43 SuperChampion.

Alan looked at the kids; some were excited, some were crying, but the most important thing was that he had gained their trust.

'I have to make sure they reach their homes safe and sound,' he pledged to himself as he looked at their innocent faces.

"Now, all of you, I will use my magic swords to cut the chains that bound you, don't move."

He tried to act like the SuperChampion.

Good thing, Elizabeth loved that show as well, and there were times he had to watch episodes after episodes of it with her, making him remember all the cool super-hero dialogues.

Trying not to break out of the character for the kids, he mystically waved his hands before his swords appeared in his hand.

"Wooooh! He brought the swords out of nowhere."

"They look so cool!"

The kids once again started jumping around in excitement, and Alan had to make them calm down so he could take care of the chains.

'Innocent, my ass. How could they be scared in one moment and so excited in the next?' he shook his head before he carefully cut off all the ropes that bound them.

"Now, all of you will follow me, and no one will run around. You have to stay close to me so I can protect you from the bad guys."

"Is it like a secret mission?"

"Can we be your sidekicks?"

"How can I be a superhero like you?"

Alan gave a wary smile as he looked at the kids before him. He ensured they were not injured and provided them with some food he kept stashed with himself when he was on his last leg and had nothing to survive.

By the time he was done with the kids, Misty and Starmie had already taken care of all the pokeballs and sent them back to Viridian City PokeCentre.

"We need to find the second storage; there might be more children there as well," said Misty as she walked towards Alan.

"No time to waste. I have already spoken to Derek and informed him of the situation here; he, too, is rushing towards us instead of looking for the Advanced trainers. Our priority now is to get these kids back safe and sound rather than capturing Team Rocket members."

"SuperChampion, is she your sidekick?"

"Or maybe your girlfriend?"

"Heheheh."

"You little..." it was tough for Alan to control his temper with these kids, and he was slowly and steadily losing his calm.

Misty blushed a little before she too spoke to the kids, "I am his assistant. We are here on a secret mission to save pokemon and the rest of the children."

She turned towards Alan and softly whispered in his ears, "I hope you keep up the role not to disappoint these little kids. Mister SuperChampion."

Alan's lips twitched at her words, but he put them at the back of his mind. He led the kids towards the door Gyarados had destroyed.

"I will be at the front; stay at the back to make sure no one sneaks up on us and protect our rear," he told Misty, and she led Starmie to the back of the group as they made their way towards the second storage room in this part of the cave.

The group moved as one, and Alan did not care about being in 'stealth.'

They were already exposed, and it did not take a genius to figure out why they were here. He led the group at a speed that would ensure the kids were not too tired from running.

"SuperChampion, do you always have to run so much?"

Alan's lips twitched, and he could hear the soft laugh of Misty from the back.

"Yes, I have to run around a lot to save people and pokemon. Now stay back, we are here, and we have some guests as well."

He increased his speed and was the first to reach the next storage room.

He stood a few meters away from the door but could not move any further since the path ahead was blocked.

"Your little rescue mission ends here."

At least thirty to forty grunts were waiting for him while their pokemons were already outside the Pokeball.

Misty and the kids reached them very soon, but the excited kids stopped in their tracks when they recognized the Team Rocket uniforms.

"Leave the kids behind, and we will think nothing happened," said the one who was leading the grunts. He appeared to be their leader, judging by his tone. He turned back towards the kids standing behind Alan and said with a vicious grin, "did we not tell you guys to behave? Do you want to be fed to my pokemon?"

The kids were scared when they saw an Arbok hiss at them with its fangs covered in poison. The other pokemon of the Team Rocket grunts showed vicious faces, trying to intimidate the kids.

"Let's leave the little ones out of it, shall we?" said Alan as he released a bit of his aura; he mixed some of his Bloodlust in it to make it more dreadful for his opponents.

The leader was surprised by the aura as well as the bloodlust.

'He is strong,' he told himself before he suddenly remembered the face of Alan.

"You...you are the one who defeated the Team Rocket commander at the PokeCentre? Aren't you?"

His words brought a surprise but then greed on the faces of all the grunts present.

Standing right behind the kids, Misty used this moment to calm them down.

"Don't be scared," she said in a loud voice but also trying to hold herself from laughing, "did you not hear what the bad guy said?"

Her words got the attention of everyone present, including the kids. Alan, who heard her had a bad feeling about whatever was about to come.

"He defeated the friend of those bad guys before he came to rescue you all," her words became more passionate before she asked all the kids before her, "did you all forget who he is?"

The kids who were scared for their lives suddenly found the 'light' that would lead them out of this 'darkness.'

"We have SuperChampion."

"Super Super SuperChampion."

"Keeper of the justice Champion..."

Was it because the kids are innocent or little devils? They started saying the show's theme song aloud, confusing the Team Rocket members.

Alan turned back to look at Misty, who was enjoying herself even in this situation and sent her a message through Pokegram.

[Alan: I will get my revenge for this...]

