These were the stats of Slowbro. The moves were very less for a Pokemon who was 50 years old. However, Slowbro had trained these moves and also modified these moves to make them stronger. It was difficult to find a wild Pokemon that had modified its moves. It also knew 3 new moves. 'Psychic domain', 'Psychic burst' and 'Psychic rain'.

Future sight (Slowbro) (Level 40): The time of the move activation is reduced to 10 minutes

                     (Level 45): The time of the move activation is reduced to 5 minutes.

                     (Level 50): The power of the move has increased.

Trick room (Slowbro) (Level 40): The movement speed is very fast and it lasts for 3 minutes

Rain dance (Slowbro) (Level 40): The duration of the rain dance has increased to level 8 minutes

                    (Level 45): The duration of the rain dance has increased to level 10 minutes

Chilling water (Slowbro) (Level 40): The water now has the power to freeze water

                        (Level 45): It could freeze the water very fast.

Slack off (Slowbro) (Level 40): It could recover 30% of its max HP 1 time

                  (Level 45): It could recover 40% of its max HP 1 time

                  (Level 50): It could recover 50% of its max HP 1 time

Calm mind (Slowbro) (Level 40): It could now use it 4 times.

                    (Level 45): It could use the move very fast.

                    (Level 50): It would spread out a bulb of the psychic ball and scatter it around the battlefield. Slowbro could then get close to those balls of psychic energy and use 'Calm mind'.

Stored power (Slowbro) (Level 40): It can hold more power inside it while using the stored power. 

Hydro pump (Slowbro) (Leve 40): The speed of the hydro pump is very fast and it is also very destructive.

Confusion (Slowbro) (Level 40): It has 20% chance to confuse the target.

                    (Level 45): It has 30% chance of confusing the target

                    (Level 50): If the target is confused, there is a high chance that the target would be inside the illusion.

He also looked at the new moves:

1. Psychic domain: It would heighten the power of psychic-type moves and also have a high chance of creating illusion.

2. Psychic burst: 2 short bursts that is thrown at the target which would deal psychic damage

3. Psychic rain: A rainfall that is controlled by psychic energy. The raindrops are move deadly and sharp by psychic energy. This is an AOE effect move. It takes 2 minutes to prepare for this move.

'Psychic rain' was a powerful move but it took a lot of time to charge which was detrimental during the battle. Axel had to think of a way to make this move even faster and more deadlier. 

Axel first thought to also concentrate on 'Rain dance'. This would help in 'Psychic rain'.

'Psychic burst' was not a very powerful attack but Axel believed that he could make it powerful. Slowbro was very well trained, so he didn't feel that he needed to add any other things.

He wanted to know its hidden power.

The hidden power typing of Slowbro is Water

"Now, that is interesting.", he said to himself. Water typing was perfect for Slowbro as it was also a water type and had many water-type attacks. Axel could now truly concentrate on water-type moves.

Axel also realized that Slowbro might be better in illusion-type attacks. This might turn out to be something good. So, first, he wanted it to focus on some water-type attack, 'Psychic rain', 'Psychic burst' and then he wanted it to focus on illusion-type attacks. 

Axel would obviously be helping it in creating new moves and modifying it. Axel believed that its stats would increase a bit rapidly as it had just been caught and the system powers would help it. However, it had not happened till now.

Axel asked the system about it and it said that it would take some time as it was a king-rank Pokemon. Axel didn't mind about it. 

He then went to the system storage and took out 'Pidgeot body armor'. This was a reward that he had gotten after Pidgeot woke up from the dreamland. 

"Flappy, come over here.", said Axel and it flew near it.

It was just in the form of a black locket. He hung the locket on Pidgeot's neck. There was only one button on the locket. He pressed that button. Suddenly, everything started to change. 

A black cover made out of some clothing material covered all of Pidgeot including its eyes. Axel was very surprised about it. He didn't know what it did but it must be something good. 

The color changed to exactly Pidgeot's color and now no one could tell if it was wearing 'Pidgeot body armor'. 

Crii.. Cri…

"What? it is very heavy?", asked Axel.

Pidgeot nodded its head.

He then realized that the body armor had 2 functions. One was to increase the weight and the gravity of the armor. This would help Pidgeot to train on its speed. The second function was reaction maneuvers. The armor would automatically teach it how to fly when to cut lines and when to fly high and low. 

This was a very good armor. But it was just training armor. The armor could not be used to protect it from attacks or any type of moves. 

