Unlike James and Lilly, Annie and Oakley weren't Aura masters. But both instead used high technologies of the secret organization to complete their missions. Both sisters were tasked to find the soul dew and also capture one of the legendary Pokemon that lives in Alto Mare.

Both Oakley and Annie have done their research and managed to track Latias. Through Latias, they managed to find the legendary Secret Garden which was hidden from the rest of the Alto Mare citizens. The secret garden had something which was also called the heart and core of Alto Mare.

"We first have to use the DMA to resurrect some of the Pokemon fossils that we have."

The Defense Mechanism of Alto Mare also referred to as the DMA, is an ancient machine situated in the Museum of Alto Mare. This machine was constructed numerous centuries ago, with the goal of protecting Alto Mare from danger. The Defense Mechanism requires both the Soul Dew and either one of the Eon Pokémons to operate it. With the DMA, both twin sisters will have the power to control the entire Alto Mare city.

"Maybe getting the DMA, will finally give us the chance that we have been waiting for. We can finally escape the secret Organization and live a peaceful life." Oakley and Annie were forced to work for the secret Organization when they just turned 11. Both twin sisters wished to leave the organization. But their hands were tied. But now this was their golden chance of leaving the organization.
