85 Chapter 083

Alex was standing in front of the Ice Rock, having set up the machines as he had seen Professor Birch do back in Petalburg Forest.

Madison watched him with interest for a few minutes before she went off skiing.

With all the machines in place, and all the calibration done, Alex released a single Eevee, had it sit on the platform, and fed it the stimulating liquid.

After a brief moment of pained cries, the light of evolution enveloped it. After a few seconds, the icy looking Glaceon stood there. He scanned the Glaceon and got some data, after which he returned it. He then proceeded to bring out different Eevee and do the same process again, to gather more sets of data.

After he had evolved 5 more Glaceon, just for multiple sets of dat, he attached all the data to an email and sent it to Professor Oak. He then pulled out his Pokedex and called him.

"Hello. Alex. How is it going over there? You ill be pleased to know we have made tremendous progress here. By mimicking the energy flow we scanned from the Moss Rock, we created an artificial Moss Rock in Pallet Town. Now, we are working on artificially storing the energy in a container, to make an evolution object of sorts" said Professir Oak.

"Excellent news Professor. I managed to find the Ice Rock I was looking for, and successfully evolved some of the Eevee into Glaceon. I scanned all their data and the energy flow of the Ice Rock, and sent it to you attached in an email. Maybe you can create an artificial Ice Rock too in Pallet Town Professor" said Alex.

"This is indeed excellent news. You should come to Pallet Town as soon as possible. The fact that the method of evolution for the four previously unknown forms of Eevee has cased a sensation. The method of evolution if a Pokemon should be public according to the Pokemon Allaicne. But of course, for discovering the evolutions, there will be substantial rewards from their side. Adding that to the Politoed and Slowking news we are soon going to announce, things will blow up further. He then proceeded to pack all his things. He found Madison skiing some distance away, and he thanked her for her help and hospitality and took his leave. They also exchanged their contact information along with their goodbyes.

It had been 2 weeks since he left the Sinnoh region. Alex was on his way back to the Kanto region. He held a an Eevee in his hands. This Eevee was at level 26 and knew both Charm and Baby Doll, the two Fairy type moves Eevee could naturally learn. If he used the relaxation and comfort method he had researched for Umbreon and Espeon, he was sure it would evolve into Silveon. But he was still unsure if he should reveal it, since he was afraid he would mess up some things. Discovering Fairy types was Professor Sycamore's project according to what he remembered. And after this project, he would he start his research on Mega Evolution. If he brought out Silveon now, and thus caused the early reveal of Fairy type by the Oak Corall or Professor Oak, he was afraid he would mess up things and cause unpredictable consequences.

"Oh well! Screw it!" thought Alex, pushing all stray thoughts aside. After the methods of evolving Umbreon and Espeon was released, surely there would be an attempt to evolve an Eevee into one of those two forms, when in fact it knew a Fairy type move. Sylveon may be discovered then anyway. Instead of letting some random person profit from this in the future, he might as well as take on whatever benifits he could at whatever cost himself.

Thinking such, Alex picked up the confused Eevee and took into his room. He then proceeded to use the methods he ha found to ensure maximum relaxation of Eevee's body and mind.

2 hours later, Alex stood on the deck of the ship, looking at Pallet Town from a distance.

Next to him, was a white and pink coloured Pokemon, which appeared to have numerous ribbons around it.

"Well. Here we are at Pallet Town again Slyveon" said Alex.