Axel was satisfied with this armor. The gravity and the weight of the armor could be increased and the second function also had stages. So, this armor could be used for a very long time. 

This armor was a perfect fit for Pidgeot. Axe also wanted the same armor for Charizard but he also knew that it could only be used for Pidgeot. Then he had a brilliant idea. Why don't he take this armor and show it to Oak? Oak being a Pokemon researcher may be able to replicate for Charizard.

Ting.. Tring.. Tring.. Tring..

Katchak.

"Oh hello, Axel. Did you finally remember that you have a teacher too?", asked Oak.

Axel wanted to shout out loud that it was Red who taught him not Oak but since he had to ask Oak for a favor, he didn't say anything.

"I was very busy with the tide and all. You know that. I am sorry that I could not contact you before.", said Axel.

"You need something. Tell me what you want. I don't have time. I am researching about Dracorock. This is an interesting species of Pokemon."

"I do have a favor to ask but first you need to come to New Bark Town."

"You know that you have to give me a reason for that. My time could not be wasted.", said Oak.

Axel then started to tell him all about the 'Pidgeot body armor'. He also told that he got this from the system. Since Oak already knew the existence of the system, he could speak out freely. 

"This is very interesting. I have to be there to know if I can replicate it. Where are you right now? I will come there in an hour.", said Oak.

"Why don't we meet at Prof. Elm's lab after an hour.", said Axel.

They decided to meet there.

After an hour,

"Hmmm…. The designs are very complicated. It is very automated and it responds to Pidgeot only. It also changes its size after recognizing the DNA of Pidgeot. It is also very easy to carry around. 

We can reverse-engineer it. It would take some time, but we could do it but the materials…"

"What about the materials?", asked Axel.

"These types of materials, I have never seen it before and I am the Pokemon master. I don't think that we can find such materials anywhere. Charizard is also a fire-type Pokemon, so it might need different kinds of materials that could withstand the heat of Charizard.", said Oak.

"Can we substitute the materials for something else?", asked Axel.

"We could but we have to find and research about it and I am not 100% sure we will find those materials. You have given me an interesting puzzle. This would keep me busy for a while.", said Oak.

Oak cut a piece of the armor. Surprisingly, the armor was able to regenerate in itself. It was very high-tech armor.

"Since you have given me such an interesting puzzle, ask me what you want. If I can do it then I will provide it to you as a reward.", said Oak.

"You said that you can make personal and customized Poke balls for the Pokemons that could increase their growth. I think I would want those.", said Axel.

"That is a very big ask. You have many Pokemons and the resources that it would take would be huge. You have to supply me the money for me to buy those resources and I will do it for you.", said Oak.

"How much would it cost?"

"For 20 Pokemons, around 2 trillion Poke dollars."

"WHAT!!! That is a lot. Why is the price so high?", asked Axel.

"Do you really think that I am getting any profit from you? The materials are very hard to get and it would take a lot of money to procure them. I can also solve the money issue for you but I have already given you so much money. 

You need to realize that you also need to work hard."

Oak was not wrong about it. He had gotten 2 trillion Poke dollars from Oak till now. That was a huge sum of money. He needed to earn some for all of these. 

"Ok, I will pay it to you. But right now, I am in urgent need of 5 Poke balls. They are for Nidoking, Shedinja, Charizard, Mamoswine, and Steelix. Can you make those for me right now? 

As per your calculation, 1 Poke ball costs around 100 billion Poke dollars. I don't have 500 billion Poke dollars for now but I would pay you when I have the money and would not order other Poke balls till I pay that money."

"That is acceptable. Give me all the stat details of these Pokemons and also tell me what you want specifically.", said Oak.

"I require 2 compulsory things. First, they should be able to train and sleep comfortably inside the Poke balls. And second, the environment inside the balls should improve their body stats and their move mastery.

You can add other things if you think that you should.", said Axel.

"That is a reasonable requirement."

"Another question, I heard that it would only take some million dollars to make one Poke ball. Why are you overcharging me?", asked Axel.

"You are my successor. So obviously I am going to make the best Pokeball for you. You can use this Poke ball till they reach master rank and there will be also additional functions inside the ball. So, it would be expensive."

They talked for some time and Oak vanished with Alakazam.

Axel wanted those Poke balls for only 1 reason. That was the training of his Pokemons. Now, most of his Pokemons were in king rank. The effect of King rank moves would be very huge and it would be difficult to train all of them at once. 

Axel also could not train his King rank Pokemons openly in the wild as the other powerful wild Pokemons might be attracted.
