Seeing that it was starting to get dark, we called it a day and headed to my house which I ordered to be built 2 months ago as the library was too small for us.

Jessie was escorted to her room by her personal maid while I went straight to my office with the head maid of the house.

"Call Trevor and the others." I simply said after sitting comfortably in my chair.

"Yes master" She said with a maiden voice as she gives a bow and exit the room.

And soon enough, in just 10 minutes the head maid comeback with four other people behind her.

"Sit" I said to the four while signaling the maid to leave which she obey without a single hesitation.

Trevor and the others have a confused expression plastered on their face but still, comply as they all sit on the chair in front of me.

"It's time for us to move." I said while the four's eyes lit up understanding what I mean.

"Please tell us what we need to do master." Trevor asks excited voice contrary to the calm face he has just a few seconds ago.

'He's still not ready' I thought seeing Trevor quickly loses his cool but was pleased seeing that he manage to shortly compose himself as his face was back to its usually calm demeanor.

"Trevor" I stated his name as he looks at me with a determined face.

"I want you with Dexter and Tan to lead the organization while I'm gone and start our plan, could you do it?" I ask with authorization as I look at them with a cold stare.

"Yes" "Yes" "Yes"

Trevor, Dexter, and Tan answer at the same time with a determinate conviction noticeable in their eyes.

"Good, from now on our organization would be called Team Daeva, a group of bounty hunters!" I stated with a lot of yearnings and conviction.

'This time I will succeed!' I thought with full confidence and determination as I tighten my fist thinking about what happened in the past.

'Oh how naive I was, I knew she was using me just like how my father did, they didn't care about me but rather wants what I have, POWER.' A light of anger ignited in my eyes thinking about how f*ck up my past life was.

'This time I have the control, I won't be a puppet again!' I thought with conviction as my desire for conquering the world gets bigger and bigger.

I finally understood why I hesitated when Trisha propose to run away, I wasn't forced to be like this, this is me, I am me.

I stare at the four young men in front of me with a determined look as they also stare into my eyes with awe and faith.

"You three are dismissed, Nathan stays, I will now tell your mission." I said with a serious demeanor as the three sits up and exited the room leaving only the two of us.

"What is the important mission your talking about master?" Nathaniel asks as he touches his cheek or more specifically the mask he was wearing all day since day 1.

|Flashback: 3 months ago|

"Is there something you need master?" Nathaniel asks while kneeling in front of me.

"Indeed" I said as a mask suddenly appeared in my hand.

"From now on your wearing this." I stated as I tossed the mask to him.

Nathaniel just stood there blankly, staring at the mask in his hand.

"is there a problem?" I ask seeing him kneeling there like a statue.

"....nothing" He took his time before answering as he immediately wore the mask.

"That mask would help you hide your appearance to others, just think of it as part of your mission." I simply said but Nathaniel didn't immediately leave but just stayed there, kneeling.

"do you have any questions you wanna ask?" I ask perceiving his intention.

"...what mission master?" He asks calmly.

"you'll know when it's time." I simply answer as I wave my hand indicating his dismissal.

"yes, master!" Nathaniel answered as he sits up and exited the room, heading to his bed which is the sofa.

|Present|

"Nathan," I said interrupting his thought as he got back on his sense and look at me with a slight shame.

"I want you to become our undercover in the alliance, I want you to pretend as an alliance trainer, the higher the status you reach, the better." I explain thoroughly and for the very first time, Nathaniel showed a stunned expression but soon turned into doubt.

"Don't worry, I knew you could do it" Perceiving the changes in his emotion, I cheer him up and it was effective as his eyes were replaced with determination.

"I'll do my best master!" He answered as he get out of his chair and knelt in front of me, pledging his hundred percent loyalty.

A smile emerges in my face that widens and widens the longer I stare at Nathaniel's action.

"You're dismissed." was all I said as I turned around, using my revolving chair which makes it possible.

"Thank you, master!" Nathaniel answered as he also exited the room leaving only me alone.

"This time no one could stop me, this time I won't fail, I promise," I vowed, talking to nothingness as I was staring outside the window seeing the striving town below me.

This part of the outer layer has changed a lot, we manage to control one-third of the outer layer and make it prosperous, not comparable to the Inner layer but still a major improvement.

'Don't disappoint me Trevor and Nathaniel' I thought seeing the villagers living their life happily, even though it's already night, the road was still full of lively people buying and having fun with their family.

*sigh*

A sigh of relief escape in my mouth as I smile in satisfaction as I took a bottle and a wine glass from the drawer on my table.

"Cheers to the new world"
