60 CHAPTER 60 – HEADING TO PALDEA

During these last days until the day before the trip, we were training with our Pokémon, yes, each one in a way.
Nancy preferred to train by making her Pokémon fight each other to strengthen them through combat, Verity on the other hand, also made them fight, however, she stopped the combat whenever she saw something that could be corrected, while I did not fight, I simply became familiar with all my Pokémon.
I had an undoubtedly strong team, but my bond with them were quite superficial, with the exception of Pikachu, Phione and Charizard.
Floragato had not used it much because of recent events and still did not know its strengths and weaknesses, Mew had unfortunately used it less than Floragato and if I had to fight with him one day i won't be prepared, even if he is a very strong Pokémon, he would probably lose to someone who had more experience fighting alongside his Pokémon.
As for Cyndaquil, being a first evolution and not having fought with him, it took me a long time to get acquainted with him, obviously we got along well, but I think we should deepen our friendship more.
As for Lopunny, Meloetta and Latias, it was not difficult at all, these three Pokémon were very attached to me and it only took me a couple of days that I learned their strengths and weaknesses, so it helped us to significantly reduce those weaknesses.
I know it sounds a little cheesy, but friendship with Pokémon in this world is extremely important, a Pokémon that possesses great affection for its trainer, is much more motivated than one that has no affection at all, which is exactly what happened to Team Rocket, obviously they brought out strong Pokémon thanks to their boss, but since they had never used them, those Pokémon did not trust them and lost very easily, so it is important that the Pokémon have love and trust you.
After familiarizing ourselves, we fought a little, but I did not make them fight each other, but think of useful strategies that could serve us in future battles, it was a very fruitful few days to tell the truth, during this time I strengthened my bond with my Pokémon a lot and I feel that even without training, we became much stronger.
Either way, the day before we left for Paldea finally arrived, so that day we decided to rest at the Pokémon Center.
"Ash, didn't you get any message from e-Nigma giving you instructions about something?" – Nancy asked suddenly.

"Well... is she excited or does she seem so to me?" - asked Verity.
It wasn't just her, she actually looked excited, I don't really remember how long e-Nigma has been streaming, but it seemed to be the first time she invited someone to meet her in person and that excited her or at least gave us that impression.
That said, we spent the rest of the day doing absolutely nothing at least until the evening... or so I would have liked but the next day was going to be a hard day and we had to rest so we went to sleep early because we had the plane quite early, I guess e-Nigma will have a good plan of activities.

At dawn.
During the time in which our heroes were talking, again, a small microphone sneaked through the window, under it, sitting on the floor were Jessie, James and Meowth who had already returned from their little flight a day ago.
"Did you hear that?" - asked James.
"Loud and clear, the brats are going to Paldea" – Jessie nodded.
"And you know what that means?" - smiled Meowth.
"More Pokémon for the boss, this time they won't escape us for sure, we'll catch that Pikachu for sure!" – said Jessie.
"Why settle for only Pikachu? You'd better steal all the Pokémon that they have" - James said.
"James is right, we will let them enjoy themselves and the moment they are more relaxed ... boom, we will steal all their Pokémon, we could even steal them from e-Nigma, the boss will be delighted!" – nodded Meowth.
"Do you have the costumes ready?" - asked Jessie.
James pulled some costumes out of a bag.
"This time we will not be taxi drivers, but tourists who are going to visit Paldea, more specifically Levincia City" – explained James.
"I love the idea!" - said Meowth.
"And the best of all, e-Nigma always stream in her gym, so they're sure to spend quite a bit of time there" - James said.
"And how do you know that? I don't remember the brat say anything like that" - Jessie said raising an eyebrow.
"Ah! It's that I like to watch it from time to time, it's quite entertaining, hahaha" – James said nervously.
"Either way, this time your vices were useful to us, ready to steal Pokémon from Paldea?" – Jessie asked.

