Waking up a new man!

A few days later

Ace opened his eyes groggily, not recognizing where he was, muttering "Did I cross again…?" there was a soft chirping next to him and Ace turned his head, seeing the white Noibat crawling on the pillow next to him, chirping as it nudged Ace's face.

Ace paused and raised his hand, scratching under Noibat's chin. Noibat cried out and looked happy but Ace paused, looking at his hand in confusion.

His hand was slightly bigger with clear veins on them as though they were trained for a long time. This wasn't the issue, however, the issue was, Ace's hands were normally darker than this!

He used to train martial arts all day long with his sister, they trained outside for hours and gradually developed a tanned complexion… Not this pure white e-boy look!

Ace sat up and looked at his arms in confusion, clear muscular arms with slight veins, obvious cuts for his muscles acquired after a long time.

The problem was, why were they whiter than a baby?!

Ace wanted to cry, what about his handsome tan?

Then he paused and looked at the Noibat, remembering where he was. The Noibat looked at him innocently, chirping as it raised its hands up before tumbling down the pillow and falling on its face.

Ace held the little guy in his palms as it shook his head, looking at him happily.

He sighed to himself, looking at the happy Noibat…

Deciding to change himself.

What was the happiness of playing pokemon?

Ace smiled to himself slightly, nudging Noibat with his finger.

He remembered playing Pokemon for the first time and losing all his battles, having to power level for a long time, catching every pokemon he saw…

Ace felt that those were the happiest times of his life, he shook his head and said "Noibat, it's you." Noibat paused and looked at him dumbly, Ace stared at him and nodded, "Let's start fresh to make up for mistakes."

Noibat hugged his finger and bit the tip, gnawing on it as he chirped. Ace smiled slightly, sighing to himself as he looked at Noibat, apologizing to Noivern in his heart.

Suddenly Ace paused.

He looked next to Noibat, seeing the classic Stats screen.

Ace was dumbfounded and blinked, there were even perfect IVs and EVs!

Just as he was dumbfounded, he saw another screen.

[Techniques: Dynamic Fist Martial Arts, Steel Arm Martial Arts]

Ace was confused and didn't know what to do, looking around in a daze.

His own status closed and a little house button appeared in the corner of his vision, he focused on it and it opened, showing several icons.

He opened them one by one and gasped!

There was an icon to change Pokemon Natures, one to Relearn Moves, one to swap to Hidden Abilities and back, one for a shop, one for TMs, one for Mystery Gifts, and a trainer Status…

Ace was dazzled and froze, thinking about how he even came to the pokemon world…

He was sitting at home, chugging coffee as he Live Streamed Radical Red Randomized Hardcore Nuzlocke… The trick was he couldn't lose a single pokemon or he would have to reset.

It was only to a meager audience of 142 people, but after months, he finally did it!

After he completed the game, he got a prompt from the game congratulating him for winning.

Ace didn't think much of it, since there was a new update including the Paldean pokemon coming soon and he thought it was promotional material.

Then he pressed Yes and went to sleep, waking up as a baby!

Now it all made sense!

Ace wanted to cry, why didn't this system come to him sooner?!

He looked back on the logs and his face turned green… No wonder…

He looked at the icons and went through them very thoroughly. 

The TM Icon was empty, naturally.

The Store told him it was connected to his Rotom Phone and Ace looked at the Phone, seeing a Paldean Rotom Phone Pokedex. After 0.5 seconds, he accepted it.

Alright, you're awesome, system…

Ace continued going through the icons and finding out everything about his system as he played with Noibat in his hands.

The system had clearly tampered with his Noibat, otherwise where did Aerilate come from? You have to know, Aerilate was Mega Salamence's Ability! Having it on a Noibat was ridiculous!

He forgot about this and experimented with the Natures, looking at Noibat as he changed the Nature to Modest.

Noibat didn't even react and Ace nodded, so that's how it is… It seems that there's no Natures in the Pokemon World, it's only a game feature to increase and decrease Stats.

It makes sense.

He turned to the Relearn Icon and saw that Noibat had a few moves to Relearn. Ace pursed his lips, looking at the moves…

He nodded to himself, so the Relearn Icon takes into account Egg moves. That was good to know.

Turning back to the Store function, he saw all sorts of things in the Store. From TMs to Items, Stones, even Link Cables, Magmarizers, etc!

There were even Rotom Cases, PP Ups, HP ups, Hold Items, etc.

Ace was dazzled at everything, then checked the price and was confused.

Ace tilted his head, so it was basically a daily claim… Understood!

He clicked on the Mystery Gift and a box appeared, opening in front of his eyes.
