solemn nod.

"Gyarados, Blastoise, focus on water-based attacks! It's one of this beast's weakness!" Floyd shouted, providing tactical advice amidst the chaos.

ROAR!

Ursaluna, undeterred, launched into another Headlong Rush.

Blastoise braced himself, using Protect once again to shield from the onslaught.

Bang!

"Blas…toi-" Blastoise grunted, exerting all his strength to withstand the immense force, but moments later, he was sent crashing to the ground.

"Blastoise!" Kanraku cried out in alarm, deeply concerned for his partner.

Gyarados, reacting swiftly, unleashed a Waterfall attack on Ursaluna, catching the mighty beast off guard and inflicting significant damage.

Wheeeesh! Boom!

Gyarados had heeded Floyd's insight that water was a vulnerability for Ursaluna.

"ROAR!"

However, it quickly became apparent they had underestimated Ursaluna. Despite taking the hit, the beast only showed minor signs of pain. Ursaluna, an Elite, was proving to be a formidable opponent, not easily taken down by a couple of Ace-level Pokémon.

With the others retreating to safety, Kanraku, Gyarados, Blastoise, Floyd and his pokemon were left to confront the wrathful Ursaluna, facing an adversary whose power and resilience were beyond their expectations.

The situation was fraught with danger, and every move was critical in this high-stakes confrontation.

"ROAR!"

Ursaluna, fueled by fury, unleashed High Horsepower, charging directly at Gyarados. Gyarados, undeterred despite his exhaustion, countered with a full-force Aqua Tail.

BANG!

Ursaluna grunted as the attack struck his chest. Although pained, he grabbed Gyarados' tail and leaped, preparing to slam him to the ground. But before he could execute the move, a powerful stream of water struck him squarely.

Wheeeeesh BANG!

Blastoise's Hydro Pump hit Ursaluna, forcing him to release Gyarados.

ROAR!

Enraged, Ursaluna pivoted his focus to Blastoise. Blastoise, panting heavily, struggled against Ursaluna's overwhelming strength, realizing the extent of his adversary's power. He braced himself, deploying the Protect move for the third time.

BANG!

"Blast-oise," Blastoise gasped, struggling to remain upright, aware that if he fell, the others would be in grave danger.

Suddenly, a meteorite rock was hurled at Ursaluna. Though the rock did little damage, Ursaluna's attention was drawn to the source – Floyd, who was taunting him with another meteorite.

"What is Floyd thinking?" Blastoise wondered in alarm.

"ROAR!"

Ursaluna, distracted from Blastoise, charged furiously towards Floyd. Then, another rock flew at him from a different direction.

Ursaluna halted, spotting Fraxure holding a meteorite and using Taunt against him.

"ROAR!"

Again, Ursaluna's fury was redirected, this time towards Fraxure. Before he could reach Fraxure, another meteorites rock thrown by Growlithe, diverted his attention. Growlithe taunted Ursaluna further by shaking his butt behind mockingly.

"ROAR!"

Yet another stone flew at Ursaluna. Looking up, he saw Horsea, Dratini, and Munchlax dancing atop the young Gyarados' head, all of them mocking him. Even Gyarados joined in, shamelessly wiggling his body and tail.

(AN: Dratini, even you?)

"ROAR!"

"Change position," Floyd whispered to his Pokémon, signaling them to move and continue their diversion. He was surprised by how easily Ursaluna was being misled, given his impressive strength.

The Pokémon quickly repositioned, continuing their strategic dance of distraction, each taking turns to draw Ursaluna's attention and lead him away.

"Gyarados, now's the time to use your Dragon Dance," Floyd directed, his gaze fixed on Gyarados.

"ROAR!" Gyarados responded with a snort, a mix of reluctance and obedience. Despite his reservations about Floyd, he commenced the Dragon Dance.

Deep down, Gyarados was a bit conflicted and worried seeing his son and daughter clashing with Ursaluna. The frustration he felt towards the human who had, in his eyes, instigated this chaos.

"Blastoise, we need to draw him towards the river to the west. Your role is still important," Floyd instructed, not waiting for a response before hurrying to join his Pokémon. The weight of their predicament weighed heavily on his mind.

"Blastoise!" Acknowledging the plan, Blastoise nodded and immediately set into action, using Rapid Spin to pursue Ursaluna.

"Wait, I'm coming too!" Kanraku called out, intending to follow, but found himself left behind as Blastoise and Floyd rapidly moved away.

Stunned and momentarily rooted to the spot, Kanraku lingered in disbelief before shifting his focus to the remaining Gyarados, still engaged in a spinning motion. He pondered over his next course of action, considering the unfolding situation.

In a few moment, Floyd and his Pokémon executed their risky strategy, employing coordinated chaos to gain precious time. Despite their exhaustion, they showcased exceptional teamwork and agility, continuously outmaneuvering Ursaluna's relentless pursuit.

The situation was fraught with danger, resembling a high-stakes game of cat and mouse. Ursaluna, embodying the role of a fierce and unstoppable predator, was driven further into a frenzy with each taunt and evasion from Floyd's Pokémon. Their tactics, while risky, were effective in keeping Ursaluna distracted and at a distance.

Floyd's strategy to lead Ursaluna to the river bank heavily relied on Blastoise's key involvement. The river setting was expected to provide a strategic upper hand, essential in countering Ursaluna's formidable strength.

Gazing towards the river, Floyd instructed Blastoise, "Use Rain Dance."

Blastoise, despite showing signs of fatigue, obliged and initiated the Rain Dance. As a result, a torrential downpour began, cascading from the sky.

"ROAR!"

Ursaluna, frustrated by being outmaneuvered by Floyd's Pokémon, abandoned caution and charged at Fraxure, attempting Fury Swipes.

However, Blastoise swiftly intervened, launching an Aqua Jet at Ursaluna.

BANG!

Caught unexpectedly, Ursaluna let out a roar and countered with Hammer Arm aimed at Blastoise.

Blastoise, summoning his remaining strength, activated Protect to shield himself.

BANG!

Reeling from the impact, Blastoise felt a wave of dizziness. His Torrent ability was now fully triggered. With a steadfast stance, Blastoise unleashed a powerful Hydro Pump.

BANG!

For the first time, Ursaluna was sent reeling backward, visibly affected by Blastoise's potent attack.

ROAR!

In a state of intense fury, Ursaluna launched a Bulldoze attack towards Blastoise.

The ground trembled under the immense force, causing an already dizzy Blastoise to lose his balance. Seizing the moment, Ursaluna prepared to strike with Hammer Arm.

Just then, Gyarados, with Kanraku atop his head, swooped in. In a swift motion, Gyarados shook Kanraku off and fiercely rushed with Waterfall aimed at Ursaluna.

Wheeeeesh BANG!

The impact of the collision resonated.
