3 1 – The Pokemon Trio

(A/N: The partner Pokemon poll is still ongoing. The suggestion and the likes that that Pokemon gets will factor into what Pokemon becomes his partner. Right now Mankey is first with three suggestions and 7 likes. If you want some other Pokemon then please do it fast.

Also, should I add Daisy Oak and Green from the Pokemon universe. Since they aren't in the anime so I wanted to know what you think.)

Going to the Pokemon world and living in it is the dream of every fan of the franchise and Shu was living the dream. After he was reborn as a baby thanks to the message he was now able to see and interact with the people in this world. Best of all, his family also has a Growlithe which likes him and is like his bodyguard as he stays with him most of the time.

His name is Shu Kurenai and his mother's name is Shiori Kurenai. As for his father his name is Hiroshi Kurenai.

He has white hair and red eyes along with fair skin. His mother is also the same as she has white skin that reached her waist and fair skin and red eyes which he had inherited. His father has black hair and brown eyes and a bit of a tanned skin tone.

The three of them along with their Growlithe were one big family. Shu was very happy about it but he was more happy when he realized that he is in Pallet Town, the starting point of all the adventures of Pokemon no matter the region. The only reason the Pokemon world exists was because this place came into existence.

"I'm gonna be a Pokemon Master!" A 5 year old Ash shouted excitedly as he sat on a couch.

"Yeah right! I'll be a Pokemon Master! An idiot like you can't become one." A 5 year old Gary said to Ash haughtily beside him.

"Oh yeah! I'll become one you hear me!" Ash shouted growling.

"As if! I'll become the Pokemon Master!" Gary shouted growling back.

The two then butted their heads as they glared at each other with gritted teeth. Then hands grabbed between the two heads and moved them away from each other as he stood in front of them.

"Why can't the two of you stay five minutes without fighting?" A 5 year old Shu asked as he kept the two separated with his hands on their heads. (A/N: If you didn't know, he looks like Shu Kurenai from Beyblade Burst.)

"It's his fault!" The both of them shouted at him before glaring back.

This caused Shu to sigh as he kept the two apart while they kept on glaring at the other completely ignoring the fact that Shu is in between them.

'Damn it, I forgot how much bratty the two were when they first started. There's also the fact that these two absolutely hate each other.' Shu thought as he looked at the two 5 year olds.

After his rebirth in the Pokemon universe, he had managed to get acquainted with Ash and Gary and their family. Safe to say he has become friends with them and are on good term but it was to be expected of kids their age. Except for the fact that Ash and Gary like to fight, like a lot.

These two took being rivals to a whole another level. They constantly compete with each other to know who is better. And when their competition ends Shu intervened as he tried to placate the two kid's while making sure that they don't aggravate each other, which was tiring to say the least.

In short the three have become like a trio, two who keep on fighting with each other while the third tries to stop them and keep the peace.

'I need to divert their attention.' Shu thought as he looked at the two.

"I know you want to keep on talking but did you two forget why we're here?" Shu asked them.

This caused the two kids to stop glaring at the other as their eyes widened as they stopped as realisation set in.

"Right, we were supposed to feed the Pokemon! It's time." Ash said as he looked at the clock.

"You're right, how could I forget. We need to feed the Pokemon ASAP." Gary said as he looked at the clock as well.

Shu sighed in relief and dipped his head down when he heard that but opened his eyes when the room was unusually silent as he thought the two would go to get the Pokemon food. He raised his head and looked at the two kids who were looking at the clock.

Then the two slowly turned and looked at each other. Shu seeing their faces recognised the looks on their faces as he felt dread

"Oh no." Shu said with dread.

Those two have the face they have whenever they compete with each other. After spending a lot of time with them and with the three of them being basically childhood friends Shu was more than capable of recognising the looks on both of their faces.

"I'll be the first to give the Pokemon the food!" Ash shouted as he ran to get the food.

"No I will be the first!" Gary shouted back as he ran beside Ash.

Shu meanwhile looked at the direction the two ran before he sighed and scratched his head. He then raised his head as a grin appeared on his face.

"Geez those two." Shu said as he ran at their direction.

After that the three got the food they were supposed to give. Gary would give the food to the forest dwelling Pokemon, Ash would give the food to the Pokemon who are usually grazing like Taurus and Shu will give the food to the Pokemon who live in and beside lakes.

"See you after I win loser!" Gary shouted as he ran from the laboratory into the Pokemon keeping area. (A/N: Do any of you know what the place Professor Oak keeps the Pokemon is called? If so please tell me.)

"Yeah right, I will win." Ash shouted as he also ran from the lab going to his area.

"Oh come on guys, can't you do anything without fighting!" Shu shouted but it fell into deaf ears as the two had already reached a significant distance.

'How could I forget that the people of the Pokemon World are much more powerful and durable than in Earth.' Shu thought to himself as he looked at the two and then at the Pokemon food sack in his hands.

