18 Chapter 18: Alex VS Vincent
Mr David: if you both are going to fight then I will be the referee and we will have a three on three match with both trainers allowed to change their pokemon once. Soldiers we will be using your battle ground if you don't mind.
Soldier: Sure Mr David... Please go ahead.
Mr David: Are both trainers ready.Let the battle begin.
Mr Vincent: Go Machop.
Alex: Gastly I choose you.

Alex saw the status of Machop and as already thought of a plan.
Vincent: Machop use thunder punch
Alex: Dodge it and move towards Machop and use smog
Machop gets near Gastly and uses thunder punch Gastly being very fast moves around Machop's arm and uses smog on Machop's face poisoning it easily.
Alex: Gastly now use will-o-wisp
Before Machop could move back Gastly uses will-o-wisp and Machop's body gets burned pretty badly.
Vincent : Machop shake it off and use fire punch
Alex : no you don't Gastly end it with sludge.
Another poison move, the already poisoned Machop who took 2 attacks head-on was done for after 3rd one.
Mr David: Machop is unable to battle Gastly is the winner.
Vincent: Beedrill get in there and use fury attack

' This is gonna be troublesome'....
Alex: Gastly dodge and use hypnosis.
Vincent:Beedrill dodge it.
Both pokemons dodges the others attack and face each other. Beedrill suddenly continues with fury attack
Alex :Shit Gastly confuse ray now.
Gastly get hit by Beedrill's unexpected fury attack and retaliates using confuse ray. The confused Beedrill continues to attack its left side while Gastly is on the right.
Vincent: Snap out of it Beedrill
Alex: Lick attack before it snap outs.
Alex is saved by an hair's margin. Gastly lick came just as Beedrill snapped out of confusion and thus Beedrill is paralyzed.
Alex : Finish it of with nightshade.
Gastly continuously uses nightshade (M) 3 times before Beedrill becomes free to move again. Even after taking all these hits Beedrill still stands.
Vincent: That's it Beedrill you can do it ....good ..now use pin missile.
Alex: Gastly will-o-wisp now.
Both parties strike and with pin missile being a master class move it reaches its target first. Gastly get hit by 4 pin missiles and is on its last breath, but Beedrill has already fainted after getting hit by will-o-wisp.
Mr David: Beedrill is unable to battle Gastly wins.
Vincent: oohhh... Weezing come on out.

Alex : Gastly return you have done well. Slowpoke come on out.
Mr David: Let the battle begin.
Alex: Use barrier then use calm mind till cracks shock up on the barrier.
Vincent: Weezing use sludge bomb, then use double hit don't let slowpoke continue using calm mind.
Weezing uses sludge bomb which is blocked by the barrier then it uses double hit, the first hits creates small cracks on the barrier while the second one breaks it.
On seeing the cracks appear after first hit. Alex calls slowpoke
Alex : Slowpoke use water gun on Weezing when the barrier breaks.
As soon as Weezing breaks the barrier it is send flying with a water gun by Slowpoke.
Alex: use Confusion follow it up with yawn.
Weezing who is hit by both confusion and yawn is getting sleepy.
Vincent: Weezing snap out of it and use sludge on slowpoke.
Alex: Slowpoke light screen to lower the damage.
Slowpoke gets hit by sludge and is both injured and poisoned but it still stands it's ground . On the other side Weezing has gone asleep.
Alex: Slowpoke end this fight with dream eater.
The sleeping Weezing screems and faints ending the match.
Mr David: Weezing is unable to battle Slowpoke wins and the winner is Alex. Congratulations young man you battled beautifully.
Alex : Thank you sir...It was a good battle
Alex shake hands with Mr Vincent.
Mr Vincent: it was good battle.
Alex: so can I join you guys on your trip to Pewter city.
Mr David: Sure you can ...
Mr Vincent: I agree
Miss Kathy: I'm fine with it.
After achieving his first ever victory against another trainer Alex continues his journey to Pewter city through Viridian forest with the group from Viridian City school.