We got up early, this time Latias had decided to sleep outside his Pokéball, so I woke up with a Latias (Bianca) next to me sleeping soundly and on the other side, a Pikachu almost snoring.
After getting up and having breakfast something in the usual place, we ordered a taxi and headed directly to the airport, the good thing is that we were in Saffron City, so, unlike when we went to Alto Mare, we could sleep much more.
The taxi ride and even on the same plane was not hard at all, in fact, it was very relaxing, the girls and I were even able to sleep on the plane.
The flight lasted about 4 hours, so you can imagine how far Paldea was from Kanto.
*Note: I have no idea of the distance between Kanto and Paldea, this data is invented, if in the future the distance is revealed or some clue that it may be, I will correct this data, for now, it stays like that.
After these hours of travel, our minds were much clearer, the hours of sleep helped a lot the truth.
When we got off the plane and were at the airport, the name of the City where the airport was located was Mesagoza City, which is where the Naranja-Uva Academy was located, that's how it was a compound name and yes, it was also the name of the Academy where the protagonist of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet attended, I wonder if I will meet him or her at some point or if they don't exist here.
*Note: I will think about it later, but do not hesitate to express your most sincere opinion, everything will be heard, another thing i search on internet and the names was literally Naranja Academy and Uva Academy so i put both of names like i encounter.
Anyway, after leaving the airport, we found a man, tall, muscular, in a suit and tie and with a sign where my name was written in large and striking letters.
"Excuse me, I'm Ash and these are my friends" - I said, approaching the man.
"Are you Ash?" - the man asked.
"I just introduced myself" - I said.
"I'm sorry for that, I need to asure who are you ater all, get in the limousine, we'll head to the hotel" - the man said.
We all nodded and got into the luxurious limousine that E-Nigma had sent us, and I must say it was extremely luxurious, there were drinks and even food.
"Do not hesitate to serve yourself as much as you wish, Miss e-Nigma has said that she will cover all expenses" – said the man.
I wanted to say no, but I underestimated how hungry everyone was, even Pikachu and Latias took food without hesitation.
"I'm sorry Ash, but I was too hungry" - Nancy apologized.
"Pika pi" – Pikachu nodded.
Verity, Koharu and Latias also nodded.
"No problem, but what have you caught, then so am I, I am starving" – I said.
And then I took some cheese canapés that were placed on a small table completely glued to the floor.
"Well, since you are all already accommodated, we will get going, do not worry, your journey will not last more than 3 hours" – said the driver.
Oh my god, three hours in this limousine... I think I can get used to this, I just can't imagine how much it cost to rent this limousine for so long, but I'm honestly not going to complain.

During this time the girls, Pikachu and I enjoyed a nice and comfortable limousine ride, we ate a lot, to tell the truth, we exhausted all the food there was and almost all the drink, they would have been all if they had not been alcoholic beverages, which we do not like any.
After these 3 hours we finally arrived in Levincia City, a city so busy with Saffron City in Kanto and quite beautiful, at least what I saw from the limousine window.
The driver took us to a luxurious 5 star hotel, only the reception was already more luxurious than my whole house, I will just say that.
After this, the man spoke to the hotel receptionist and took us directly to our rooms, since there were 5 of us, theoretically in one of the rooms they would have to sleep 3 people and in another two, but since Latias was a Pokémon, it was like a normal double room.
I will not describe the room much, I will only say that it had a huge TV, a huge and luxurious bed and a gigantic bathroom, I will not say anything else, surely you can imagine.
After resting for a few minutes we had to go down again to reception, since the limousine was waiting for us and we did not want to make him wait too long either.
"Are the rooms to your liking?" – asked the man.
"Everything is perfect, I love it" – Koharu nodded.
We all nodded at this statement and after that, we got in the car.
"Now we will go to the Pokémon gym, Miss e-Nigma is waiting for them there and then she will inform them about your activities" - the man explained.
And as he said, we went straight to the gym, we did not take, to tell the truth, it was about 10 minutes from the hotel, quite close, to tell the truth.
The Pokémon gym looked just like in video games, it is curious to see how some things do not change and others do.
Anyway, we went directly into the gym where the same e-Nigma in person was waiting for us.
"Finally, here are my precious guests! How was the trip?" – said E-Nigma with a smile.
To tell you the truth, I was a little nervous, but I was able to hide it perfectly.
"Very well, everything was perfect" – I replied.
"I'm glad you like it, but this is just the beginning, now let's talk about our itinerary today!" – said e-Nigma.
"Wait, before I forget, I'll introduce myself, my name is Ash and this is my partner and best friend, Pikachu" – I introduced myself.
"Pika pi!" said Pikachu.
"I'm Nancy, my pleasure" - Nancy said.
"My name is Verity, it's my pleasure" - Verity said.
"My name is Koharu, nice to meet you" - Koharu said.
"True, true, the presentations are very important, it has been very rude of me not to introduce myself as soon as I arrived, it is a pleasure to meet you! What's the name of that girl over there? She doesn't introduce her and i need to know her name" - e-Nigma said.
