Axel and Mark went to Mark's research lab. Mark shared his research in more detail. Mark seemed to be really enthusiastic when it comes to his research. He was acting as if he had found a person that could understand his language.

It was already late in the evening when their meeting ended. "Our meeting ends here today. Tomorrow, you will be meeting Adam, who will tell you about our Venu family training methods. Don't worry, Adam doesn't have any bad intentions.

Actually, I, Adam and Sujan were the ones, who supported you, to be a part of the Venu family. Why don't you get a good rest today.", said Mark.

Axel then went to his apartment. Saying it as an apartment may not be technically correct. It was a whole house!. Since the Venu family had such a huge property, Every young trainer had a house which was very surprising to Axel.

The house was of 2 floors. The ground floor consisted of a kitchen and Living room, and the upper floor consisted of a bedroom. Axel, however, was not in the mood of making food. So, he rested a little, took a shower, got fresh and went to the canteen.

The canteen was very big. It was of 2 floors too. Axel ordered some roasted Pidgey and some rice and vegetables. Axel was from Asia when he was on Earth. So he had a habit of eating rice, now and then. The canteen was empty. Only the cooks and Axel was present. This was cause, it was late at night now, and everyone must be in their homes.

Axel ate the food and went to his house to sleep.

The next day,

He went to the school. Yes, the Venu family also had a school for their young trainers. However, the school operated differently than those on Earth. There were no compulsory classes. It was more practical than theoretical. There were many professions that young trainers could choose. They are:

1. Pokemon Breeder

2. Pokemon doctor

3. Pokemon coordinator

4. Pokemon Professor

5. Pokemon Trainer

6. Pokemon Ranger

7. Pokemonthropologist (a special type of Researchers, who studies Pokemon past and present, studying their history, origin, and especially earliest interaction with humans)

The school was obviously, very huge. Since Axel came to this world, he had realized that everything in the world is bigger than his previous world.

'It may be cause the Pokemon world is a lot bigger than Earth', he thought.

Every building, city, school and forest; everything seemed to be big.

Axel waited for Elder Adam in the reception area for about 10 minutes. He wondered whether he would also join the school too. At that moment, Adam arrived. Axel didn't notice it at first, but he was a muscular man.

Not with the type of bulging biceps. His arms may not seem big, but they seemed hard and had lots of curves. He was not very tall, around 5 feet 8 inches but he looked like a tough guy.

Axel waved his hand indicating that he was there. Adam came and gave a strong handshake.

"Hello Axel, how was your first day in the family?", he asked.

"It was good. I got to talk with Elder Mark. He seemed like a good guy.", said Axel.

Axel didn't know what to say to this stranger. He was never good at talking to a stranger and making a good conversation.

"Well, Mark is very crazy when it comes to his research and work. But yeah, he is a good guy. Alright!, I am not the man of many words like Mark, so why don't we go down to business? Follow me, we need a quiet area at first.", said Adam

Axel then followed Adam in search of a quiet area. It was not hard to find it, considering the size of the forest. He liked this about the Venu family. They could think in peace.

While following Axel asked Adam, "So, do I have to join the school too?"

"No, you do not. The school teaches you from the basic level. You have the knowledge for that. After young trainers complete their school, based on their performance, they get a reward and a Pokemon as a gift for their graduation.", said Adam.

"So, what would I be doing?", asked Axel.

"You will be getting a crash course from me and an elite trainer. I am busy, so I could not guide you every time. The school is more practical than you think. Normally, you would study for 8 years in school. For the last year, a personal elite trainer will guide a group of 4 students each.

You will be part of a certain group. But first, I will have to give you some lessons. I know you are an assistant researcher too, for that, Mark had personally said that he would give you some lessons on it. So, you don't have to worry about that.", said Adam.

"So, would I be getting a reward and a Pokemon at the end of this crash course?", asked Axel.

"Haha, of course, you would. But since you are doing a 3-month crash course, are an outsider, and have only stepped on this place yesterday, the elders, do not trust you very much. So if you want to get a reward and a Pokemon, then you would have to gain our trust and show remarkable progress."

At this point in time, they have reached a quiet place that Adam approved off.

"So which Pokemon do the young trainers normally get? Would I be getting a Bulbasaur?", asked Axel

"Ohh, so you think that, since we are from Venu family, our main Pokemon is Bulbasaur? Then let me tell you that you are wrong.", said Adam

"Oh so you guys focus on poison and grass-type Pokemon?" asked Axel.

"Haha, you are wrong again. Venu family focuses on versatile Pokemon."

"Versatile Pokemon?", asked Axel again to make sure.

It surprised him a little. He thought, since they are from Venu family, most of them will be focusing on the Bulbasaur line or grass and Poison type Pokemon.

"Yes, the Zard family focuses on attack, the Toise family focuses on defense but Venu family focuses on versatile Pokemons. The Bulbasaur line holds a special place in all our hearts. Venusaur is also a versatile Pokemon.

Most of the young trainers prefer Bulbasaur as the training methods and the resources relating to it are high in the family. But the main Pokemon of the Venu family is always a versatile Pokemon."

"So what versatile Pokemons do you guys normally use?", asked Axel again curious.

"Ditto, Alakazam, Tyranitar, Dragonite, you name it. There are lots of Pokemon that are versatile. It depends on which Pokemon you sync with the most."

"Alright then, our lesson begins now. It is not going to be long. There are some basic things that you should know about, that's all.", said, Adam

And the training of our protagonist would start from now on.