He then looked at the kids and shook his head, but he almost tripped when he heard another voice in his head.

[Go SuperChampion]

It was none other than Eve.

Alan was embarrassed but also annoyed. He was the one who started this to gain the trust of the kids, and now he had to continue being the character he hated the most to make sure they stayed calm and did not panic.

*Sigh*

He gave a long sigh before walking towards the Team Rocket members with his swords in his hands.

"Alan," Misty called out when she saw Alan walking ahead and made sure to remind him, "no swords."

Alan paused but realized it would be too much for the kids to take.

He held a Pokeball in his hands and threw it in front of him, "they are all yours."

With a flash of light, a pokemon appeared before everyone, and it was none other than Shin.

"Kyaaa, he is so cute."

"He is so cool."

Misty looked at the Wushu pokemon and could not hold back her surprise since the level Shin had reached was unbelievable.

'H-how?' she asked herself before an image flashed through her eyes, 'was it because of what happened?'

She remembered Alan walking out from the forest, covered in blood and flesh.

'Just how many pokemon did they face?'

The last time she saw Shin, he was at level 11, and now after a week, he was level 27. A jump of 16 levels was nothing to scoff at, especially when one reached higher levels and the amount of experience needed to level up became insane. But her surprise did not end there.

She looked at the bands Shin was wearing around his limbs.

They were developed recently with a technology made with the help of Psychic pokemon. The weight of these bands could be raised progressively and hence very useful for pokemon and people who wanted to train their bodies.

Usually, fighting-type pokemon used these, and she had also seen similar bands around Alan's limbs as well.

'These guys are monsters...' she could not help but make that comment. To always be pressed down by weight, even when fighting, was not as easy as it seemed. She had tried the weight bands, but she could not hold more than a few hours, let alone a whole week like the two in front of her.

Alan looked at Shin with a satisfied smile. They had been in a bit of a pickle last night, but he and his pokemon managed to turn it around, hence gaining a massive boost in levels out of it.

'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.'

He activated his Pokedex as well to check Shin's whole status.

"Are you up for it?" he asked Shin to make sure if he was up for the fight.

[I have rested enough in six hours] he said while jumping on his feet and stretching his arms [they are all mine, right?]

"Yes, but make sure it is not R-8."

[Huh?]

"Don't make it bloody, but just a normal knockout."

[Aye aye, Master.]

"Stop calling me that."

[I saw it on Poketube, you call your martial arts teacher either Sensei or Master] he spoke with a grin.

"Let's take care of these guys before we continue with this conversation," said Alan before he spoke to Misty, "take care of the guys coming the back."

"Leave them to me," she assured; she was already holding the Pokeball of her Gyarados while looking at the group coming from the back, trying to encircle them, "Starmie, protect the kids."

"Gyara, use Crunch."

At the same time, Misty was busy taking care of the Team Rocket members at the back; the fight between Shin and the Team Rocket members blocking the storage room had begun.

"Use Power-Up."

Shin followed his 'Master's' instruction and boosted himself before he charged towards the horde of pokemon.

Poison was the signature type of Team Rocket and the pokemons Shin was about to face were mainly Golbat, Koffing, Ekans and Beedrill with average levels around 23 to 25, with a few of them having Meowth and Pidgey.

The leader of the group on the other hand had a Nidorino and an Arbok. They were level 30 each, likely at the limit of entering the Advanced stage.

'None of them have good potential.' Alan checked the potential of every pokemon but none were above yellow. 'And none is their Blood Bond. The Blood Bonds likely got killed on similar missions.'

But he cared less about them. Shin who already had enough experience fighting Pokémon with similar typing did not need any extra instructions.

Alan had made sure his Pokémon were able to think for themselves than be overly reliant on him for instructions.

While Shin could fight for himself, the same could not be said for his opponents. Alan who had noticed it decided to use this to his advantage and finish this fight as soon as possible.

He controlled the Aura in his body and led it towards his legs.

Alan had found different ways to use Aura in the early stages where it could only be used to boost his strength. One of such uses were boosting his speed exponentially when the Aura was wholly focused on his legs.

*Boom*

He pressed down on the ground and shot off towards the Team Rocket members.

They were instructing their pokemon to get a hit on Shin but he was too strong for them. Not only was Shin higher level than most of them, he also had another advantage.

Alan had made sure Shin worked on his body to improve his physical strength. He would train along with him to increase his moral and instruct him using the knowledge he had gathered on his own or during the Pokémon school.

Added with the weight that Shin always wore, his physical strength was a lot higher than it should have been. But that was not the end of it since Shin also had Aura to boost his physical powers.

With all these advantages, Shin was like an 'Entei' among the horde of 'Mareep.'

Alan wanted to finish this as fast as possible and judging by the situation, taking out the trainers was the best possible way for it.

Before the Team Rocket members even knew it, Alan was already among them with now his fists coated in aura.

"What the..."

A grunt was shocked at seeing Alan coming at them by himself but before he could finish his words, he received an upper cut right under his chin, sending him flying into the air.
