24 Welcome to the world, Charmander and the Encounter (Edited)

The Egg started to move slightly to and fro. It started to crack after some time. 2 Pokemons and a boy were staring at the Pokemon intensely. The Pokemon inside was having a hard time coming out of the egg. But Axel didn't interfere.

Helping the Pokemon to come out of the egg will not have a good impact on Pokemon in the future. After more than 5 minutes, the Pokemon came out.

It was a bipedal, reptilian Pokemon with a primarily orange body and blue eyes. Its underside from the chest down and the soles of its feet were cream-colored. It had two small fangs visible in its upper jaw and two smaller fangs in its lower jaw. A fire burned at the tip of this Pokémon's slender tail. Its height was around 75 cm which was taller than its normal counter part.

It was Charmander.

It looked around the room and found Axel.

"Charmander…. Char.. Char!!", it said and jumped to Axel's lap. Though it was just born, Charmander was very energetic. Axel was not expecting that. Shedinja and Nidoran came to see Charmander but it was scared of them and kept hugging Axel by closing its eyes. Well, it was just born so Axel didn't complain.

The 2 Pokemon just went a bit far with sad faces. The feeling Axel got by seeing Charmander was different from Nidoran and Shedinja. He felt very close to Charmander though it was just born.

It may be him always wanting to have a Charizard or it may be cause it was just born but he felt really attached to this red reptilian Pokemon.

Axel then went to meet with nurse to get Charmander immediately checked. Though it looked healthy Axel wanted to make sure that there were no problems with Charmander. After around 20 minutes, Nurse Joy came with happy news carrying Charmander,

"Charmander is fine and very healthy. You don't need to worry a thing about him. When you came running and acting a bit scared I thought something bad must have happened. You scared me there.. Haha"

"Oh.. Sorry for that nurse. This is the first time I have seen a Pokemon being born and it got scared of Shedinja and Nidoran so I got scared too", he said scratching his head.

"Ohh. Don't worry about that. Sometimes, Newborn Pokemon get scared of other Pokemons at first. It takes them a bit of time to adjust. But now this Charmander needs a lot of nutrients if you want it to be a powerful Pokemon in the future. So take good care of it.", said the nurse.

After 4 days.

Axel was in the forest walking towards Matcha city to meet with Dr. Akihabara. The nurse had said that there is some problem with Nidoran that is hindering his potential and he needed to meet with Dr. Akihabara to know more about it.

There had not been much progress in the training department. Axel rested and played with Charmander for 2 days cause it needed care as it was just a baby. Then he left Gringey city and bought food recipes for Gogoat line which cost him around 0.5 million Pokedollars. He didn't have much money to buy a recipe for Charmander but he was not hurried for it.

Charmander was just a baby and now it needed only milk from Gogoat. But this little Pokemon was sure a Glutton.

It was very playful too. It had already learned to prank Nidoran scaring him from time to time. And it always slept in the afternoon and woke up at night. Axel was having a sleepless nights for 4 days.

Axel at least didn't want to train it for a week to get it adjusted around. Axel wanted to know what moves it had but he could not. When he thought to catch Charmander with a Pokeball, it ran away and didn't want to be inside a Pokeball. Axel had to give up for now as it was just a baby.

But something shocked him. Charmander was of black (Monstrous) Potential. This was the 2nd highest potential after void and this was the first time he had seen it in a Pokemon.

Afternoon,

Axel and his Pokemons were all resting and taking lunch. It didn't take Weedle time to adjust with the team. As it turned out, this Weedle was discriminated against in its group due to its color. This was a normal situation for shiny Pokemon.

Axel had seen and heard of this many times. But one of the interesting facts about shiny is that it was powerful compared to its normal counterparts. Mega Beedrill would be a powerhouse in the future.

As he was just resting, he noticed that Nidoran's ear just perked up and moved in an upwards direction. It stood in a battle-ready position. Shedinja also used Shadow sneak and disappear in the shadows. This was their position when they notice wild Pokemon. Nidoran will battle at the front and Shedinja will sneak attack. Axel called out Weedle and Put Gogoat in charge of Charmander. It was cause Gogoat could run… fast. It was the fastest Pokemon in his team right now.

Leaves in the trees moved slowly and then the pace of the wind increased. Huge branches were flowing to and fro because of the wind. Axel was not liking this one bit. He knew something Powerful has come cause there was an eerie silence in the surrounding. He just hoped that he could make it back alive. Then he noticed something. It took him time to recognize the Pokemon cause it was too small and he expected something really big cause of the presence it had.

It was a bipedal Pokemon with mammalian features. It had a rounded, wide snout; triangular ears; and large, blue eyes. It had short arms with three-fingered paws and large hind paws with oval markings on the soles. Its tail was long and thin with an ovoid tip. Its fur was so fine and thin, it could only be seen under a microscope.

Axel was amazed. He never expected to meet this Pokemon, not only so fast but not at all in his life. He literally could not speak. His body was shivering with excitement, nervousness, and most importantly fear. And then it spoke in a rude, arrogant and manly hoarse voice,

"Hello mortal, it has been 13 years. As ordered by that white genic, it is time for me to pass my judgment upon you.", said the creature.

"Whh.. Whhhat judgment?" asked Axel shuttering. He was on his knees. Nidoran was on its knees, Shedinja was on its knees, and everyone was on its knees.

"Whether a person from another realm like you should be allowed to live or not?", it said as if passing these types of judgment was its daily job.

"But before my judgment, I will give an opportunity of being heard to you as the law says the same.", said the creature.
