The next day Mikail decided to relocate the egg to his space for a bit so that the habitat and nesting area could be generated.
He decided to check its status once more, before doing so.

He nodded at what he was seeing.
'The Eevee that is going to hatch from that egg will most likely have deep green potential after the first optimization by my space.
Increasing her potential to light blue should be no problem, but if I can increase her potential to blue before it is time for her to evolve, then I can use the opportunity to push for deep blue through a good evolution stone and some supporting materials.
If I can make use of the limit break to increase her potential as well, then achieving light purple, by the time for my official journey, at minimum is not impossible at all, but let's not get ahead of myself.
Everything has to happen step by step.
Let's start with putting the egg inside my space.'
Mikail transferred the incubator to his space and checked to see what would happen.
'Registering the existence of a PokeEgg.
Analyzing...., Eevee Egg identified.
Optimization delayed till hatching.
Checking energy storage....., energy storage can support activity.
Generating tailored habitat...., habitat successfully generated.
Add habitat to main space....., main space successfully expanded.
Generating nesting area..., adding nesting area to habitat....., nesting area successfully added.
Relocating Egg....., Egg successfully relocated.
Energy storage at 55%.
Process finished.'
He saw that a grassy plain had been added to his space.
The size of the new area was 625 sqm and in the center of the plain was a small hill with an entrance to a burrow.
He checked the inside of the burrow and saw that the nesting area was located inside the burrow.
Surprisingly the space inside the burrow was nearly half the size of the plain, at 300 sqm.
Mikail could see the incubator inside one of the nests and nodded to himself happy that nothing unforeseen had happened.
He received the status of the egg and as expected nothing had changed.
His space had announced that it would perform the optimization after the Eevee hatched, so any change would have been strange.
After he finished checking the new addition to his space he took out the egg again and went down for breakfast.
Besides occasionally keeping an eye on his eggs, as he had not forgotten about his Magikarp egg, he once more focused on his own training.
Mikail wanted to achieve a certain mastery with his psionic energy manipulation before he would stop focusing on his psychic training to restart his aura training.
It took him nearly two weeks until he was satisfied with his progress, but he was finally done with his psychic training, for now.
He had managed to apply a layer of psionic energy on his skin that acted as a second skin capable of tanking some damage.
It also could keep his skin safe from any harmful substances, as long as the skin was not broken.
Besides that, he also succeeded in creating small platforms that he could step on.
This allowed him to run/walk through the air, while his telekinesis was not strong enough to freely fly around with.
He also used the principle behind the second skin and the platforms to create small shields that could block attacks from a distance.
Together with the psionic daggers, he had previously learned to create he had partly covered the offensive, defensive, and mobility aspects of his psionic energy manipulation.
Naturally, there was much more that could be done with the ability, but this was enough for now.
Mikail could now temporarily stop and instead focus on his aura training again.
His new goal was to raise his aura path to Tier 1 First-Class just like he did for his psychic path.
While he was doing his own training he naturally did not forget his other responsibilities.
So it was 5 days later, during his routine check-up on the Magikarp egg, that Mikail decided to put even more draconic material around the Magikarp egg.
Since the time he had put dragon lilies around the egg, in hopes of the egg absorbing the energy and adapting to it, he had not seen any negative effect on the egg, so he thought it was time to up the dosage.
The Eevee egg showed no difference for now.
Anyway, the eggs were not the only thing that happened.