"Well, those two are quite energetic as always." Professor Oak said as he appeared behind Shu.

"Yeah, though I wish they wouldn't always fight like that. It's always a pain to stop them." Shu said as he sighed.

"Haha! That means they are growing nicely. That being said, among the three of you, you're the most mature and calm one Shu." Professor Oak said as he looked at the boy.

"Thanks Professor Oak." Shu said with a smile.

"Yes well why don't you go and give the Pokemon their food. You don't want to make them become hungry do you?" Professor Oak said with a smile.

"No I don't. I'll be back Professor." Shu said as he ran from the lab building as well.

Professor Oak just watched him with a smile before he entered the building.

After Shu was reborn he had most definitely met with Oak and Delia, and he was very happy to see that. As a Pokemon fan, meeting the two of them face to face was a dream come true for him which in a sense is correct.

Anyhow he has managed to become quite close to the Pokemon professor along with Ash and Gary and his cool headed nature and mature attitude has helped a bit.

After Shu reached the lake he started to put the Pokemon food in the plates as he made sure to separate the plates for Pokemon in the lake and beside the lake. The last thing he wanted is for the two group's to fight each other.

"The food is tasty isn't it?" Shu asked as he looked at the Pokemon eating thier food happy as he smiled.

'Man, seeing Pokemon in person and feeding them food. It's so exciting!' Shu thought happily as he watched them.

After the Pokemon ate their food he touched a few of the water Pokemon before he bid then farewell and walked back. On his way he saw Gary also walking back with a victorious smile on his face. Shu just had a sweat drop as he walked towards the boy.

"Hey Gary, you finished as well?" Shu asked him as he reached him.

"Yep! Haha! I would like to see the face Ash will make when he knows he lost." Shu said with a wide grin.

Shu just sighed before he shook his head a bit. He opened his eyes as he walked with Gary.

"I don't understand why the two of you fight the first two minutes you see each other." Shu said to him.

"Hmph, well it's his fault for thinking an idiot like him could stand up to me." Gary said with a huff.

Shu just shook his head before he looked ahead. But then something caught his attention a little to the right as Shu squinted his eyes to see what it is. His eyes widened when he saw what it is as he tapped Gary at his shoulder getting his attention.

"What?" Gary asked him.

"Are you seeing that?" Shu said as he pointed at what he saw.

Gary looked at the direction as he squinted his eyes and then widened them when he saw what it is. A lot of land dwelling Pokemon were running as a pack, they were the grazing Pokemon that Ash had gone to give the food to.

Speaking of the kid, he was at the front of it as he was running very fast with a fearfull look. Both Shu and Gary were now able to see him clearly as he was getting closer, more closer as Ash seemed to be running in their direction!

"Uh Gary, I think we should run." Shu said as he looked at his friend.

Only to find no one at the place which caused Shu to widen his eyes before he looked behind him to see him already running away. Shu's eyes widened before he looked at the approaching Pokemon.

"Oi! Where do you think you're going leaving me!" Shu shouted as he also bolted behind Gary.

Shu managed to get close to Gary as they were running parallel. The two were running faster than most kids could've on earth considering that a little dust cloud was being formed by their running. Of course, it pales in comparison to the dust cloud being created by the Pokemon.

"Why did you leave me and run first?!" Shu shouted at him.

"And wait for those Pokemon to get to us? No way!" Gary shouted as he ran.

Ash and the Pokemon reached his area as they ran after him. Ash seeing the two at the front increased his speed more as he reached the two.

Shu and Gary noticed the presence of Ash. Gary was running in the middle with Shu to his left and Ash to his right. Gary looked back at the Pokemon running behind them and then glared at Ash.

"Alright what did you do Ash!?" Gary shouted at Ash.

"What do you mean?!" Ash shouted back.

"Those Pokemon were inside fences and shouldn't even be running like this! What did you do!?" Gary shouted at him.

"I uh, I kind of opened the fence." Ash said a bit bashfully.

"You what!?" Shu and Gary who had heard him shouted incredulously as they looked at him shocked.

'You can't be serious!' Shu shouted in his mind as he looked at Ash.

"Why did you do that?!" Gary shouted angrily.

"I wanted to touch them okay! I couldn't help it!" Ash shouted trying to defend himself.

"Ash, there is a fine line between touching them and letting them out of their fence!" Shu shouted at his friend.

"Damn it you idiot! Look where you got us!" Gary shouted at him.

"Just shut up and run!" Ash shouted as he tried to stop the conversation.

The three then kept on running but Gary was glaring at Ash and insulting him. Ash then started glaring and insulting as well as they then headbutted eachother. Shu who saw this was baffled at their antics.

"I hate you!!!" Both Gary and Ash shouted angrily at each other as they ran.

"Why can't the two of you just work together!!!" Shu shouted to the heavens like a tortured soul in response.