During the first week of his psychic training, Metapod had managed to promote his potential to deep green.
Not only that, but today, 2 days after he doubled the number of dragon lilies around the Magikarp egg, Metapod had officially qualified for the promotion towards the (low) bronze stage.
While it was the minimum qualification that would result in the reduction of the starting point for his parameters, but nonetheless Metapod had worked hard and had managed to reach this point in a relatively short time.
Metapod had also managed to learn Iron Defense and increase his mastery of Harden to Beginner, despite focusing mostly on his parameters.
Mikail knew that Metapod wanted to advance to the bronze stage as soon as possible, but Mikail disagreed.
He wanted to increase Metapod's strength and Agility to 'B' before advancing, so that the reduction of the starting parameter was limited to one, instead of the two-value reduction it currently was.
He thought for a bit before he decided to allow Metapod to evolve since he believed it would be easier to train his Strength and Agility as a Butterfree.
Metapod was really happy with Mikail's decision and the disappointment over being not allowed to advance to the next stage was swept away as if it had never been there.
Mikail called over all his Pokemon, at least those that were not stuck inside the water, before he started to distribute a few portions of all bug-type materials he possessed around Metapod's position.
Once he was done, he told Metapod that he could begin and they all witnessed how Metapod started to shine in a bright white light.
Energy was attracted from the environment, and formed a cocoon around his Pokemon, that he knew was extremely durable.
After the evolution ended and a Butterfree stood/flew, where previously a Metapod had been, his space started to rumble.
Butterfree's evolution caused the Caterpie habitat to increase in size.
Apparently, Butterfree's evolution was the last push the area needed for an expansion.
Since Mikail knew that the living area of his Pokemon increased with their strength and population, even if the strength seemed to be the bigger factor, he calmed down after the brief shock he experienced because of the tremors.
The tremors stopped a short while later, and he saw from his owner-perspective, that the habitat had doubled in size.
He told everyone the reason for the tremors and everyone calmed down after hearing his explanation.
They all congratulated Butterfree after his evolution and after looking over Butterfree Mikail had to admit that Butterfree was an impressive specimen of his kind.
From what he remembered Butterfree were shown to have a height of 1.1 m in the data, and what he had seen until now overall fit, with some being around 10 cm larger and some being 10 smaller.
His Butterfree on the other hand seemed to be around 1.6 m tall.

After checking his new status he saw that Butterfree learned the moves Gust and Confusion.
He knew that Gust was one of the hereditary moves that were learned upon evolution, but Confusion wasn't.
Mikail believed, that the reason Butterfree managed to learn Confusion as well, was that he saw the learning process Mothra went through while learning Confusion herself, and/or that the telepathy practice Mikail used Caterpie/Metapod's assistance in, had helped unlock Confusion.
As for the percentage increase of his potential, Mikail had expected that the increase would not be too high, because the majority of the materials available had already lost most of their effectiveness towards him before the evolution.
Mikail had simply added them because every little bit was helpful.
Now that the evolution was over, he put away the leftover materials.
Butterfree grew quite confident upon evolving, so after he checked his new moves and got used to his new form, he challenged Mothra to a mock battle.
Unsurprisingly for Mikail, but a big shock for Butterfree, he lost to Mothra and it was not even a close fight.
Butterfree practically got trashed by Mothra.
Fortunately, he did not get discouraged by his severe loss but used it as motivation instead.
Butterfree threw himself into practice like mad, hoping to fulfill Mikail's requirement as soon as possible, so that he could advance to the bronze stage.
To be honest, Mikail was not sure if he should be impressed or worried by Butterfree's behavior.
He was afraid that Butterfree would overdo it, but fortunately, he managed to achieve his goal before it came to that.
After training his strength and agility like someone possessed for a whole week, Butterfree managed to increase them to 'B' as well, so Mikail gave him the permission to breakthrough.
The breakthrough process resembled the evolution process a bit.
Energy from the environment was attracted towards Butterfree, but compared to evolution, the energy did not form a cocoon.
It simply got absorbed into Butterfree and helped him advance.
This showed that, unlike the evolution, Pokemon were not untouchable during a breakthrough.

He saw that his new starting parameters took the Butterfree species as the basis, not the Caterpie or Metapod species, which made sense.
From the Values of those parameters, he could see that they did indeed start at one value lower than the basis of the Butterfree species.
So if Butterfree had trained a parameter to 'A' before he broke through, then it would have started at one higher value than it currently did.
Still, he was happy with Butterfree's success and congratulated him.
He also called the others over and informed them of Butterfree's accomplishment.
He was Mikail's first bronze stage Pokemon.
Butterfree proud of his accomplishment and confident in his chances challenged Mothra once more.
He still lost, and Mikail nearly had to laugh at Butterfree's look after his loss, but he didn't.
On the contrary, he went to Butterfree and told him that he did well.
It wasn't even a lie, because compared to the previous battle this one was more even.
Mikail told Butterfree that he did a good job and that he should now focus on learning new moves that widen his arsenal, which will increase his battle prowess.
Mothra also encouraged Butterfree, which looked a bit funny to Mikail, seeing a Caterpie consoling a Butterfree after beating it.
Anyway, now Mikail had his first bronze stage Pokemon and he was proud that he had accomplished this step so soon.
It was with this feeling of accomplishment that he left his space to spend the rest of the day with his parents.
